Arrived just after they opened at 4:00 p.m. and were greeted warmly by the Host and the Wine Sommelier, Rojay. We opted to sit out on the patio and enjoy the beautiful weather. (See Photos) They only serve Appetizers & Drinks in this area and both were very Delicious! The Appetizers were perfect for two and very well composed and portioned. The Wine List was well balance in price and selections. Waitstaff were attentive and engaging and very helpful in suggesting items from the menu especially the Desserts! Thank you all for making are visit enjoyable and memorable and we will definitely be back soon!

Great restaurant, hearty food. More than enough to feed the two of us and the bill was cheaper than expected :-P The window is definitely a huge plus; in a spot as high as the 11th floor, you can easily see the snow mountain and the panorama of the city.

On our first visit to Emerald Queen, I happened to stop the executive chef walking around (unaware who he was) and asked him where to find food. He said his place was the fanciest, and after looking up the menu, we were convinced. We made our way to the 11th floor, where we were greeted so nicely. The views on the deck are beautiful, and we will sit there next time, but we had a great dining experience. Our waiter, the non rushed service, and the phenomenal food were what made this whole experience special. He wasn't kidding when he said he was the best as he greeted us with an appetizer (this is where we found out he was the chef!). Definitely recommend a date night with your love or friends. A hidden gem in Tacoma. 💛

Awesome get away from the casino floor - easy to access without going through the casino if you park in the hotel parking lot. Great food and great views. Bar and outside area are fun and drinks are good

The consistently exceptional service greatly enhances the dining experience. The Ribeye burger, a culinary masterpiece, surpasses expectations with its tantalizing flavors, and the portions are generous. The scenic vistas of Tacoma further elevate the ambiance, making it an all-around delightful experience. In addition, the pricing is commendable, offering good value for the quality of food and the stunning backdrop.

The atmosphere here is wonderful. Great views, great service and great presentation. The food didn't all live up to it though. The lobster escargot style was chewy. The scallops appetizer was presented beautifully, but they were only caramelized well on one side. The caeser salad was under dressed. The tomato bisque was very good, a highlight. We ordered 2 filets, medium and medium rare plus. The latter came out blue. We simply sent it back and shared the other one, which I will day was delicious with a wonderful crust. And skip the orange cheesecake, it had gritty texture.

Absolutely excellent. Amazing views, (after dark), of Tacoma. The food is 100% on point as is the selection of high end spirits. 35 day dry aged steaks as well as Double R Ranch steaks. Both are mouth watering. Worth the visit.

I ordered a chicken salad and the chicken was very dry, and tasted very burnt. I asked him for more dressing, and it never came. The lobster bisque just seemed like it had artificial crab in it. Overall, I was pretty disappointed for what is supposed to be fine dining. Also, they don’t have any of their own drinks.
