Loved this place! Compared to its sister restaurant in Annapolis, this one is much more delicious! We came here on a slow night, and had the best server. Adonis was wonderful. He made our drinks strong, just how we like it. Staff are so friendly and accommodating. Would definitely recommend!

I almost didn't want to leave a review so i can keep this hidden gem hidden. But they deserve a 5 star review, from the chef to the servers to the owner, they were all very nice The food was delicious. You want fluffy gnocchi like they are supposed to be made, go try them here! Other homemade pasta dishes were delicious. I have also tried a chicken dish and that as well was very good! The servers are all attentive, friendly and happy to talk to you. But Tony is our favorite and we ask to have him everytime. Makes the experience even better! We celebrated a birthday there and they brought out a fantastic chocolate hazelnut cake, the desserts are on point as well! We have been there a few times now and plan on going back again ourselves and bringing others with us. IG: @chef_ruvolo

What can I say great food and excellent service! My best friends and I went for a late lunch a few days ago and it was a delight 😊. We basically had a four course meal for a group of 4 and it average for about 50 dollars a person. The flavors were perfect for my taste buds from the appetizers to the dessert. I recommend this restaurant to anyone that is craving some awesome northern Italian style food.

A date night favorite in our house. We’ve found that their pastas with ricotta are our favorite dishes, really something phenomenal the first time we tried each. The menu changes all the time so there’s always something new and fresh. On one occasion we had a glass of champagne knock over and break. Not only were the staff incredibly gracious about it, they offered us a half bottle to replace it. On our most recent visit we weren’t super happy with our Caesar (usually one of our favorite dishes here). It wasn’t bad by any means, flavor was still great, but the lettuce was less fresh and crunchy than it normally is. We had ordered a lot of other food so we didn’t eat much of the salads at all. We didn’t complain, again it still tasted great, but when the check came, our lovely waiter had taken them both off of our bill. Every time we’ve been here, the whole staff is great, the food is great, the ambience is lovely and romantic. I couldn’t recommend it enough.

What a wonderful place! We visited last night for the first time as we were headed up to Baltimore from Alexandria, VA. Checked out the reviews and decided to stop and they were full. Reservations are definitely recommended BUT they made a cozy spot at the bar for us. The bartender Anthony makes a fantastic lemon drop martini and will whip you up something if you are up for an experiment. We ordered the oysters and they were probably some of the best oysters I’ve had. The lobster ravioli was full of lobster and the perfect density of the pasta. The best part of our meal was the pistachio crusted sea bass. Probably one of the best dishes I have ever eaten. We were also envious of all the food being delivered around us and can’t wait to go back and try other dishes. To finish it off a peach gelato inside of a peach! Perfect meal. Perfect company. A++++

My husband and I went here for the first time last night. What a hidden gem! We have lived here a few years and never knew it was right around the corner. We showed up not knowing we should have made a reservation, but they were so kind to fit us in, and I'm so glad they did! The atmosphere was very cozy and romantic with the dim, but not too dark lighting. Wonderful spot for a date night. The food was phenomenal, from the starters to dessert. Our server Anthony was attentive, charming, and very helpful with any questions we had. All of the staff we saw or spoke to were so delightful. We will definitely becoming here again, and hope to become regulars. Arturo's is definitely deserving of the five stars.

What a gem! Lived in the area my entire life and never knew it was so good until now. I'm not a white sauce kind of pasta gal, but this was THE best white sauce I've ever had. It wasn't too salty, wasn't greasy, and it definitely had the right amount of garlic where it didn't take away from the ricotta, spinach, and parmesean. Carrot puree soup was a difference change of pace for me.. So very mellow and subtly flavored. Do yourselves a favor though; put the balsamic glaze on it. DO IT! I thoroughly enjoyed it. Service was impeccable and truly a great experience. Our server, Adonis, had excellent recommendations and suggestions for the menu and they did not disappoint. Will definitely be back again! GRAZI!

I didn't expect the best Italian food in the Baltimore area to be in this unsuspecting little restaurant. The staff are stellar: all very friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive. We felt so taken care of. The environment is comfortable, quiet, and you aren't crowded in. The menu is big and there are a lot of great options on there. I highly recommend the elevated bread service, it is next-level. The wines were also very friendly for casual drinkers who don't know a lot about wine (like me). I'll definitely be back.

The pasta here is absolutely tremendous! We are originally from Chicago, and love trying pastas wherever we go. We were SO satisfied after dinner here. Not to mention, the staff here does a great job. We were treated so well, given great recommendations, and will be back next time we’re in town!

The food here was amazing. I got the gnocchi which was around $20, and I would say it was very much worth the money. It was the best gnocchi I have ever had, it melted in my mouth. It was amazing. I cannot wait to come back here. The atmosphere was very nice, it’s a fancy restaurant hidden in a strip mall. Amazing.

Arturo’s is truly a hole in the wall, hidden gem. We had a fabulous meal and everyone was pleasantly surprised by how amazing the food was. The pasta is fresh and sauces are packed with flavor. Excellent portion sizes. Definitely focus on the dishes on the specials list. I wish I had photos but we were too focused on digging in! We will be back to try more ASAP.

This little gem, tucked into a strip mall near a nail salon, might not look like much on the outside - Inside is fine dining, quiet and well decorated for an intimate meal. The food was so fresh, so perfectly prepared - only drawback was the flavors were mild, I could've used a bit more seasoning, but admittedly the easier flavors let the quality and freshness of the food shine through, so if it was a choice, it's a good one. Sometimes seasoning hides bland food, and this was rich, robust foods being enhanced by the chefs choices. I loved the service, friendly and warm and engaging, and the calamari was maybe the best I've ever had, and a great way to start the meal with an appetizer. Some Italian places do steak well, and some have steak to seem formal, this was the former by a longshot, their cuts of meat were beautiful and perfectly cooked. If you want a diamond in not so rough, this place is absolutely it!!
