Stopped in for a quick meal before we had an appointment to go to. Ordered online as I was walking in the door and sat down at 5:35 PM. It is now 6:02pm and when I walked up to ask where my order was they were just putting it in the oven. We are going to be late for appointment now because they neglected online orders. People that were walking in were getting their food before us. Extremely disappointed in this location.

We enjoyed our pizza. The person taking the order was extra friendly, but part of our order was wrong because it is hard to talk and listen. They remade it correctly.

The line was so long it took us almost 45 minutes waiting in line before we could order then another 15 minutes before the pizzas were ready and they got one of them wrong so had to wait even longer for them to cook another to replace it. Other then that it was good.

Rude staff? Mod pizza is always good but the staff at this location SUCK. Rude. Unpleasant. The people at the Sunrise Village location are way nicer. Whoever manages this location should train their employees on how to manage their face and tone. Awful.

While the pizza we ordered was hot and enjoyable, everything else about our experience was concerning. Staff did not seem concerned with taking any hygienic measures. Behind counter was a mess. Staff were a mess. Most of the tables in the dining area were a mess. With only 3 other groups at the restaurant during our visit, we waited over 20 minutes and watched as there was one mistake after another. People receiving wrong pizzas. Confusion about who was running the till. It was a circus. But, perhaps most off-putting of all was an entire table full of No Name cakes just sitting unwrapped in the middle of the dining area - a table of customers sitting a couple of feet away - other customers and staff walking by at close proximity. Pretty gross (and - I'm assuming - some brand of health code violation). All of that to say, we will almost certainly choose an alternate location if we're ever craving Mod in the future. This location needs much better supervision and training.

Always my family's go to place when we don't know what to have for dinner. Great build your own pizzas and salads. Many toppings to choose from. And staff super friendly and pizzas always come out perfectly cooked.

The manager here went above and beyond in her efforts to make our party of 13 feel welcomed. She found us tables together and made sure our large order was fulfilled with no problems. She is an asset to this company. We will be back because of her excellent customer service skills.

Jenna greeted me with excellent customer service. I could tell her kindness was genuine. The restaurant was very clean, especially the food station. My pizza came out crispy just the way I wanted it; which was cooked by Jenna. She's a rock star and made me want to return. 😀

I took my son here for his 12th birthday. The food was great, the atmosphere was fun and he enjoyed his dinner.

This place is pretty chill, and the customer service is always great. Anytime we visit the mall, we have to stop in and grab a pie, and the pesto sauce is highly recommended . The salad is always delicious. However, they could keep a better separation of the meats/veggies because I'll sometimes get a black olive or piece of chicken or a random veggie in my pepperoni pizza. All in all, this place is awesome. The pies are a 7.2 on the decimal scale

We stopped for MOD on purpose and was shocked at the lousy service. Not only was there only 2 guys working, the poor guy taking orders seemed to be under the influence. We placed the order but the service was so poor we ended up leaving prior to payment and anyone making our order. I am positive the guy didn’t even notice we left! Not what we expected, for sure.

The one in Pacific highway Washington is always busy, but the workers there are attentative and are friendly. Mod in general is fun place to make your pizza ideal come true. They have different types of crust: cauliflower, thin, and thick and EVEN sauces to drizzle on your pizza (or have it on the side).

Went to this location lastnight for 3 mod pizzas spend about $37 bucks and even tipped them $10 but I should’ve waited until the pizzas were made. Customer service was really bad. The female manager seemed nice at first and I complimented her as to deserving a raise but I guess she found offense to it mentioning that would be nice if she wasn’t already the manager. The younger gentleman on the ovens had a bad attitude and told me it’s not that serious. What’s not serious? I was very disappointed with the level of professionalism he held. I really just wanted to leave the pizzas but I already spent $47 and hungry kids at home. Go to another location. Short guy is very mean.

My husband and I stopped in for a quick bite. We were very surprised by the quality and variety of toppings. We each got a small pizza and it was delicious. We will definitely go there again

I'm not sure what happened I ordered and paid for 11" pizza and got this. I'm very disappointed!!!!!!!

I had a great experience at Mod Pizza. The affordability and good service stood out to me. The only downside was that they didn't have beer available at that time, which is why I'm leaving a 4-star review.

1 side of the pizza had no crust and the other side with crust was completely burnt employee burnt their hand while taking the pizza out the oven the service was eh the pizzas aren't only bad but there tiny half the size of a lil Ceasars pizza twice the price and half as good 1 star strongly don't recommend

I was trying to avoid using door dash and those other delivery services because there are always issues. Thought mod pizza had its own delivery drivers. Nope, it was delivered by door dash and of course it had timing problems. Pizza was soggy and not good either. Had garlic on mine and it had brown spots inside it. Expired vegetables, gross.

