Friendly staff, helpful experienced doctor who truly cares for each of her patients. Worth the wait times (suggest ringing ahead to check if running on time). Our family like many have caused some of these delays (unknown that they are going to occur of course), over multiple years and really appreciate the extra time and care given when required. Dr Allison Muller is amazing. Gives you the amount of time you need, not what's allocated in the "2 booked in a 15 min block" approach. This does mean she's often late, but you can just call ahead to see how she's going and adjust accordingly. But I finally fell that I'm getting the care I need as a person with complex health issues and multiple disabilities. The reception staff have all been wonderful, both in person and on the phone. As well as the nursing staff. Also super convenient to have a pathology unit located within the clinic. Parking can be a pain though, so just be mindful of that when heading there.

My experience this morning was exceptional as always! Molly at reception is ALWAYS happy each time I visit and makes me feel very much at ease no matter what the circumstances. Dr Frances’s bedside manner is second to none! She always makes me feel so comfortable in at ease. Plus, she makes me feel like I matter to her and that I’m not just another number. Your clinic is truly blessed having doctor Frances as part of your team. All staff were happy and courteous during my visit this morning.

I was made to feel as comfortable as possible during my recent skin check. Dr Hang made me feel at ease, she was attentive, and very caring. Furthermore; also having had to remove a skin spot during the visit, Dr Hang made it as smooth as possible and I was communicated with at all times during the procedure. Thank you for being exceptionally personable, Doctor!

Very friendly and efficient front counter staff. Dr Roche was very thorough and helpful as he always is, all of my questions were answered. Very handy having Sullivan and Nicolaides pathology at the Doctors surgery- sample taken and ready to be sent there and then

I have always had wonderful positive experiences when dealing with my doctor and others at Bundilla Clinic. I have found them to be helpful, understanding, courteous and professional at all times. I especially appreciated this understanding and home visits during the time of my husband’s illness.

Dr Chloe was amazing, I had my very first skin check and she was lovely to deal with, made me feel right at home and so comfortable! Such a pleasure when someone shows genuine interest in your life and is so bright and bubbly! We all need more Dr Chloe’s!!

Dr Toby Catlin is a very professional medical practitioner who displays genuine care for his clients and has a keen attention to detail. He is patient and listens. Bundilla Clinic has always been a welcoming and caring organisation. I have been a client for 9 years.

Great family clinic. A lot of seats in waiting room and parking out front. We’ve been with Dr Francis for 2yrs and each visit is professional, thorough, she listens, takes notes and we trust her completely. The staff are friendly and welcoming. This is a busy clinic so waiting time occurs sometimes, as with most medical appointments. Pathology service onsite, handy instead of going to another facility. Pharmacy in same block of shops (short stroll around the block).

Bundilla Clinics is the best. We came from another doctor after so many issues involving our children (it was horrible) and I was very untrusting. We have seen multiple doctors at the Bundilla Clinic and all have been professional, caring and thorough. Our main Doctor is Toby Catlin, he is really good, he takes the time to teach not just give information. He is especially good with children.

I am so happy with my new doctor Chloe Hang. Dr Hang is caring and is so supportive and on top of all my health issues. I had given up of finding a good doctor on the coast but Dr Hang has restored my confidence. Highly recommend. I have peace of mind with Dr Hang.

I have been going to a Bundilla Clinic for a few years now. I find Dr Leanne Francis a very good doctor and very through. The reception staff a very helpful. I haven’t needed contact with the nurses but they seem very friendly when the come into the waiting room. Having a blood collection service on site is handy.

I spoke with Dr Heather who is always pleasant and thorough. I had a whooping cough needle and blood tests. Even though the surgery was busy everyone was very very pleasant.
