Great food but unfortunately the management of this cafe ruins the whole experience. Picture this: it’s a Saturday morning and you’d love to find somewhere for a nice breakfast, you come across Harvest cafe, with a nice menu and a cozy atmosphere. It’s time to find a table, but all that can be seen is a sea of orange “RESERVED” tags. WHY DO YOU ACCEPT RESERVATIONS FOR BREAKFAST?? Almost NO tables available because you give priority to lazy slobs who couldn’t even be bothered leaving their home to book a table? I made the trip out here, I should get priority. Reservations are for dinner, not breakfast. Harvest, you aren’t that special. Why don’t you stop accepting reservations for breakfast and instead only accept walk-ins, like literally every other breakfast cafe.

Food is great but service was terrible. We waited an hour for our meals and some of them were incorrect orders. We'll go somewhere else on busy days.

I have been coming to this place for years. Unfortunately, the quality of the food has declined. I ordered a big country breakfast. The eggs were still raw on top, slimy, the steak was more gristle than meat and tge mushrooms were dried shrivelled pucks. The best part of the whole thing was the coffee. At least that was done right. A couple of the staff on were pleasant as well.

I've long loved a good breakfast (or trivia night, back when that was a thing) at Harvest with friends. But I especially commend them for their changes and innovations due to COVID-19 restrictions. The online ordering system is excellent! My takeaway breakfast was ready on time, the pick up process straightforward, and it was absolutely delicious.

Been to Harvest Cafe before and have been very happy with food and service. Booked a week ago for breakfast for 2-4 at a particular table this morning for Father’s Day, very happy that my daughters decided to get up at this time for a bite with dad. Only to be told that even though they remember me booking the table and requesting to be inside they informed myself that I was sitting outside and could not have my pre booked table. A phone call would of been nice, instead of embarrassing me in front of my family. First world problems I know but not the way it should be done. Basic courtesy would of been nice! I will not be going back!

Stopped in for breakfast on Christmas Eve and it was very busy. The staff were very attentive and we slipped into a table outside. The coffees (Merlo beans) came out exceptionally fast, followed by our breakfast. It was around $20 per person for our food and coffee - very affordable. They have GF bread for $2 extra. As soon as we'd finished the staff cleaned our table. Everyone was friendly and the meals were good. Can't ask for much more. It was a good experience, I'd come back again.

Met up with friends this morning and we’ve had excellent service and the food was wonderful! Friendly staff, fast service, clean tables, just a perfect morning to end our week. Thank you Harvest! Still one of my favourite brekkie places!

Had a lovely breaky with my mum here this morning! Great place to go if you are ceoliac, the girls take all the extra precautions to make sure your needs are met! Food and drinks were super yum and the service was fast, couldn’t recommend a place more, will definitely be back! 🥰

Excellent coffee and usually good food, but not worth the 45 minute wait after ordering, especially when half the food was from the display cabinet. Yes it’s a popular cafe, yes they do the best they can when they’re busy, but customers should be warned upfront about that sort of delay.

A previously happy customer but today was a disaster. Waited 10 minutes to order (one worrier ran outside mid-making a coffee to hug a friend so worker at the register had to leave register to complete coffee). Only one person in front of me to order. Worker had enjoyable chit chat with the customer about his family and niece seated outside while she had to constantly check with kitchen staff about menu items (I appreciate she must be new but you need to have someone with new staff to avoid this). I ordered and confirmed. My friend ordered after me and we sat. Our drinks arrived and my friends order. I asked after 20 minutes would my toasted sandwich be much longer - worker went to check and said it was nearly ready. When received it was wrong and the worker dropped my serviette on the way and just picked it up off the floor and continued. The staff refunded (without me asking) which was gracious and they were apologetic. I then ordered a takeaway black tea. No milk, no sugar. Paid, re-sat. Worker came to me to confirm order? How hard can a black tea be? Then when tea was delivered, it was under brewed (leaves need to brew if you aren’t using teabags) & lukewarm. Although I appreciate most of this is trivial - all up we had quite the negative experience. We also witnessed older patrons being made to sit out side at 1:10 in the blustery westerly winds as the staff had already cleaned inside tables. They almost begged to sit inside but the staff kept directing them to available tables outside. We thought they may be reserved but actually they were cleaned for closing and not to be used. I want to support small. I decided to get my tea from you rather than at the movie theatre. But the whole experience was a disaster. I should’ve cut my losses. Your staff need better training. They were sweet but need more training on your menu & customer service.

They make the best Ice Coffee in Victoria Point (ice cream and whipped cream), must try! One staff member stands out, Jess. She is always so lovely when I come in & always working hard ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Was expensive for a cafe, the coffee was burnt, they don't know what a flat white is apparently and the bread felt like they boiled it instead of toasting it. They forgot the order of the people next to us, and overcharged another table. Our food did come out nice and quick but.

Good place for local, and not very pricey, I ordered triple pancakes with bacon and maple syrup, salt and sweet, perfect combination. And lovely service.

I had Mother's Day lunch here with my daughter (who actually suggested it),and it was absolutely beautiful. From the amazing service to the time we ordered to the time our food arrived. Well I'm taking my partner back next week for lunch. I can't wait to take interstate family when they come for a visit.

