Had a friend go on a tour of these apartments and it was terrible. They told her the apartment would be ready to show today. When she arrived to view the unit she would have moved into, the refrigerator had small roaches! The leasing agent showing the apartment said “oh those will be gone before you move in” but why show someone an apartment with a problem like that? Why not just wait until it’s ready? My concern for her is that if she signs a lease, will any of her concerns ever be taken care of? The property also has broken appliances and trash just scattered in the parking lot. It’s a shame and so disappointing. Definitely do your research and make sure you view the unit IN PERSON before signing your lease there. It could save you so many problems later.

FOR THE LOVE OF GOD. Please move anywhere but here. I’ve lived in FEMA housing right outside of the ninth ward that’s better than this place. I literally cannot stress enough how much awful stuff I’ve had to put up with living here. The front office is full of the least helpful people you will ever meet. Lazy and unprofessional. The apartments themselves are disgusting. I’ve reported black mold twice and they did NOTHING. Wasn’t until I threatened to create a lawsuit that anything was done. I’ve had my washing machine replaced twice. Both times my dining room, kitchen and laundry room were flooded from poor connection of the hose and then just being idiots. At the moment were on a boil water notice from January 5th “until further notice” with the estimated date being January 8th but no actual promised date. I understand you get what you pay for but I’m paying $1700 for a 1 bedroom, 1 bath “newly renovated” apartment that has cost me more of my sanity than my diagnosed paranoid schizophrenic mother. I cannot stress this enough. DO NOT MOVE HERE. You will thank me later.

DO NOT RENT ! A question to cooperate: how many more negative reviews will have to be posted before a change is made ? The apartment had many issues, I made numerous complaints personally to the leasing office and they were not addressed. I requested a change in the apartment unit, but that did not happen either. I have tried to be accommodating but none of the issues were fixed. 1.Roach infestation- Roaches were crawling on me during my sleep and have inhabited my mattress and other furnitures. Roaches were also found In the showers, kitchen and laundry room. Not a few roaches, but hundreds of them. 2. Hot water- No hot water, I asked for the heating system to be fixed every single day I was there and it worked briefly for only one day. 3. Other appliances, fixtures and lights did not work properly. 4.Refrigerator- The refrigerator was leaking, after making mention of it, I was promised a new one but it was not changed. It was so bad, I fell directly on my back just walking into the kitchen to this day I still have back pains.

DO NOT RENT, FALSE ADVERTISEMENT This is day 2 here, it started off bad, they called a few days before I was supposed to move in that my place was not going to be ready because it needed to be painted, long story short I walk in and the door knob is lose and the latch doesn’t work. Then there’s paint stains all over the floor, in every room. Hairs stuck on the wall to dried bodily fluids like someone stuck their most hairy boogers on the wall, so much for paint. I swept and the swiffer was completely black like the commercials but worse, it had a lot of little hairs. Mold on the shower head. The windows are dirty and greasy. Then I asked about an elevator and they said no elevator and I’m on the 3rd floor. Not worth the money, they will also never answer the phone. Nothing was new like it looks online, this place is atrocious and I hate it here.

The previous property manager Tammy, and current property manager Briana were both awesome! The apartment was really nice and where I lived felt pretty safe. My neighbors were friendly and many were military affiliated.

For an efficiency apartment for short term it worked well for me. Yes parking can be annoying but I experienced that at most apartments I’ve rented. I was always able to find a spot somewhere on property. I didn’t use the pools but they had a couple. When I interacted with the staff they were always kind. Washer and dryer on site and uses an app to pay. Great because I don’t want to have to get quarters! For an apartment experience, it really was pretty good.

Run!!!! It’s a scam it’s multiple false advertisements. it’s always filthy the elevators smell extremely bad. It’s roach 🪳 infested bugs of all kinds infested their payment portal is flawed. I set up auto pay and they never collected my payment even with multiple prove. And statements from my bank with proof that my money was there and ready to be paid. They still want me to pay a late fee of $150. Claiming I was late when I even made the effort to pay it manually and it said my debit card that doesn’t expire until 2028 is expired. Someone really should look into this company.

I must say the coast line apartments has some wonderful units for the best price and is located in the heart of fort Walton. Just ask for Brenna the best agent I’ve ever met. She’ll definitely take care of you and have you feeling like you’re already at home.
