The play area is terminally closed at this chic fil a. Will edit my review if I see this change. Take your kids elsewhere, the Covington chic fil a has an open play area. This is apparently the last chic fil a with a play area pretending like anyone still cares about Covid.

This place is disorganized and chaotic. Tonight I got my order from DD and my large soda wasn’t filled up all the way. I have also experienced a couple of problems with curbside pickup and needing to check to see if condiments were included in the bags. They also stopped the curbside pickup unfortunately. Food is always good but the service could be much improved.

Drive thru can be insane. I suggest walking in for faster service. There's an inflatable play area outside the parking on the summer time. Good customer service, staff are nice and friendly. The food is quick and delicious. I recommend the honey pimento and waffle fries are good. The mac and cheese not very good. Different sauces are available for free. You can even buy a bottle of Chic-fil-A sauce from Fred Meyer now. Lots of options on the menu. Missing 1 star because the last time I was here, I chewed a sharp piece of plastic from my burger, I complained to the corporate but they offer to replace meal instead of refund. Staff please be very careful with food preparation. That could be a big lawsuit but we are chill.

Friendly staff, fast service. Large seating area with an indoor play area as well. They have drive thru, mobile pick up and curb side. The seating area is clean and it was an overall enjoyable experience

These young people are beyond amazing. I am so proud to have had their service. Anticipation of needs and happiness from everyone. My All-Star is working hard on the pathway to leadership. I look forward to watching them grow into the young leaders America needs. French fries are so good I bought seconds! Soft serve is Perfect.

This Chick-fil-A is pretty good. Their customer service isn't as awesome as the one in LAKEWOOD, but still worth going back! It's location is ok, the parking lot is damn near impossible. They painted it off with directions and things, which has helped out a ton. My order is always correct, the place is clean, they're quick, but their friendliness is something to be desired. They aren't rude, but they don't stand out from any other place, like I've grown accustomed to. Overall, I live right here. Sometimes I go twice a day..esp for their frosted coffee..OMG!!

That gentleman that served us was very cheerful and jolly! It has been a long time since I've interacted with a fast food employee with his energy. It definitely made my dining experience better. It was the first time trying this franchise and it was great!

Quick breakfast stop. Went through the drive-thru during the morning. Very short line, quick and very efficient. Friendly service. It looks like the dining room was closed. Food was warm and fresh.

Food was Amazingly delicious!! Their waffle fries and the chick fil a sauce was really good! The service was good also though it was busy our food was served in no time.

Nice location ( very close to I5). Food and service as usual excellent that you can expect for any Chick fill A. We ate after charging Tesla at near by super charger. Likely make this place a regular stop for future Seattle trips from Portland .

Solid fast food spot. The spicy chicken is where it’s at. They need to make spicy nuggets and spicy strips and spicy grilled chicken and their chicken would be 1000 times better. The original has a slightly sweet taste which I’m not a fan of. But their spicy chicken has more of that salty, briny, fried chicken flavor and really hits.

Was impressed with how they took my order, it was very organized and the line moved swiftly. The person who took my order was very good, pleasant and courteous. Would recommend this location.

I am not big on chicken sandwiches but this place is amazing! They have the best chicken ever! And they have super fast service! The first time I went there I was really worried it was going to take forever because of how long the line was but we were out of there faster than any other fast food restaurant.

Drive through was fast, line was long but took no longer than 10 minutes total to order and receive my food. Their chicken strips are tender and wonderfully spiced, and their sauce is absolutely delicious. The chicken deluxe burger was just as tender as the strips, would recommend. Always amazed at how fast their service is despite the long lines.

Worst visit to a Chick-fil-A! After a long 12 hour work shift, I passed by this location for my dinner. It was near closing but definitely had plenty of time to stop. The food was cool, not hot. The bun of my sandwich was a bit hard. This is not like their normal service or food quality.

My meal was great, the temperature was perfect. I would like to give a special thanks to Kevin because he was extremely kind to me and showed me a lot of kindness and love, he deserves a raise! My family and I were very pleased with his performance and were very happy with our experience. Thank you Kevin! 10/10 worker.

This is a good consistent quality chicken fast food restaurant. The only thing I could possibly say negative is because of the strange three-lane drive-thru and the square lot, sometimes exiting vehicles get stuck for minutes at a time and it doesn't seem to be a priority of management to do anything about it as it's been this way for well since they're opening honestly. Or at least shortly thereafter. I'm sure they could come up with a better situation, but they do massive volumes and produce good food. Keep up the good work.

This place have the best spicy chicken sandwich period. Don't forget to ask for the sauce for your sandwich. I do not use the drive thru anymore, many mistakes in my orders rather go inside and get my food. AAA+++

The parking situation was somewhat problematic, but the rest of the event was excellent. Despite the packed store, we obtained our food swiftly. The store was spotless, including the restrooms. The food was all fresh and the service was cordial. Additionally, they offer ketchup packets for dipping fries, as opposed to squeeze packets; this alone earns them five stars.

I believe most people knows about Chick-fil-A fast food restaurant. It is as it is. I cannot say it is a best burger they sell, but high quality burgers. And most impressive thing is wherever I visited Chick-fil-A restaurants, all employees are very kind and nice. Also they have high technology systems, so it is very organized ordering system at the entrance. They try hardly to reduce waiting time at the drive-through. I am so impressed. Also I like their own house Chick-fil-A sauce. It goes well with their waffle style French fries. I know they sell only chicken foods, but they focus one kind and keep high quality foods. Personally I like keeping focus to make one kind as professional, not variety many foods as amateur. They are doing great.

We have always been pleased with our choices at Chick-fil-a. Recently while visiting in Maryland had occasion to try their Cobb Salad - now a new favorite and their Autumn Spice shake was to die for!!

Stopped by Chick-Fil-A yesterday morning for a couple of spicy chicken biscuits with cheese. It was so easy to order in the app, and then just pull up and tell them my name. The food was ready fast, and I had a fun conversation with Alister (sp?) at the pick-up window. Chick-fil-A employees are so well trained in customer service, and this location is a real example of that. Always friendly and smiling. Highly recommend you download the app...makes the drive-through line move really fast for everyone.

First of all, Washington State DOT, take note of how Chick-Fil-A moves people! They can get a multitude of drivers moving in a synchronized fashion to place orders, pay, then pick up their orders. Well-oiled machine. Second, their food is awesome! We have tried a variety of menu items and love the Peach milkshake! 🍑 The location was clean, employees well dressed for the weather and they all look uniform. This location stays as busy as any other Chick-Fil-A I'm sure. They have a fantastic reputation for good reason! Love them!

It was ok. I ordered grilled nuggets and got regular nuggets. The wake fries were a little under cooked. Not really crispy. I don't like them as much. Was disappointed they stopped serving their chicken tortilla soup. Had a side salad too but the dressing tasted like stale beer! 🤷🏽‍♀️

This was my first time eating at the chain, and it was everything that it's been hyped up to be! Great tasting fries, the chicken was actually chicken, and the sweet tea was genuinely Southern! Try the spicy deluxe with the Chick sauce on the side. Also, the regular size was a manageable amount of food.