Mod is consistent. $13 and change for a large pizza and large drink. Pizza comes with unlimited toppings. Drink has unlimited refills. Their berry lemonade is delicious! Don't forget to get a side of ranch for each person in your party. You're not going to want to share. Really can't go wrong with Mod. My family and I didn't use the restroom so I can't speak on the cleanliness of that, but the rest of the restaurant seemed clean enough. :)

to start, my husband and i come to this location frequently and have always been happy with how hard the staff work and how nice they are. After seeing the harassment and disrespect that came from 2 men at this location on Tuesday Night 5/30/23 towards the amazing staff- i just want to say that all three of the workers on that shift are amazing people. No one ever deserves to be uncomfortable and harassed like the workers experienced tonight. We were observing from a few tables over until the 2 men approached us very aggressively- needless to say we had a few words with them and i hope it put them in there place to know not to treat people the way they did tonight. & to the man harassing my husband and i along with the staff, the jorts and flip flops were not a good look on you…

I put an online order in for future pick up so i could pick it up during my lunch break. My order never printed. I now have to sit here and wait and be late from my lunch, or I have to go without eating. Absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional. First time I’ve ever used future pickup, theres an issue, then all the employee had to say was “stuff happens” so can i just tell my boss that when i get written up? Don’t think that’s acceptable.

Ordered 4 pizzas on line with my visiting daughter from Brooklyn. I convinced her that she has to try it out because ive never had a bad pizza or experiance there. Well that changed 5 mins into arriving. We walked im a little bit after we was notified online and the person putting pizzas in looked at us then went to talking to the cashier. No hello, ill be right with you , just one sec, hey dide can would you let them know im busy talking to Becky ill ne right there, no hand gesture, wink, no nothing from anyone for at least 5 mins. So were looking at each other thinking did we just walk into a place of business or is this a glitch in the matrix? After another couple minutes my daughter says wow they have no hospitality , im NY they enguage with the people who is bringing in thier money with way more urgency. Maybe because there are 20x more people I replied. She says no because they know theyll be taken care of and always have a great experiance. Its a simple way to increase sales. Makes since. Anyways by the time someone greeted us the bad experiance was cemented and will be her memory unfortunantly. Pizza had no complaints

The mod crew where awesome , friendly and the place looked clean. It has been a few months than our last visit and i can say i enjoyed this new crew. They did an amazing job !

rudest employees, yelling/complaining about an order that THEY messed up on? needs to rethink their customer service towards us. nonetheless, they burnt my pizza. WORST customer service I have EVER had. I understand it’s minimum wage, but, come on. i didn’t want to make it a big deal but, i wouldn’t advise coming here. Drive the extra couple of miles to get good service.

Me and my friends went to have lunch there. The pizza was pretty good but we had ordered a pesto and veggie pizza and they had forgot to tell us they didn’t have pesto sauce. So they gave us our pizza with just cheese and peppers. So they offered to make us a different pizza for free and said it would be out shortly. We waited about 20mins until I had to go ask where are pizza was and they had forgot to put a name on it so it was sitting for so long and we got our pizza cold. Absolutely ridiculous!

This location was very open and not busy yet when we showed up. They allowed my toddler to run around while our food was being made which I appreciated so much. The food was great and the options for drinks was incredible. Highly recommend the huckleberry lemonade.

I just love this place. The staff is awesome, efficient and super helpful. They have healthy options for salads and pizzas. We got a mod salad and two mod pizzas for about $30. Good for at least dinner and lunch the next day. MOD Pizza is always a good option and this location is fantastic.

I waited literally 50 minutes for my order, they kept saying it was coming. It was a $7 breadsticks so I just ate the cost and left, because this is ridiculous. Such a waste of time and money.

I had a cauliflower crust pizza and I would have never thought that it would be as good as it was. My girlfriend wanted a pizza the other day and was about to order a pizza and only eat the toppings off it. I remembered MOD Pizza having the cauliflower option so I brought it up. I was basically guinea pigging her to have a future taste comparison. Needless the pizza was a masterpiece.

Most Mod have really great quality, service asking with very nice people. This one is no exception. There is no beer on tap as previous reviews had said. They do have a couple generic beers like Blue Moon and Coors along with a couple of wines like House Wine. Regular drink selection is good as well. There's a couple of lemonades and teas along with a soda machine. 4 stars as the pizza tasted stale for lack of a better way to put it. Could have just been a crust issue this time.

There is a distinct difference between employees. Usually a good experience, today was an exception. The girl threw my pizza together, and then it sat for a few long minutes while they ignored my pie. When I pointed out that my pizza would cook faster in the oven, she seemed irritated. Meanwhile, my lunch break ticks away. Great most times though.
