I
can’t
recommend
Ben
highly
enough
to
anyone
looking
to
start
their
fitness
journey.
I
sought
out
a
personal
trainer
in
December
of
2021
as
I
was
tired
of
using
generic
fitness
apps
and
not
seeing
any
progress.
I
wanted
something
specific
to
me,
for
my
body,
and
to
develop
an
understanding
of
how
to
use
gym
machines
&
equipment.
Through
Ben’s
customised
fitness
App,
I
have
a
step-by-step
program
to
follow
in
the
gym
(along
with
video
demonstrations)
that
also
keeps
track
of
the
weights
I’ve
used
so
I
can
monitor
my
progress
with
each
exercise.
Ben
is
also
very
encouraging
when
it
comes
to
hearing
my
fitness
goals,
and
designs
his
programs
to
help
me
achieve
them.
Ben
also
created
a
custom
meal
plan
that
was
incredibly
easy
to
follow,
and
I
now
have
the
confidence
to
plan
my
meals
myself
according
to
my
macros.
Ben
has
taught
me
so
much
regarding
health
and
fitness
&
I’ve
never
felt
stronger!
