Arranged
private
dining
option
with
Agnes
and
taken
care
by
the
restaurant
manager
John.
The
dining
took
place
on
the
very
private
side
of
the
restaurant,
away
from
the
restaurant
and
pool
crowd.
Absolute
privacy
was
observed
throughout
the
dinner.
Staff
only
came
forward
between
course.
The
dinner
was
accompanied
by
the
Sunset
that
took
place
between
5.45
pm
to
6.45
pm.
The
four-course
Salt
Menu,
created
by
the
executive
chef,
was
very
enjoyable.
(Thank
you
chef!)
We
had
tuna,
scallops,
pork
belly,
beef
fillet
and
whiskey-chocolate
dessert.
Each
course
was
accompanied
with
different
salt
flavoured
(lime,
chilli,
hibiscus,
coconut)
made
by
nearby
villages.
It
is
value-worthy
and
tasty!
The
night
ended
with
the
restaurant
guitarist,
service
staff
and
John
singing
Fiji
songs
from
afar,
slowly
closing
in
with
a
birthday
song.
We
were
almost
moved
to
tears!
Will
we
miss
this
restaurant
for
its
venue,
food
and
people?
Definitely
yes
and
we
will
talk
about
it
for
years
to
come!
