They have been very helpful with what products we were looking for with our new fur babies. They also have helped with getting them into puppy school asap which is wonderful so they are taught a good way from the begining.

Great groomers. Always very thorough, very friendly and very caring towards the animals. My Pug regularly gets a full groom from them and they pamper him. It's great.

Every aspect of this store is top rate. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable but more importantly, friendly. The range of products and prices are second to none. My dogs love the treats available here that are different from other local pet stores.

It's a really good store with friendly staff. It's just unfortunate that they don't sell very much FOR rats, despite selling rats. It's hard to find suitable food and toys for them here.

Staff are always friendly, but I probably picked the worst day to buy a jumper for Patch 🤣 2 days into the cold snap, so not a lot of 'affordable' options and it had to be shipped to St George, so I was also time poor

The Slacks Creek branch have readily available and knowledgeable CSR's. Especially Ben! Helped me relieve fears of involuntarily adopting a huge aquarium with fish and turtle. Just love it, and cleaning gets easier every time. Thank you all for being readily available and knowledgeable.

Good close shop for guinea pigs. Small pets are harder to shop for so it's great to have somewhere local to access for their supplies.

Went in today, the budgies looked healthy but there were far too many crammed up in one cage.. There were about 3 other empty cages so I’m unsure why they weren’t spread out more? Also, I really hope the cat that’s up for adoption gets time to roam out of the small enclosure he’s kept in, I’d adopt cookie in a heartbeat if I weren’t allergic! :(

Service is good, staff very nice, and they try to please with the cut you require for your dog, but the prices are a bit high for my liking.

This is a review about the grooming centre, not the store itself which had a great range of products. The groomer wasn’t friendly at all. I booked a basic bath and towel dry and my pup came out looking miserable and was still soaking wet. I understand you need to book a blow dry for a complete dry but at least a little bit of effort to dry her would be good? The groomer wasn’t friendly at all and didn’t even look at my pup in the eyes or speak to her (or even greet me properly, to add), or removed her collar or leash and bathed her with it all on. This was a much worse experience than other groomers I’ve been to.

Great store with friendly staff

Just came back from administrating Snoopy today. I was thoroughly impressed by the reception we received from everyone whom helped us. Thanks to Mr. Jason for looking after our Great Dane and giving us helpful advice. The info paperwork we received profiled our dog for the visit, helping us to retain a record of details for the visit. We needed a high priority check up for a minor wound on our young dog. At the last minute, this vet was able to fit us in within the next two hours. These guys really do love their animals and take customer service seriously. We want to transfer to Best Friends as our main vet to be honest after this experience. Go to these guys! They'll look after you and your pets, they have a genuine caring empathic nature.

Best Friends pets store at Underwood are the best in Queensland. Staff are ready to help in any way they can. If you need your fur babies clipped or pampered the friendly staff in the grooming area will take care of them and do a perfessional job and your pet will come out smiling and look fantastic
