They have a great team who are happy to show you their shelter and let you know about the work they do. You can visit and cuddle the animals. They are improving things slowly as they get donations and will help all animals great and small

I've adopted a cat here in Fiji (who once came in front of my door). In order to bring her back to Europe with me, I need to do a rabies vaccine. I've called them to ask if it was possible to do it with them, and I will travel from Suva to Nadi to do it. 1- They told yes, and will call me back to have more info - They never called me back 2- When I called them back, they finally said it was not possible for cats, only dogs, but they have been very very rude with me, and didn't want to help me in finding a rabies vaccine place. To be honest I'm still shocked by the way they talked to me (after 4 years living in Fiji, this is the first time I see this).

We LOVE Animals Fiji. We found a tiny kitten wet and scared on the beach- one of our children saw that she had been held under the water then thrown on the beach. As tourists to Fiji we didn’t know what to do so we took her to Animals Fiji. They were amazing. They cared for her- vaccinated her, searched her, microchipped her- all at a heavily discounted rate and then loved her until she could be sent to Australia. We saw the care given to other animals when we visited her, and their HARD work and unwavering dedication. These people genuinely care for the welfare of animals.

We love Animals Fiji – the team is incredible! I've had the pleasure of both volunteering at the shelter and bringing our beloved dogs, Chilli & Zen, to their care. On two occasions, our inquisitive fur-children managed to find some rat bait at home, and the Animals Fiji team was quick to fit them in for treatment t. The vets were not only professional but also so kind and understanding, making me feel at ease despite my dogs' antics and what I felt was our oversight as pet owners (they got into rat bait twice – I know, I know!). One thing that really stands out is how Animals Fiji goes above and beyond by subsidising treatments for all pets. It ensures that every pet owner in Fiji can afford quality care for their furry companions. They also do an amazing job with ongoing education about animal care. They also provide a significant amount of care to Fiji’s stray population, and wear this cost themselves and from donations they receive from the public. They also advocate and try and work with the government and local businesses to understand how to humanely deal with strays. Hats off to this fantastic clinic and shelter – they truly make a positive impact on Fiji's pets and their owners!

Animals Fiji do amazing work for all of the animals across the country. The staff are professional, skilled and have a tremendous heart for all creatures great and small. They have saved so many of the dogs in our family, and I have complete trust and admiration for what they do every day with little funds and big hearts. Vinaka 🐾🐾

Always so helpful and accommodating to fit us in. When i come to the vets in Nadi I bring in multiple pets. Dr Ash and the team have always spent the time with me and my pets to look at what is wrong with my pet and discuss the various options available and the pros and cons of each. If I need a recommendation or advice regarding needing to come in, I can rely on them to give the right information. Its good to see Dr Ash now has many helpers, and the nurses and admin staff always welcome us with a smile and remember our pets, which are many

******EDIT********* 5⭐ to 1 . Wish it could be 0 The staff and friendly and so good with the animals and put you at ease when tending to the pets *******EDIT************ Been here many times and applaud them for all their great work over the years ,however this last trip we took our cat to get treated and our pets treatment was discussed to a third party by a staff member who felt it encumbant to do so. 1. We don't know this person at all. 2 Why? 3. Breach of patient confidentiality. My husband and I sent an email (8:10:21)to which a Co founder replied swiftly and said matters would be dealt with as it was not part of "their ethos" and never got back to us till today. So I would not reccomend this establishment going forward. by the looks of it from other negative reviewson their Facebook page it seems be a tendency for #animalsfiji to #breachconfidentiality of their patients.

Excellent vet care even if the place is a bit shabby, they have all the right equipment and really excellent vets. This is definitely one of the charities our family chooses to support. They do a great job and additionally to cats and dogs they do large animal vt care as well.

Try Pash for after hour emergencies. We came for a hit and run at 10pm. The emergency number never responded and the clinic had everything closed up.

Awesome place. Took one of our german shephards there after being hit by a car and they gave him the best of care. They were very informative and friendly. The cost was very reasonable after being used to NZ prices! I would suggest Animals Fiji to anyone that needed vet care in Fiji :)

7 years ago i brought in one of my cats because of an infection spread due to Vets from another organisation failed to treat my cat properly. Im thankful to the team of Animals Fiji and 7 years laters she’s healthy and happy with us. Ever since after that, i dont even remember how many stray cats i brought in and helped them get spayed because i trust these guys alot ! Today i brought in another cat of mine as she was attacked by the dogs, she’s hospitalised and im home feeling assured that shes in a safe space. The staff are extremely helpful and explain well what the problem is and when i don’t understand medical jargons, they dont hesitate to explain even further. I do not care if i have to travel with my fur babies to the clinic as i live outside of Nadi but i will never take them anywhere else other than Animals Fiji. I feel safe as a pet parent. Fun fact: If youre lucky, you’ll find some treats and cat food over the reception counter. And these ones, we dont see anywhere in regular pet corners at the grocery stores. My babies love it !

I cant speak highly enough of all the staff at Animals Fiji! In all my visits in Nadi and Lautoka over several years with various dogs, I have ALWAYS been happy with the treatment and advice given. Even during COVID the staff continued coming to Lautoka and conducting clinics outside at the waterfront/sea wall. I would like to make special mention of Dr Ash who was very compassionate when I had to have a dog euthanised. Thank you to you all for your dedication and care for our animals.

The services we received at Animals Fiji was pathetic. We had to literally beg them to show up at the hospital at around 10pm for a severe medical emergency for our dog. They sent in a staff member who did NOT have any idea what she was doing in a emergency situation. The staff member didn't even know how to connect a IV line. They charged us $100 emergency call fees and admitted our dog. The next day they waited until 2pm to get her x-ray done to confirm the diagnosis. We had to call them more than 10 times to get an update on our dog. After the diagnosis was confirmed, the next morning we get a call from the vet that our dog passed away overnight. Animals Fiji is so downgraded that they cannot afford to have someone stay overnight to look after dogs that are admitted. Being a NGO, they charge a huge chunk of money for their services and more often than not your pets gets killed. Even after the passing away of our dog, the vet was mostly concerned about the fees for the treatment. Our dog died but they only cared about the money. We had to pay $249 to get the dead body of our dog released to us. My dog is gone, but I just do not want this to happen to any other animal moving forward. I just hope this so called ''NGO'' improve their services and focus on providing quality healthcare to our pets.

I have a pet cat named Choco which was bitten by a dog and was taken down to this particular facility. We were so worried that we might loose her but the care and responsibility which was taken by Animals Fiji was to be praised for. As expected they were available to us after working hours and staffs were humble and friendly. I am thankful for the treatment which was given to my fur baby. She's all healthy thanks to your team.
