Waited so long and unattended for 30 minutes as it was not crowded at all. The staff there pretend to be busy only walking here and there buy do nothing to assist their prospective clients.

This is the only LV outlet in florence, so a heads up, it may be very very busy on a weekend, hence why the bad reviews on customer service. I would still give it 3 stars because it is one of the better designed LV boutiques in Italy. Keeping the medieval architecture inside, makes the boutique stand out from the rest. Well done LV.

Very busy but not as big as Venice. They didn’t want to sell the brown purse which they only had one in stock.I was able to get it from Venice LV as a gift.

My wife found the perfect purse for her birthday gift, but they would not sell it to her without her passport (we had a photo on her phone). We asked them to hold it but they refused so we took the 1 hour roundtrip stroll back to the hotel to get her passport. Upon our return we were recognized by the "greeter", but she still put us on the waiting list. After a 45 minute wait, we were told the purse was sold to someone else and we should consider other models. I was furious for the waste of our time and my wife's dissapointment. I would not buy anything from this store, but my wife had her heart set on a LV. A couple days later we were on Capri and the LV store had the exact purse she wanted. Great people and a great experience. The exact opposite of what we endured in Firenze/Florence!

How can you not love an LV store. The products are the best but makr sure your rich, its not a cheap place to shop.

Went today looking for a bag. They are racist at the door they look you up and down. Didn’t even say hi, welcome in I asked for a bag and they said there is a waiting list I said ok I’ll wait out me on the list. Then 3 Asians come in they get service right away no wait for them. I simply walk out and funny enough the Asians walked out after me and didn’t make a purchase. Jokes on you because I was ready to buy will go to Milan and hopefully have better service if not I’ll go give my money to another brand that has better service. Very disappointed at LV Florence.

I was so excited to visit this store because it's gorgeous and I LOVE Louis Vuitton - I was excited to see the holiday and winter collections - however, when we arrived, the gentleman at the door was very rude and started at us from head to toe. He also told us they were closing soon, which is ridiculous because there was about 1 hour until closing. We definitely would have purchased if they hadn't been so arrogant. We took our business to Chanel, Goyard, and Celine.

We were served by a Chinese female sales assistant named Hang. We wanted to purchase three handbags but only one (speedy 20) was in store, so we mentioned maybe it would be better to try purchasing them together in Milan, given that the tax refund rate would be higher with more purchase (12% vs 15%) and also we didn't have to travel with it. She then immediately told us the speedy 20 bag was sold out in all stores in Milan - which turned out to be a lie. The bag was actually available across all Louis Vuitton boutiques! Shame.

when i came here, i got a terrible experence. all of the staffs had a racism. and they didn't glace at us. i just stand at cashier for 15 minutes. Of course i asked for lots of times for them, how long do i have to wait? but they said that i have to serve other person. but at that time some european asked some question, then staff kindly answer. exactly it is a racism! actually i gonna buy 4 bags but i just came out from shop cuz r.a.c.i.s.m! surely i gonna make a complain headquarter of Louis vuitton at paris. at racism, Louis vuitton Firenze will go out of business !

If I could give this place zero stars I would. Sales associates here were the rudest in any LV store I have been to. After not having any of the 3 bags I was looking for, the sales associate asked if she could help me look for anything else. I kindly let her know I would like to browse a little more and only after this she told me not to touch the displays… how am I supposed to spend a thousand on a bag and not touch it before buying? I wonder why she told me but not everyone else who was touching the displays. Also, why tell me this after not being able to get a sale. Don’t waste your time here. Go to a better LV store.
