I am very happy with my Doctors at Doctors at Redlands. Today I saw the nurse to remove stitches and she was lovely and very helpful. Drs Robert and Dominique Novic are excellent Doctors.

My wife and I have been seeing Dr Robert Novic for some eight years now and I cannot fault his professional manner. We simply can’t imagine having to find another GP to take care of our general health needs. For women’s specific health matters, my wife sees Dr Julie Murray, but for all other matters, Dr Robert is the GP we visit. He is extremely caring and very, very knowledgeable. A thorough and professional Doctor whom we have the greatest of love and respect for. The reception staff are also so very friendly, caring and helpful. From Tina (the practice manager), Wendy, Gloria and the newer reception staff whom we haven’t gotten to know so well yet, a huge thank you for all of your care and assistance in helping us to book appointments when we have needed them. You are all extremely welcoming when we arrive.

I have always had the best service delivery - inter personal communication and follow up of a very high standard from my doctor/s at the Doctor at the Redlands Medical Centre My recent visit was a follow up. Dr Dominic is very highly professional. I noted one or two ladies at the reception area are very kind and professional. I noted a particular voice are unreliable when they are on the phone with me, seems they are thinking my acent I don't understand English. I'm not grown up in Australia but my experienceplus well educated in Australia. That's your service needs to upgrade your staff at the area of reception, can be very harsh and uncomfortable to talk with these particular ladies. I noted their voice when came up face to face. Have been seeing the Drs at this surgery for over 20 years, seen many different name changes and locations but have never been happier with the service of the Drs and the staff. I always feel welcome, they listen to what I’m saying/asking and are full of knowledge and advice. Would highly recommend to all ages.
