Went
in
to
see
about
getting
a
ring
fixed
and
a
new
one
for
our
anniversary
coming
up
soon
and
was
completely
ignored.
one
woman
was
helping
someone,
but
the
other
one
was
wiping
down
a
case,
looked
at
us
and
went
back
to
what's
she
was
doing.
After
not
so
much
as
a
greeting
after
about
3
minutes
we
decided
to
go
to
helzberg
next
door.
They
had
amazing
customer
service
before
we
even
made
it
half
way
in
the
store.
They
were
very
patient,
pleasant,
did
everything
in
their
power
to
match
my
wife
with
a
ring
she
fell
in
love
with
and
we
are
picking
it
up
tomorrow.
I
in
no
way
dress
like
I
have
a
lot
of
money,
but
I
do
make
a
decent
living
working
on
the
snubbing
side
for
natural
gas.
coming
from
years
of
customer
service
before
I
landed
this
line
of
work,
I
value
the
experience
I
have
with
anything
I
put
my
money
into.
knowing
the
struggle
of
having
to
go
into
work
with
a
professional
yet
pleasant
and
welcoming
Demeanor
is
very
difficult
and
a
challenge
with
issues
you
may
have
outside
of
work,
but
those
are
the
people
who
I
appreciate
and
am
more
then
willing
to
spent
my
time
and
money
on.
Zales
your
team
really
needs
to
do
better
on
the
customer
service
aspect
of
the
job,
especially
since
thats
9/10th
of
the
job
and
not
judge
based
off
appearance
with
out
saying
a
single
word
to
them.
