We
are
for
touristic
reason
in
figueres
and
eat
in
König
restaurant
for
first
time.
Unfortunately
our
experience
was
very
bad.
The
first
service
person
we
met
was
responsible
for
the
indoor
area.
After
we
told
him
that
we
would
prefer
to
sit
outside
because
the
restaurant
was
strong
air
conditioned
the
person
reacts
significant
unfriendly
and
signalled
strongly
with
his
hand
“then
go
outside”
behind
our
back.
I
saw
this
by
chance
because
I
wanted
to
ask
him
about
the
way.
Outside
the
Personal
was
unable
to
speak
in
English.
For
me
no
problem
and
understandable.
But
we
tried
to
modify
our
menus,
I
wanted
to
order
a
hamburger
with
some
additional
side
dishes
but
this
was
not
possible.
Menus
can
only
be
ordered
as
mentioned
in
the
menus
card.
Very
inflexible
and
loss
of
earning
more
for
the
restaurant.
The
dishes
arrived
very
quick
at
our
place
but
the
spicy
potatoes
weren’t
spicy
at
all
and
I
wanted
to
ask
therefore
for
additional
sauce.
Unfortunately
we
saw
the
service
personal
only
3
times.
Taking
order,
serving
food
and
bringing
bill.
In
the
restaurant
were
only
4
other
customers
and
in
total
more
than
6
service
persons.
The
food
was
for
the
price
okay
but
there
is
high
potential
in
improvement
of
service
level.
We
felt
bad
treated
by
the
employees
and
won’t
come
back.
Other
restaurants
in
Spain
do
much
better
and
are
much
more
friendly
and
customer
oriented
(e.g.
mc
Donald’s
figueres).