I’ve frequented the cafe about half a dozen times since moving to the area 5 years ago. It’s not bad however, the customer service leaves something to be desired. I’m not sure I’ve ever had a positive interaction with anyone who works here. Always left at the til upon entering and made to feel like a nuisance while trying to order. Weird vibes that contradict the hippie aesthetic. Coffee is good and food is OK.

Staff were absolutely awful. It was like the didn't want or need customers. Crazy to think that we live on an isolated island, far from the rest of the world, but we invite foreigners to spend their money here, and get this type of treatment. The entry Staff had unwelcomed faces as if they were doing us a favour when we asked where are we sitting for a table of 14 people. I think from most of us, the opinion was that the brunch (food) was really good.

Very disappointed today - popped in at 10:58am on a Sunday, to request one coffee and was told they were closed (yet signage shows 11am). After being up all night with a baby was pretty taken aback at the poor customer service shown by the ladies working.

food was great but unfortunately the service was not. there was a blonde older lady that was rude through out the morning, she was extremely condescending and acted like she was doing us a favour when we asked for something as simple as table water. Really disappointed.

You can take a gamble and try and get a walk-up table, but I would suggest to book if you can. I have been past here a few times and it is always chockers. That probably means that they are doing something right. The atmosphere is ok (you are sitting outside an Aldi, or on the foot path near a shopping centre)... But they make the most of the space they have. Tables are a good size and are cleaned well (and well presented). Whether you want to order from the counter or from the table via QR, service and delivery is efficient, friendly and professional. Most drinks are $6 - $8 and most meals are around $18 - $24 (breakfast). They are really good portion sizes and tasty, so that makes them good value for money. It was really good (not perfect or great, but really good). I'd give them a go again if I was passing by that way. We had the Vegetarian Omelette and Grandmas Rissoles. Like I lead-off with.... They are always busy, so they must be doing something right. They did right by us as well. Enjoy, it's well worth the effort.

Lovely spot for brunch, lunch or coffee. Bustling spot in front of Aldi and Skippyz fruit n veg. Rustic appeal and cosy but the menu was amazing. So much to choose from and so interesting, you could come every day for a month and not eat the same thing! The Baked Smoked Salmon was divine! The Smoked Salmon Benedict was delish. And the Field Mushroom Benedict was also very tasty. Not cheap but food was beautifully presented and amazing service by the Maître’D who promptly seated us before we knew it and the wait staff. Will be back for more!

Ham and cheese croissant was nice, double smoked ham was a nice touch. However there was a hair in my cheesecake. It was lovely though

I was there mid morning last Friday. They were very busy, but the staff were very welcoming and very quick in taking the orders. My order came out super fast. The tea was hot, the chocolate brownie was warm and served with cream. It was like biting into a mouthful of chocolate heaven. Each outside chair has a lap blankie in case of chilly weather.

Really good selection in the menu. Chai was amazing and haven't had a bad experience from this place. Must try if you're around the area.

Used to be great. Now it's terrible. Ordered a really straight forward, basic breakfast and there were multiple mistakes made. The hospitality standard is plummeting in Australia. Harvest, Lakeside, Victoria Point. Hard poached eggs came out runny, even the whites were uncooked. Vegan meal came with Feta. Decaf coffee "bowl" came out in a takeaway cup. The replacement was caffeinated.

Amazing place for breakfast. Even on a busy day the service was quick, food was top notch and well worth a visit if your in the area! Lots of organic options and alternatives for lactose free and other mills!

Certainly one of the better places to eat in the area, but they don't make their own hollandaise and haven't tasted the one they're buying in. Interesting menu choices and flavour combinations that are just a bit disappointing when they arrive at your table. Really hope this place improves as there's not many good cafes in the redlands

Only eaten here just once, popped in for breakfast. Highly recommend it. Breakfast I chose was delicious and reasonably priced. Will definitely come back here again.

Visit this cafe semi-regularly now and I'm always impressed. Coffee is fantastic but their meals are brilliant. Field Mushroom Benedict is definitely a favourite of mine, but I've also had the pancake stack which is just insane. Highly, highly recommended.

A buzzing cafe on the busy strip of High St. It was nice to see a very spacious cafe with plenty of meals to choose from. Whether you wanted a hearty meal or a vegan option, this cafe can cater for it. Its Pet friendly, great for coffee dates and morning breakfast. Will be returning again for round two.

Had a lovely vegetarian meal there last week. Every aspect of the meal was well prepared with depth to the flavour. The most difficult aspect was trying to decide from among the array of tempting sounding menu items.

Staff are rude! Never any tables!! If you really want to go here you’ll need to book. Tell me why would you have ALL your tables reserved for breakfast so you can’t have walk ins??? Who prebooks a table for breakfast?!? Walked out the last 4-5 times because empty tables everywhere but all reserved. Saw free spot on end of tall tables but a lady staff member could see I was pointing to it so made it clear they had it reserved for someone else but hadn’t put a sign on it. Food is actually good but wouldn’t know anymore as we can’t get in. I have now given up!
