Dirty place! Dirty toilets, tables, floor, counter, etc... very bad service! Unprofessional staff!!! Me & other customers was waiting to take our orders for more than 25 minutes!! Sandwiches were ready 15 min before on the shelf! When we got our meals everything was cold and not fresh at all!! Careless staff, specially front liners.. the worst staff was a fat man (age at the end of 30s) he was very roud & careless!!! Unacceptable at all & not recommended guys!!! Wasting money for nothing!! (Need an urgent check & control from Burger King Global Management)

Horribly slow and staff totally disorganised. Its supposed to be fast food it took 30 minutes to get 2 kids menus and 2 burgers. Sunday 10th Oct.2021. Drastic change needed....

Newly opened and expected mich better. Poor service with errors on our request. Burger re heated so not nice. McDonalds win hands down against their sad treatment to The Burger. Go somewhere else !

Only 2x menu / order boards to use so the que seemed to be endless, thought these were to speed service up - Joke it doesn't! Will choose to go to McDonald's going forward as they have more terminal boards to use and even can use the old method of going to the counter and placing the order. Come on Burger King!

Terrible experience!!! Busy restaurant, Minimal staff, they couldn't move slower if they tried! There were groups with larger orders than me, which I appreciate take longer to prepare, but I don't think 1 person waiting for a burger, chips and drink to take away should wait until all the groups have been served. They were all sitting and talking, they were prepared to spend time there. I stopped for a quick bite, whilst on the way to pick someone up from the airport. After 15 minutes, and no acknowledgement from the serving staff (that turned out to be the manager) I cancelled my order, got a refund, and went to McDonald's in Salt near the airport instead. This Burger King lacks communication, organisation and generally 'does not care', When I complained about the delay and asked for a refund, the manager told an employee to refund me and didn't even consider trying to resolve the situation!! I won't be returning here

Went to Burger King Figueres on a Monday lunchtime, they didn’t have any ice cream, they didn’t have any thick chipped potatoes and the drinks machine poured out a clear watery tasteless variety for all drinks, their salad consisted of mouldy couple of lettuce leaves, no tomato. All in all bad experience won’t be going back

Good food and friendly staffs

Freundlich, sauber, frisches Essen. Man kann Getränke selber am Automaten raus lassen. Burger sehen anders aus wie in Deutschland, aber sie schmecken. Denk die sind sogar gesünder wie wo andres. Zum empfehlen

Wie immer Burgerking fastfood nichts Neues Personal freundlich nur ein Mitarbeiter war leider zum kotzen aber kann ich nachvollziehen wenn man die drecks Arbeit im Laden machen muss und den Müll von anderen aufräumen muss. Nachdem ich den Typ gefragt habe ob die noch geöffnet hätten hat er mich einfach ignoriert und ist einfach weiter gelaufen. Wenn man kein Book hat auf seine Arbeit dann sollte man vielleicht was anderes suchen

Sowas habe ich noch nie erlebt! 50 Minuten Wartezeit für 2 Menüs! Kein Personal in der Küche, verschmutzte Tische und Toiletten. Der schlechteste Burger King in dem ich je wahr.
