This hotel is a SCAM! Do not go there! They are liars & stole a €500 voucher from me after Covid happened in 2020! It was my mom’s 70th birthday gift & they kept not wanting to help me figure out a way to use my voucher. The French government issued a warning to not go to Catalonia during the summer of 2021 due to a high surge of Covid 19 cases. The hotel could care less about it. I had tried to email & call them numerous times & they keep saying that the manager is not there & they can’t help me! This is the only hotel in all Europe that didn’t honor a voucher. This is absolutely outrageous & infuriating, over €500!!! Despite their ridiculous new response, i would absolutely never stay in a place that stole a voucher of €500 from me without even trying to understand the health situation we had gone through for the last 3 years including an open heart surgery! Hôtel very poorly managed!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Mas Falgarona and I couldn't be happier with my experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and friendly, making us feel right at home. The accommodations themselves were absolutely beautiful - the rooms were cozy, heated perfectly, and even had heated floors which was a nice touch. The beds were very comfortable and clean, it was a delight of sleeping experience . One of the highlights of our stay was the spa - it was wonderful and offered a great opportunity to relax and unwind after a day of exploring. The breakfast at Mas Falgarona was also amazing, with a wide variety of options to choose from. We didn't have a chance to try the restaurant, but it looked like it would be equally as impressive. In terms of location, Mas Falgarona is just a short 5-minute drive from Figueres and offers easy access to a variety of travel sites in the area. We particularly enjoyed visiting Rupit's amazing waterfalls and the charming village of Rupit itself. If you're looking for recommendations on where to eat, the reception staff were more than happy to provide some great suggestions - our favorite was El Raco de la Xeli, and listen to me do not miss. The creamy mussels. Overall, Mas Falgarona was a fabulous place to stay and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great European experience or just a very good place to stay. The staff was wonderful and the accommodations were top-notch - I couldn't have asked for a better trip.

Das Hotel liegt sehr schön in der Natur, die gesamte Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und übt eine beruhigende Wirkung auf das Wohlbefinden aus. Die Zimmer sind schlicht, aber sehr schön eingerichtet. Positiv ist uns das offene Kleiderregal und ein Bluetooth-Lautsprecher aufgefallen. Leider macht das Badezimmer einen sehr zweckmäßigen Eindruck und sollte an einigen Stellen dringend renoviert und repariert werden. Am Abend haben wir an einem schönen Tisch am Pool ein sehr leckeres und qualitativ sehr gutes Abendessen genossen. Auch das Personal war sehr aufmerksam und überaus freundlich. Das Frühstück ist gut, es hat uns allerdings überrascht und enttäuscht, dass man für Eierspeisen zusätzlich bezahlen muss. Dies sollte bei einem Hotel in der Kategorie inklusive sein. Ein Wermutstropfen war, dass der Safe im Zimmer defekt war und leider vor Ort nicht repariert oder ausgetauscht werden konnte. Wir hatten fest mit dem Safe gerechnet und wurden bei der Abrechnung an der Rezeption am nächsten Morgen enttäuscht, da selbst auf Rückfrage keinerlei Entgegenkommen oder Kompensation möglich war. Hier hätten wir uns mehr Kulanz erhofft, zumal wir mehrmals im Jahr in der Region übernachten.

Super place outside of the village. Nice place super friendly people with nolege of many languages.restaurant is a must.

Really lovely country spa and hotel. Very nice staff. Comfortable and stylish rooms. Two pools (indoor and outdoor) and treatments. My massage was excellent. Even EV charging. The restaurant is excellent. Dinners and breakfasts were a treat. Dogs allowed in the terrace rooms but not in the farmhouse. We ate in our room. In spring the house is surrounded by flowery meadows and you wake up to the sound of cowbells. Very convenient for Figueras.

Beautiful place in the nature, very relaxing and with a free spa (1h a day). Recommended to try also the restaurant. In summer they have a pool and looks amazing. Super nice to have a car and drive around

We have stayed here for a night about 3 or 4 times now when traveling to our second home on Ibiza. We call it “the cow house” because the first time, in the morning we were being greeted by the cows and their bells grazing behind the house. Our 2 year old loved it, he still calls it “the cow house”. Lovely historic building with lots of charm. Super friendly accommodating staff and we can not say a bad word about it. For us it is super nice we can take our labradoodle dog (pero de agua) in the room. No dogs in the restaurant allowed (of course). After a long day driving this place is the perfect start of the beginning of your holiday. After being focused on the highway I relax immediately after entering the oprijlaan. Mas Falgarona is conveniently located just across the France/Soanish border at about a 10 minute drive from the highway. 2 Tesla destination chargers, one of them also charges our hybrid Audi. Nice dinner (check if kitchen is open, not always the case in low season) both inside or under the patio next to the pool. Also great breakfast. Again both with super friendly service. I have recommended Mas Falgarona to friends as well, and they loved it too.

Absolutely a very great hotel. Delicious breakfast and diner at the Pool, very nice clean rooms, friendly staff in a very beautiful and quiet area. 10 minutes from AP-7, so great for a overnight-stop but definately also to stay longer. We will come back for sure! Thank you Mas Falgarona for sending my swimsuite I forgot!

Peaceful, bucolic setting to explore the Costa Brava inland region- stayed in conjunction with a DuVine biking tour where we enjoyed cruising the many beautiful hills of the region. Lovely inn built around historic stone buildings, complete with pool, indoor jacuzzi spa which also offers massages. Rooms were spacious, for European standards, ours features an alluring stand-alone bathtub in oversized bathroom suite. Excellent Catalan traditional buffet breakfast offering fresh fruits, meats and cheese, a variety of fresh baked goods, traditional egg dishes - all enjoyed poolside due to beautiful September weather. Dinner was also served outdoors and offered a varied menu including meats, fish and creative vegetarian dishes- not to mention a fantastic selection of regional wines. Highly recommend for those seeking a relaxing get-away in the NE Spanish countryside.

Such a sweet little place to spend a few nights! The staff were all super friendly amd helpful, the food was good and the atmosphere is great. It was a pleasure to relax and wind down in this nice little gem of a spa hotel.

Beautiful setting and good, calm location. The room we stayed in was recently beautifully refurbished and had an amazing bathroom. The hotel also has a very new and cute little Spa area which we really enjoyed. The staff was very helpful and flexible and the restaurant offers really good food. The biggest room for improvement would be on the breakfast (organization, choice, set-up,..)

Delightfull spacious room with a sitting room for more comfort. Peaceful and relaxing decribes this Finca best.Three meals a day was provided with outstanding chef prepairing each. I would not recommend family with kids. There is really nothing for them to do but swim in the pool. The did have free bike for riding into the village which was a real treat. Figueres is a large city and wonderful walking around for shopping and of course the Dali Museum is a must see. Book your ticket online. No line then. Otherwise its a long hot line.
