There are certain expectations when you go to a McDonald's. Good operating bathrooms is one if them. There was no toilet paper. The sink splashed water and their soap dispenser was empty. The food was ok. Parking was good. No problems there.

It was horrible. Paying with the machines don’t work, workers forgetting half my order, no music or anything. Got my money back after going back for half my order TWICE. And i got bbq sauce on my pants !!!

omg mcdonalds is amazing and i love it a lot! The milkshakes, burgers, nuggets, fries, wedges, muffins, are amazing! It looks really nice inside and modern. The workers are really nice too its great! And its pretty clean! I reccomend this mcd alot, well every mcdonalds actually.

Sehr schlecht. Restaurant leer. An 6 Tischen nicht abgeräumt. Service extrem langsam, Essen teilweise kalt. Bei Beschwere dauerte es 8!!!! Minuten bis die 3x Ersatz Pommes kamen. Bis dahin waren dann die Burger kalt. Bei Verlassen nach 30 Minuten waren die 6 Tische immer noch nicht gesäubert. Toiletten dreckig. Auch aussen fliegen Verpackungen umher. 2 Mitarbeiter sitzen im Schatten und chillen.... Der McDonalds in L'Escala hingehen war mega.

48 minutes to serve 2 take away coffees in a room with only one table, shame on you!!!

We went there on our way Home to get some food, our daughter needs to go to toilet but this was really dirty, no toilet paper, no soap, anything was left from the people before... This included to get ice cream at 30 degrees within to ordered food and after eating the normal food the ICE cream was liquid...does not work out... Bad service, dirty, at the end positive aspect is wireless LAN for the time being...

Can't go in without a vaccine passport even though we just had antigen tests 40 minutes beforehand with proof by doctor's letter and barcode in order to take a flight later that day. Stupid rule as triple- vaccinated people can still catch and carry Covid19. So...went to Burger King instead.

Generally good ,but staff a little rude especially when they think that you can't understand Spanish or Catalan. Also never had so little chocolate on my mcflurry even though I asked them to be generous.

The Chicken was great, but the Apple Pie was dissapointing. I got a "cola" which was completely flat. All in all, the food was under par compared to other McDonald's experiences. The service was friendly, but confusing. The table showed I could pick up my order, but they were not done making it. The atmosphere would have been great, if it wasn't for their blown up speakers. I tried 3 corners throughout the restaurant, and it's just a buzzing, raffling noice, wherever you sit...

Worst McDonald’s I have ever been to fries cold . ice cream melted More staff than customers but only one working all the rest just wanted to do is play on their phones rubbish. not even any napkins

The last place that I would visit when I couldn't find any other restaurant to get some food. It's the kind of fast food restaurant that has turned to be not-so-fast food resto anymore. The using of ordering machine/booth really slows down the whole ordering process. Staffs are working very slowly in preparing the order since they are more focusing on drive thru clients. Food quality is very standard and the taste of the food is nothing special though the environment of the restaurant is quiet cozy.

The food was great and the service fast. But the restaurant was gross all the seats where dirty.

Sehr „Unfreundlich“ und waren uns gegenüber nicht Bereit zu helfen! Grund dazu, wir hatten lediglich Bargeld dabei! Wir werden in Zukunft MC meiden!

Ging relativ schnell, essen war frisch, Personal freundlich und beschäftigt (d.h. keiner stand eindach nur rum). Bestellen via Automat ging gut, nur die deutsche Übersetzung ist echt mies.

Qualität von zwei Hähnchen-Burgern ist leider schlecht gewesen. Ware ist nicht trotz Standardqualität und -produktion nicht ganz durch gewesen. Ansonsten waren sie Fries mit Speck und Sauce unglaublich gut - sowas fehlt in Deutschland!! Personal ist mit 2-3 Leuten zu wenig gewesen, was sich im Service gezeigt hat. Habe schon bessere Stores in Spanien gehabt

Die Mülltonnen waren voll, ein Abräumen war nicht möglich. Die Tische wurden nicht abgewischt. Ein EC Automat war defekt. Hier fahren wir nicht mehr hin.

Essen war warm und knusprig. Wird den MC Donalds Durchschnitt gerecht. Die Burger sind ein bisschen anders als die Deutschen, deswegen haben sie aber auch andere Namen. Es gab noch nichtmal Michshakes. Es gibt noch Potential nach oben aber für ein schnelles Essen reicht es völlig aus👍

Bad just bad, they forgot half of my order. We had to tell them 3 times before we got the rest. It was a mess inside, plus the pin at the ordermachines did not work for anyone. The people where very rude
