    Terrible service, every time we are supposed to get a package via amazon from this company it never arrives, they pretend they have tried to deliver numerous times but they never come (we live a bit far out so they obviously can't be bothered) then they send the parcel back to amazon. Myself and my husband both work from home so we are always here during the week so we know they haven't been, this has happened on numerous occasions it's almost becoming a joke... just not a funny one.

    Totally useless service! It took the package over a week to be send from Denmark to Spain. And on the day of delivery, I could see via their tracking that it was delivered, but I didn't get anything. When I called them they claimed that there was no address on the package. This was clearly BS since we had a recede from when it was shipped, clearly stating the address. Their customer service on the phone was so poor and the lady just hung up in the end. Still don't have the package..

    My God, that's just terrible service... shocking. We pay them to deliver a valuable parcel, "it's lost, just put in a claim". Not that easy for a specialty custom made product. Yes, we have insurance, but the customer is now in a very bad situation and GLS have zero care. Incredible, considering the competition in the industry. Think they'd take customer service seriously.

    They dont answer the phone, yet during the 30 minute wait time in the phone cue, I hear women laughing in the background, then quickly putting the call back in waiting line. 30 minutes? Plus my parcel is just stuck in the center. Always gls.......

    It was supposed to arrive within 4-5 working days. 7 days and no sign, not even in the country central distribuition center! The parcel is send on a tour around Europe (carbon foot print!!??) but not efficently to the destination. This company has a serious operational problem and I would definitely not recommend using them.

    My package was running late and for more than 24h there was no tracking update. I decided to call their customer "service" to simply inquire about the package status. The lady was very rude, not listening and she hung up on me! When trying to call back for several times they did not answer my call which leaves me without any update from their side. I opened a claim at the store where I made the purchase to not work with this company again due to their very poor service! I see they answered my review instead of picking up the phone!!

    Waiting for my order to be delivered from Santa Perpètua de Mogoda - warehouse to my home since last 4 days. It is still not picked up for final delivery. Continuously waiting for my delivery.

    GLS tracking system says that my parcel is located in “Spain Santa Perpetua de Mogoda” since 6/6/2022 ( almost 1 month), however the customer service couldn’t find it anywhere!!! Is it possible to go there in person and look for the lost package?? I have written the problem in your webpage but till now the problem is not solved! They couldn’t find it! I need to contact directly to the warehouse to see if anyone can help me out.

    My package is already 27 days in transit. Last tracking was from this parcel center. After trying contact them (almost a week they were sending me between Pland and Spain contact centers), they just answered that my package was damaged and they don't know where it is. And silence after that. Very disappointing service. This was my first and last time I'm using GLS, will trjy to avoid it at any circumstances.
