A great value holiday option.located within ten minute casual walk to heart of mooloolaba and Cotton Tree .Clean,well maintained with manicured gardens right across road to ocean with spectacular views.Apartment spacious with all amenities.Managers Sophie and John went out their way to make us feel welcome ,so friendly and helpful, suggesting the best places to eat and visit.We felt like family.Helped carry our bags to apartment.Will definitely be back.

Great location and views, across the road from beach and walkable to both Mooloolaba and Alex Heads cafes and shops. Spacious and open plan apartment with all the necessary appliances. Staff made the stay personal remembering our names, going the extra mile to help check in and out and sending a personal thank you email.

It was a little bit outdated but nice and spacious, clean and tidy with everything you need, ceiling fans, air con, tiled floors, comfortable beds, heated pool, underground car parking and a hoist with all the knowledge of the surrounding areas and restaurants, it worth a look, you will be pleasantly surprised

Sophie and John were so welcoming, the accommodation cleanliness was of high standard and we can't wait to come back again. Awesome location with balcony views of the beach.

Our apartment was uncluttered, very comfortable and immaculate, the view over the Ocean exceptionally. Sophie and John are the kindest and most caring hosts. One regret, we didn’t stay longer.

Spacious and lovely accommodation, exceptionally clean, and equipped with all the necessities you need. From our very first phone contact we found Sophie to be so helpful, friendly and professional. Her recommendation of room type was perfect for the six of us. John was also so welcoming when we arrived. The apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable, a well organised kitchen with everything we needed for the night we cooked for ourselves. Breakfast on the balcony with ocean views was lovely. Recommendations for local restaurants were great and our teenagers enjoyed the pool and games room. Highly recommend and will definitely stay again. Thank you

Absolutely fantastic,everything laid on.Great view 200 metres from the water.Patrolled beach 600 metres.Owners were great.600 metres from the Alex surf club.

We did some work in a unit and dealt directly with the unit managers. They were super helpful and I can say for sure they would do anything they can to make sure anyone staying there has the best stay possible.

Our favourite place to stay. John and Sophie are wonderful and always make sure everything is going great. Best view of the ocean and great location close to shops and attractions.

Amazing stay. Sophie is an excellent host, she walked me to my room on check in and walked me out when I checked out. The rooms were very clean and massive! Great view of the beach from our balcony. Would recommend this place for a convenient and relaxing stay. Thank you again!

I loved staying at these apartments at Alex in January 2022. Sophie and John were terrific hosts and very welcoming. John even helped with caring our bags up the stairs which we were very appreciative. The view was amazing. I've stayed at many units along Alex Heads , and this was the best. Great location, easy access, pool is beautiful and lots of sun lounges and a BBQ available, plus putt putt, table tennis and sauna. Everything you want and need for a relaxing holiday. And of course, the patrolled beach is right across the road. ⛱️ ⛱️ thanks Sophie and John. 😀 see you again soon.

The apartments are located right next to the beach. Great location. Apartment is old and has a/c to living room only. Tv remote did not work properly and the TV sound was bad.. but didn’t come here to watch TV.. however, would have been nice if it was working properly. The place is Good for a family vacation unit. Has private parking , which is a big plus. The pool area is located in the front and anyone can walk in.. has a small putting course and a game room. Also has a sauna in the basement, which looked old and less inviting.. we did not use it.

Worst apartment stay ever Dirty carpet mould. Smelly rotten wood. No clean towels No clean bedsheets Dirty couch. 5 adults 4 kids all got sick because of dust mites allergy. If she is giving it for free still expensive.

Beautiful clean room great beach view John and Sophie were amazing showed us places to eat around the area were great with the kids and helped carrie our bags up excellent hosts. Will be back

Our stay at the Alexandria Apartments was absolutely fantastic. We stayed in a 3 bedroom apartment on the 3rd floor and it was just perfect and can I just say that view is spectacular. John and Sophie went above and beyond to assist us in any way they could, warm, friendly and kind. We will definitely be back to enjoy this amazing space they have created.

We have stayed in Apartment 25 at Alexandria Apartments twice now and have had a wonderful break. So much so that I have made some future bookings. Sophie and John are wonderful hosts who ensure that their guests are well looked after. The position of the apartments is great. Whichever way you decide to go when you walk out through the front gate, there is plenty to do. Our unit was spacious, well equipped, very clean and well maintained. Sitting on the balcony provided lots of entertainment. I am only sorry that we hadn’t discovered Sophie, John and Alexandria Apartments sooner. We will look forward to returning very soon.
