Find Your Feet helped us bring our 5 years old Jack Russell to Fiji; Siobhan was really helpful and it all went really well, despite the many hoops to jump through to bring in pets. Would absolutely recommend!

Shiobhan was incredibly helpful, as she was our eyes on the ground. She picked up my fur babies herself and transported them to the vet in Nadi and then made sure they were all prepared for the long trip from the island all the way to Calgary, Alberta, Canada! I am pleased to recommend Find Your Feet Fiji and Siobhan. It is always very stressful when you want to travel with your pets and each country has so many rules and regulations. Siobhan handled all the procedures, paperwork and meetings flawlessly. She took it upon herself to visit and get to know our cats ahead of any travel while they were in "waiting" at the vet's office. She scheduled all of their shots, assured that all paperwork was completed and met with proper authorities. Our flight was scheduled for very early in the morning and she drove from Suva to Nadi the day before with the cats, and made sure they were at the customs office before 5 am as required. She was organized, professional and very kind with our animals. She communicated with me regularly and was able to relieve my concerns and anxiety. Anyone familiar with Fiji knows how important it is to have "follow through" with the entire procedure and she did this beautifully.
