The place is great, no issues with the venue, but the food is consistently bad! The menu needs more variety. The steaks are never cooked to your request, roast vegetables are always undercooked and hard. Chips undercooked I want to come here, but the food is bad, I really can’t see myself eating here again. Food is consistently well prepared. The service is friendly and efficient. It's also really good value for money. It's our favourite local go-to.

Went to Aspley Leagues Club tonight - been a member for a few years now but first time attending in a while as don’t live in the area. Rejoined as a member for 5 years, went to ATM to get cash out but machine would not recognise my card (advised that was because I am with a smaller bank). Went to the TAB who will usually give a withdrawal at other venues but was advised quite rudely that this doesn’t happen unless you are using the money for the TAB. Hello I am using it in your club. Then friends paying - ordered dinner for all 3 of us - they were both served but I was not. Queried where my meal was and obviously they had to cook it but no apology for this. As it was hurried it was partially raw. Could not stay any longer as such terrible customer service ruined my night. Unless you are a regular, don’t expect good service. I walked out asking for membership to be cancelled as would never go there again. Wonder why Aspley Hornets are so popular🥺🤪 in comparison. Service sooo much better. Sorry but ladies at front were very polite - that is all. Worst I have experienced in a long time - I thought good customer service was important to a business - obviously staff are not taught this.

I love going here with Luke and the twins. The pokies are pretty good after 2am.

We went there today with a large group to eat in the restaurant area. Food was mostly good and the price was good. All staff were lovely - friendly and efficient. The live entertainment was great too. Our group was very happy with the service, venue and welcoming atmosphere.

First of all, we booked a table 2 hours before our desired time, where there was availability however a larger group would start before us and we acknowledged that it was late notice. Our booking wasn't taken down preceeding my phone call. One half of our party arrived at the "packed' restaurant, which was 10% full if that. Food is good value, but you get what you pay for, basic pub feed, wide variety and the pork belly was good. However, how the chefs simply forget one kids meal in a 4 meal order is beyond me. Definate language barrier with the waitress which also needs addressing for front of house staff. bar staff were nice.

Great club. Greatly enjoy the bingo sessions here. Staff are friendly, when you get to know them they always ask how you are going, especially Denise. Very relaxing atmosphere.

Food looked okay but was not what was requested. Had ordered three meals. Meat on one was requested well done. Received uncooked bacon on the burger. 2nd meal was steak with sides being egg which were requested to be well cooked. The eggs was running over he plate. The 3rd was vegan. The place doesn't cater for vegans. Some of the food was left on the plates. When I complained the lady who served said, "I told them to cook it that way" no apologies, no refunds. Just Poor customer service.

Visited the club first time and disappointed for the following reasons. Receptionist - not friendly, no greeting or no hello Food - ordered steak with mushroom sauce and sauce was like watery & no taste Food ordering - long wait due to staff at the counter being slow to take orders. Summary - we will not return to this place again

As always great atmosphere friendly staff and great service the only thing and it's a first in all the times coming here I asked for med to well done steak and it was blood when I cut it but staff fixed it up with apologies so another good night overall

Typical club. Prices are not like they used to be. Don't expect a cheap meal or drinks.

No frills. Cheap beer and a good place to watch UFC on a Sunday. Can always get a seat, they have a big room set up for it.

Haven’t been here for 2 years (during COVID-19), menu is now greatly reduced and food quality and sizes have decreased, while prices have gone up. Entered the club and left the club without so much as a smile or nod or hello, or have a good evening! Pretty terrible service these days.

Quite a pleasant place to sit back and watch the cricket, enjoy a few drinks and eat a nice meal.

Honestly the worst food ever. My friends don't want to join me for nights like karaoke and or 'draw evenings', cause the food is so terrible. Im suprised that they can call themselves chefs in the kitchen. Staff are friendly and the rest of the venue is good. But the food is well below any kind of acceptable standard

My hubby n I had lunch here once 15 years ago it was very ordinary to say the least it was all you can eat roasts etc. Came back a few weeks later for dinner to give it a 2nd chance... It was even worse. I think the staff at the time were great but need to apply themselves & be even better & learn to care & cook Aussie cuisine, after all it is their job & I do think they are a proud people. They may also need a pay rise? Not sure but one thing I am certain of is there is plenty of room for improvement. Regards.

Surprisingly large by it's outside visage. Watched the biggest boxing event in Australian history. Well managed. Will be back.

A very nice suburban club, I did not have a meal whilst visiting. However the menu had a good selection.

DO NOT go here, you become a loyal member spend alot of money and then the staff are rude and unhelpful when there was a system error that directly impacts equal opportunity to take part in promotions. The staff just shrugged and said to bad and we're rude about it.

Played bingo, the bingo staff were great. A lady bar tender was great, but the rest of the staff were terrible, banging things around, swearing, when I went to get my husband a Gothic during intermission, there were 3 staff behind the food counter, the whole 15 mins and told numerous patrons they were closed, while looking at their watches. I went to gaming room to get one out of vending machine, it broke and the cashier yelled at me to adjust the cup from across the room. 😡 Will not be going back. Their were ladies around us complaining about their food. Luckily we already ate.

Fantastic meals! Between the 6 of us we had 6 different meals and they were all amazing! Kids commended the staff on rating them a 10 out of 10 even.
