My experience at Imed was not good. Receptionists were not helpful & not professional in their conduct. Found this Imed a place that you don't feel welcome. Not friendly

Wonderful staff who r very kind and understanding of a 74 year old woman with parkinsons disease.terrific place with such understanding staff . Enjoy going there, strangely enough.

I booked an ultrasound here in May my mum booked the appointment for me and was letting them know that I was just an ultrasound because I was getting an abortion pill and you have to be at least less than eight weeks pregnant she explained this to the staff. Then the before my appointment. I received a phone call from one of the receptionist telling me that I'm not able to get an ultrasound because I have to be past eight weeks to get an ultrasound there I was made to feel stressed and I don't find this normal when they deal with. I'll probably 100 supplement that seek abortions every day because that's a job. I'm sure they are self-awareness receptionist lady knew exactly what she was doing. I had to cancel or she had to cancel my appointment I re-booked somewhere else. I then called up to speak to someone about this because you don't have to be eight weeks pregnant at least as you are can get the abortion pill. I didn't really receive an apology Morceau that apparently the receptionist was aware, but how can you not be aware when you deal with thousands of women every day and I'm sure there's some sort of training to make you aware and why would receptionist be calling me if the doctor didn't say anything or the person responsible didn't tell her this I'm sick of people this people. I have nothing better to do in the spare time and this is disgusting. I believe some people need to consider doing different jobs because not everyone deserves to be doing something like this when it comes to people's decisions on their bodies and stuff.

Caring and compassionate radiology staff. Very much appreciated their professional approach and diligence. Hard to come by medical staff who are passionate about their roles such as the people at this clinic.

I asked about bulk billing, they said no one would bulk bill my ultrasound. They withheld the fact that the rbwh and most hospitals still completely bulk bill ultrasounds ....

My mother has dementia & required an X-Ray. The staff were very caring & kind. Thank you for making what could have been stressful for her easy.

I have had my ultrasound completed recently. I had a student and the supervisor I can say that the level of professionalism was very impressive the student and the supervisor were very thorough and they paid attention to every detail. Thank you!

very very unprofessional. they even don’t know what they are doing my appointment was at 10:10am i waited untill 11:10am. i kept asking the lady at reception that why is not my name being called everyone who came after me has gone through she kept saying hopefully won’t be longer.. after waiting an hour when i checked with the lady again how long does it gonna take because im fasting and have lil baby at home and then she said they have shortage of time they can’t do. would u like to reschedule ur appointment.. how redicilous.. i had to cancel my appointment after waiting one hour.. very very disappointed ..👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻
