Great food, service and price. We bought a Banh Mi Roll combo with a spring roll and chicken stick plus a noodle salad and Dragon Fruit Lemonade for $32.00. The food was super fresh and tasted amazing. Easily best Banh Mi I've had in Brisbane and will be returning regularly no doubt.

I used these guys for catering and would recommend! The food was great and everyone commented how delicious it was. Food packaged nicely and even catered to allergy/pregnancy requests. Excellent communications - it was easy and stress-free to plan catering for our event. Thanks again guys!

We had the Rice Bowl with beef, Pho Soup and mixed Banh Mi. Everything was great and the service was friendly. The place was so busy. The cue was around the corner. Every other shop around it had no customers. You wouldn't want to open a business next to this place.

Loved this place! The crackling pork banh mi was delicious, so was the pork skewer. Their Vietnamese iced coffee was amazing too! There was a short wait to find a table and queue to order but it was definitely worth it. Any plans to open in the evenings or on Sunday? Would be amazing to have these healthy-ish options at night! PLEASE?

Great location in a busy intersection. I had the pork rice bowl. I enjoyed it good taste and huge servings for $11.00 for quick lunch break. You can't go wrong. The pork rice paper roll was a tad soggy and unappealing. I was hoping to get pork belly banh mi but it was unavailable. It should speak for itself bank MI factory?? It's okay meal can improve.

Yummy quality Vietnamese food for a good price! Worth the line up to order and it comes out very fast. Its an odd location, but they have made it work! Definitely would go back

Went to this popular spot for the first time, and the service was fast and efficient considering how busy they were. The Banh Mi was good, but to be honest, I prefer the filling offering at Roll'd. The chicken and pork marinade tasted nearly the same. The iced Vietnamese coffee was great.

Delicious food, rice paper rolls and rice bowls are delicious! No comment on other foods as I have not yet tried it. Fast service even during peak times. Online ordering system is great and beneficial, I would recommend ordering 10mins out from location so by the time your there it's ready or your not waiting long. Had to come see what all the hype was about, it did not disappoint. As someone who appreciates a great banh mi, I can say this store managed to make the perfect banh mi for a fair price. Great service from the team, and I truly appreciate the surprise spring roll and kebab.

It is a fast food cafe so the atmosphere is still good for its type. The food is fresh and delicious. Very efficient service.

This is the 3rd time I've been here, the food is phenomenal, I ordered a crispy pork Bahn mI and Taro Ice coffee and pandan ice coffee, the food quality is consistent between both stores so lucky to have found this place this be our new favorite place to come to from now on.

The best Banh Mi I've had in Australia. The crispy pork belly was perfect, the flavour of the pickled carrot and daikon was beautifully balanced, and the level of heat from the chilli was just right. The servings are generous to the point that the spring roll and satay skewer combo was more than enough. Thankyou for a great lunch, I'll definitely be back!

Its a very well managed premise. This place gets really busy on lunch times, however the speed of service is usually faster than most drive thrus.

This place has always been recommended by friends/officemates, and it did not disappoint. The food is so fresh & delicious! The opening times isn't perfect for me, but wouldn't mind driving on Saturdays for such good food & drinks. I had the bahn mi mixed combo with pork skewer and spring rolls; chicken/beef/crispy pork rice bowl; iced coffee pandan and Barbie burst. Beef is so tender, the pork skewer is tasty, and the drinks are refreshing. I'd definitely come back to try the other food on the menu.

Hands down the best Vietnamese iced coffee and noodle salad I’ve ever had. Don’t mean to sound extreme but I eat banh mi/noodle salads at least twice a week and have done so for the past few years throughout Brisbane, and never have I tasted a dressing so flavourful, carrot so crunchy or satay chicken so well grilled. Amazing food. 10/10

This place has a queue that goes out the door at peak lunch hour, so I recommend ordering ahead, especially if there are s few of you or you don't have time to queue. The staff are excellent, they are clearly running a tight show and they do it incredibly well. The food is delicious and well priced $9 for banh mi and $13 for a noodle bowl. I had the noodle bowl most recently and my only request is not to use so much sugar in the marinade/sauce. They have vegetarian options too, and lastly parking is not ample around here but it's easy enough to park around the corner and walk a minute 😊

My best friend introduced me to the BMF late last year and the beef Banh mi is literally my new addiction! Super delicious, SO filling and worth the price, days I treat myself to a Banh mi it will be all I eat for the whole day it is so sustaining, extremely addictive. I wake up most mornings thinking about the BMF beef Banh mi, could not recommend more! They have a super streamlined kitchen/assembly line and no matter how busy it is you never wait more than 5 mins for a Banh mi.

Delicious and fresh. We will definately be back. I just wish food wasn't served in plastic containers, at least for the people dining in. I often choose vegetarian options to be kind to our planet, but then I get served tofu rice paper rolls in a plastic container. So delicious, but such a silly amount of waste. Same for coffee.. if we are dining in, why the take away container?

Very nice food, visited on a Saturday morning just before lunch rush. Food very fresh and flavoursome ( Beef rice bowl) . Even though got busy, orders prepared quickly. Parking is on street and a challenge during busy times. Very reasonably priced and good value. Will be back, highly recommended.

I mean the reviews aren’t wrong! Had the lunch meal deal, spring roll, chicken skewer, and pork banh mi for $15! I literally bought it to have on a long drive and ate it 4 hours or so later and it was still phenomenal! Can’t even imagine how good it is fresh! Amazing food! Shame I don’t live in Brisbane anymore or this would be a regular visit!

Banh Mi at $8.50 makes me wonder How? So cheap, so good taste, so good texture, so much and the Pork inside was marinated perfectly. Only one tiny bit of fat in the whole roll. And no way to fit in another it is so well sized. Iced Viet Coffee was strong and good. It was $6.
