Great club the staff are wonderful. We always feel at home there and very well looked after. It would be nice to have changes done to the menu every now and then. We come 2 nights a week with friends and we all feel the same. We have been to other clubs but they done feel the same but it is nice to have different food to try. Thank you John Tozer

Since we had not been there for some time we attended last week for dinner. I think it only right from a customer viewpoint to provide feedback on meals provided. The fish and chips was average at best but acceptable but the fisherman basket was abysmal with prawns more like shrimp no more than 2cms long and fish fillets half the size of fish fingers all over fried with no taste. The care and attention to meals was the worst experienced by us and if continued to be served up must result in no return customers such as us.

A friend invited me to dinner and Rumors (Fleetwood Mac) tribute band. The food was excellent and the band were great, I was transported back to my younger days. The bar and table service were suberb, service with a smile from Matt and the rest of the crew. The place is clean, warm and welcoming and fantastic value for money.

Oof can’t begin to state how bad the kitchen runs here…humongous wait for a simple sandwich. Other tables were waiting for a super long time and complaining how they got all the food wrong. I’d stay away from here if you want to eat at a decent meal.

Always a pleasure-food is good, good wine list,best espresso coffee in town, everyone is pleasant. . top place to go!

I'm a senior and first time attendee of the regular merry music event. I appreciated the courtesy and patience of staff as I ordered. It was steak day. Beautifully cooked with steamed veggies. Lots of flavour and tasty. Singer was good. Will come again.

Top band & the best 'vibe' in all our years of attendance at NYE at Sherwood. However the meal was less than satisfactory with very little vegetables on either of the meals. The potato was 'sloppy' & the broccoli overcooked, according to my husband. The fish & chicken were nicely cooked but lacking in flavour. We had the panna cotta which was saved only by the coulis. Sorry but these are our honest opinions.

Anniversary dinner. First time at the HQ & got to say… it will not be our last. Very friendly & competent staff, really really good food. Would recommend.

Felt like Pasta for dinner, came out and ordered Salmon Fettuccine & Dill with Salmon Roe...delicious!!! used my Birthday points to pay for my meal....the night just got better! served by Simon who gave exceptional customer service from ordering my meal and beverage with a great sense of humor! I would definitely come back again for Pasta Tuesday and any other night for an affordable meal.

First time there last Thursday, as it was recommended by a friend. Brilliant musician and singer, and great service from the cafe. I joined as a member.

Great Wednesday meal of fresh cooked barramundi on coconut rice with capers & super fresh broccoli cooked to perfection by Antony and delivered to me by Louis. The delightful Liv took my order professionally and chatted to me while she refreshed my lemon lime & bitters. Well done team Westside HQ PS. The photo of my almost empty plate is testimony to my declaration of this meal is superb !!!

Our local club. Wonderful staff and facilities. Today for lunch I had my favourite, Lambs Fry with mash and gravy, and it was absolutely scrumptious, melted in your mouth. Compliments to the chef, not an easy dish to make. It was truly delicious.

Served my pregnant wife and I raw parmies on parmie night, then when I brought it to there attention was told to work with them as they couldn’t lose money, ended up getting garlic bread and fries instead. Beyond a joke, trivia with mark is great though

My only experience with this large RSL club is dining there. The staff could not be more helpful and friendly. However, the gluten free options are limited to two or three dishes. Never ask for a gluten free hamburger - you will receive a beef patty between two slices of toasted bread. However, the rest of the table seemed to enjoy their non-gluten free meals. This club has plenty of parking.

How nice. Food was nice. Could have something plain available to cater for diabetics to have with tea or coffee. Service was good. Staff were friendly. Front reception was extremely helpful and very friendly. Thanks so much.
