The staff is really trying but it is visible that they are having lack of staff. (we were waiting for café service a lot because waiters are preparing breakfast also) and infrastructure of hotel is giving them no chance to get good reviews! Regarding rooms the picture on their website is totally different from reality. Very old, strange smell needs to be renovated immediately. Breakfast very poor...I have skipped it. Strong strange smell all around hotel (not connected with hotel I think but very hard to handle). Swimming pool was a nice attraction for my kids. Bathroom not to be commented unfortunately....two words as a message for owners - renovation immediately! Not the most expensive hotel but regards everything fair price should be less for 50%!

Room with view to the garden was very good (but no balcony). Pool is perfect and parking in garage is possible (extra cost). Service is perfect and food in restaurant is very good. Very good place if you want to visit the region (by car or bicycle).

Travelling home to the UK this hotel is a star find for those wanting great service for value. The rooms are clean and functional, what more do you want, we travel 5 star and this hotel is great. But the food and service is sublime for the cost. Just blown away and our large doggie was accommodated fully. Recommended 10/10 for service against cost.

Das Bon Retorn ist ein empfehlenswertes Haus. Netter Kontakt am Telefon und beim Empfang, obwohl schon 21:30 Uhr. Super leckeres Essen, die Zimmer, das Haus TipTop sauber 👍🏼 Wir kamen aus Barcelona, mit der Fähre von Mallorca…perfekt, werden wir wieder so machen. Einziger Nachteil, die Straße und Eisenbahn führt direkt am Haus vorbei. Bei offenem Fenster ist es nachts laut.

Nice clean modern high end hotel/motel near to the main E15/AP7 motorway in Spain. The rooms are very modern and fairly recently renovated I think. Nice large outdoor swimming pool. Nice large bar and seating area. Plenty of parking. Has it's own popular Restaurant also. Breakfast was nice with good selection. But for me this is a perfect hotel to stay in, if you are on your way south to Portugal or southern Spain. But not a hotel I would personally go on holiday to.

We have stayed in many hotels and this is one of our best experiences. It's a 3 star hotel but should be a 4 star. We had a suit with a bath and I think we underpaid. It was such value for money. The staff were respectful, welcoming and helpful. The restaurant was smoothly run, the menu was varied and interesting and the service was first class. I don't know if they will see this review but a little background music in the restaurant would be a good idea. We would definitely stay here again.

Es ist ein sehr gepflegtes Hotel. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Essen ist bürgerlich und gut. Ich hatte etwas zu bemängeln und man hat alles dafür getan um meinen Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu machen. Leider konnte mein Anliegen zwar nicht behoben werden und trotzdem kann ich mich nicht beschweren. Wer sich hier aufhält sollte es nicht verpassen Salvador Dali einen Besuch abzustatten. Einfach der Hammer was Er drauf hatte. Einer der größten Künstler der je gelebt hat.

Throughout the night and in the morning, the cleaning staff drags furniture around. Wood on tile, sounds like a small elephant as your neighbor. When asked the cleaning person, she had to take out her ear plugs to listen to me but didnt speak english. Overall, it's not a bad hotel but if you want to sleep here, I would choose elsewhere

Lovely clean hotel, nice rooms and very easy to find. Very nice a la carte menu but feel there is a need for a lighter/snack menu if you dont want to eat in the restuarant. Nothing around to walk to.

Clean, comfortable room, friendly capable receptionist who spoke English and other languages extremly well.

Good place for a stopover, about 3km from the city centre. Really excellent restaurant with a chef who clearly cares about his/her food. Rooms are rather plain for my taste. Personal service from the staff.

We have enjoyed a renovated room. Very nice, cosy and functional. Personnel and staff very courteous and helpful. I recommend this hotel, not only because its location is great.

Clean and updated but noisy rooms with an awesome shower. We had some problems with the beds which where hard as concrete. There is enough free parking space. During check-out we had a receptionist with a morning temper.

Nice welcome, perfect warm rooms ( winter ) , no street noise as just away from main road , plenty parking, typic local hotel with its own restaurant ( good food) My favorite and only place i do stop when i do the trip back and forth Spain / France

Late booking in summer. Friendly staff, Clean ,big room,off track. We came here for its pool. Its nice but there is absolutely nothing else around. Only suitable if you have a car. Btw, the entire night was restless because of the wind probably due to the location of our room. Pity.

Great hotel quality evening meal

It was alright. Food in the restaurant was really poor but they make a great Mojito. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Pool is beautiful. Shame it's right next to a train track and some farms which stink when you open the windows. We would stay again if we had to (it's cheap!) but will definitely research other options.
