Absolutely amazing customer service! We got our little girl willow due to suffering a major loss of our own. Our big boy buddy has fallen in love and they are now best friends. She has the most amazing personality and temperament and you can tell she has been looked after. Yes buddy is big but he is a gentle giant 😂 Thank you for making the hardest time in our lives so much better! ❤️

This place has zero customer service. Tried calling several times during day for no answer, Went down to store at 5 to 5 and staff were still inside, they saw us pull into the car park and instead of asking me quickly if they could help they all ducked their heads ran out the door to their cars like little mice. Went Up to RSPCA and spent a couple hundred bucks and had great service. Close to the most disgusting bits of customer service i have ever seen. Will NEVER Go Back.

Bought a cavoodle in April. We arrived in a late Saturday afternoon but Barry was friendly, helpful and very patient. Price is the same as what they post on their website. The dog we bought is very healthy, has very good character and easy to train. Highly recommended.

I adopt my 14weeks cavoodle puppy. This place cheaper price than any other pet shop and my baby boy totally healthy and obedient puppy. He already toilet trained and easily train for sit and stay after one week staying with us All of our family love him most. The staff worked here so helpful and gave me a lot of information about adapting puppy. Thank you for your help and you gave me best presents ever since my children. We will definitely visit your shop again to get my Candy necessity and thanking you.

I just read through the reviews on here, especially the ones from the owner. Very poor responses from the owner, clearly does not take criticism well. Not sure why the personal attacks, when someone brings up perfectly respectful criticism, the owner then attacks the person personally. If you’re unsure of this, take a read through the comments, especially the responses from the owner. Very nasty, clearly does not like input. I would not even bother taking a look at this place. The response to the individual “crazy gamer” was well and truly uncalled for.

Unbelievably happy dogs, puppies are all well kept and are looked after well. Good customer service, would definitely consider buying a pup here in the future :)

I bought my newest friend home on Sunday. He’s a happy healthy little Pomeranian shihtzu puppy and I’m so delighted to welcome him to his forever home. The owners were so lovely and let me hold all the puppies until I found one I bonded with. I loved how many varieties of puppy they had when I went and they have their own dogs there that don’t mind a cuddle while you’re doing your paperwork🥰 Very cute store and I can’t thank them enough for their time 🙂

Shop owner Barry and other staffs were friendly. We bought puppy of schnoodle x mini schnauzer. He explained and answered a lot before deciding. Also made sure with us each details of the paper document regarding of how to take care etc. It was good to talk to you Barry and our puppy is healthy. Thank you for everything and we are really appreciate you.

Paid for and purchased a Cavoodle puppy in Feb, as she grew older she seemed much less Cavoodle than expected. DNA testing shows a mix of Poodle, Jack Russell Terrier, Maltese Terrier, Shih Tsu & Pekingese. Very much doubt I would've willingly paid over $4000 for a breed that wasn't the advertised breed, and instead a "bitsa". Buyer be warned, just because they say it's a certain breed doesn't necessarily mean they are that.

We bought a pomeranian dog at this store last Sept.2021. Little did we know it’s not a pure pomeranian. It’s more like a spitz. They are a scam.

Have known owner since Mother Hubbard pet shop days and he has always been grumpy/non-welcoming. I even dropped off shredded paper as it said on the sign that it was needed and upon dropping it off I was told to "just leave it at the door", without even a thank you. Beautiful puppies but would be really nice for a smile.

I bought a beautiful Cavoodle from Puppy Pad in July 2020. The team took their time with me to discuss the dogs and give information on the breed. Once I selected my new pooch they were very detailed with the process of taking home a new pup and their needs. Very happy with the service provided.

Barry and Jill were absolutely amazing today.. we needed a puppy for my 7 year olds birthday at very short notice. Barry was full of knowledge and was excellent at communicating it!! We ended up with a beautiful Jack Russel Terrior x Cavalier which Tyson ended up naming 'tallulah'. You can get everything you need for your new puppy or your existing pet from there - they have an absolutely amazing range and if you are unsure Barry or Jill will be able to point you in the right direction. We travelled an hour from Redcliffe and would happily do it again based on the service and outcome we received today. Thanks so much !!
