good room. and very Very bad restaurant, poor service attitude, average taste, slow serving speed, the soup is instant noodles.Unpalatable！！！！

Expensive for that quality of services. Ok nice and clean room. But broken mosquito window net, bathroom not quite clean. You can take better hotel here with lower price and breakfast included.

Stayed just for one night. Staff lovely. We got the cheapest room - which had no windows to outside world and shower went everywhere. Breakfast not included with room. Good wifi and location.

Rooms are clean and fully equipped with creature comforts. Somehow the hotel is lacking character and is quite pricey for Madagascar standards.Food is average and lacking options

The service in this hotel is excellent. The staff goes out of their way to be helpful. Loved the food at the snack bar, which I would call a full service restaurant. Be sure to try out their great massages at the spa. The rooms are huge and clean. Don't miss the Pirrot Man museum.

The hotel itself is fine, nice room size with air conditioning and great water pressure. However the snack restaurant below the hotel is awful. The servers do not attend to guests and the food took over an hour to arrive. Once it did arrive it was flavourless and very disappointing. The hotel is fine for a few nights but definitely find food elsewhere.

We were very positively surprised by the hotel and its amenities such as Pool, Whirlpool, Hammam, Sauna, nice Garden to have breakfast, etc that can be used for free. Rooms were clean, AC worked well, Bed comfortable. I would recommend to take a standard double instead of an economy room. In terms of food, the Restaurant has 3 different Establishments. We went to the Snack Bar instead of Restaurant for Dinner and Breakfast, due to much better prices and still lots of Continental Meals available. For Breakfast you can choose/ mix and match your Drink/Food/Omelette etc instead of taking the mandatory menu in the restaurant. Overall we were very happy to stay for a night on our way to the south. I fully recommend

It was an unexpected charming and comfortable hotel. The Junior Suit was spacious, clean, water pressure great, and the bed was firm muchly needed after a long drive and been in the wild after few days. We highly recommend

Zomatel is a nice hotel. Rooms are clean with white linens. Customer service is good. Friendly staff who anticipate your needs. Set right in the heart of the city of Fianarantsoa. Not far from the main lorry station. It’s the best hotel in town. Restaurant was good. You can get freshly made pizza right here. Once you sleep here, you wouldn’t like anywhere else in Fianarantsoa.

Nice good value hotel. Some of the staff at the reception speak English quiet well and are eager to help. There is an indoor swimming pool, a restaurant and a more low budget cafetaria. Don't miss out on the (chocolate) croissants!

Wonderfull hotel. Oasis. The rooms are big and clean. Very good food (dinner and breakfast) but slow service. Take the chance to have a massage, their massoust is AMAZING 15min - 4,5€; 30min - 6€; 40min - 9€ the only thing is the water in the rooms are cut between 9am -7pm

Room was confortable with all amenities available. Easy access. You have to pay a little more for semi-luxury but quiet room (MGA 95000) . Restaurant has good variety of meals and price reasonable. Hotel is quite popular with expatriates visiting the area.

The fish was terrible, no tast , impossible to eat. Don't eat here !

I spent here one night, enough to appreciate the kindness of the staff, the cleanliness of the room and the services offered. It is a big building in pretty central position, not a cozy place. I met many foreigners here. I appreciated the restaurant with the table pool and the long list of dishes (some of them Mexican and Indian style) on the menù. Unfortunately the pizza wasn't very good.
