For 11/15 EUR this place offered excellent value for money. There was no one else in the restaurant at the time and the exterior can be off-putting but it is lovely inside. The couple that run the place are friendly and speak good English. They take card and offer great value and quality for food and I highly recommend you visit here.

Came here on our day trip from Barcelona to Figueres due to recommendations on google. We were pleasantly surprised. For 11€ each we got a bread basket, a large bottle of mineral water, an appetizer, a small bottle of wine, and a starter for the both of us, and a main dish and a dessert each. The food was wonderful and fresh and the owner was very nice. great value for money. All in all we highly recommand this place, just 3 minutes walk from the Dalí museum.
