I like customer service. I went to buy for the bathroom. The advice of the girl was very pleasant, a young girl with dark hair and tall too. The truth that in general everything very well distributed. Thank you. I'll be back soon.

A decent DIY store with pretty much everything you will need for your holiday home DIY projects. A little pricey compared to shopping at local specialist building stores, but for DIY you have everything here under one roof, so makes things easier and quicker.

Clean store. Has almost anything you might need. Very friendly staff and a lot of staff as well so you can find help from them without any problem. The selfcheckout is really helpful for quick payement.

Good selection and reasonably priced. Purchased a much needed air con unit on our holiday in Spain.

Made an online purchase of two stoves with a value of over €1000 one arrived with no problems at all. The other didn,t arrive .After nearly 6 months of waiting for them to send us our money back we are still waiting. You can grow old waiting for customer service , they have never once answered. I will never ever again use Le Roy Merlin online. And would also recommend that nobody else does .

A typical do-it-all yourself store, (Spanish B&Q). Not much in the way of bargains, price point for most things are high. But a very big range of products. Great parking and nearby restaurants.

Small shop where they do not have everything you need but they'll give you good advice. Very busy at all times. Don't go in a hurry. You always need at least 1 hour for the smallest item !

It was great to visit and find what I was looking for

Hugely frustrating experience. We ordered a item online, paid for it and opted for in-store collection. Almost one month later we recieved confirmation that our item was ready for us to collect. The store is 45 minutes' in each direction for us so we drove there especially for this purpose. Upon arrival the assitant tells us that there is nothing for us waiting in the storage bay. Two days later after talking on the phone to someone at Leroy Merlin we were assured that our item was indeed waiting for us at the store. Another wasted jorney to collect it. This time we were told that it was an error with their online software and there was no item for us. In the end we have had to cancel our order and we are now waiting for a refund. Ineptitude on a huge scale.

Many of the products for sale do not have price tickets on them, therefore you must find a disinterested member of staff to photograph the bar code to obtain the price. When the question is asked as to why the prices are not displayed you get a shrug of the shoulders and they amble off. There seems no one with authority to complain to. Customer service has gone downhill since Leyroy Merlin took over AKI, maybe its a French thing.

Like the name suggests it is compact, so your choice is quite limited. The most inconvenient thing, you cannot order the goods online for self pick up from here. Or at least I couldn't figure out how to do so. So you will have to go to Girona or order a delivery from there if the items are not in stock.

If you want to loose time....go here ! Now you can't even reach them by phone directly anymore, you waste half an hour get to the central calling centre who is going to transfer the message....then you're sure to never get an answer. Wasted 3 trips, to go to the shop, just to get a water heater... It must be a French company, so bureaucratic 🙈
