The views are breathtaking. The crystal clear waters were warm with lots of fish. We went snorkeling and saw turtles as well. There are 4 resident turtles that live around Cloud 9. The tickets we booked included return transfers from the hotel to the marina and then to Cloud 9. The staff are beyond friendly and very helpful. They wood fired pizzas and cocktails are delicious, however it takes a good hour and a half for food to come out! There are limited amount of sun beds and you can't book them either. Take your own snorkelling gear as they don't have enough for everyone if you want to snorkel. There is only 1 male and 1 female toilets at Cloud 9. It's a bit of a wait and not the cleanest. They don't wash their cocktail glasses properly. Also The spoons they use to taste your cocktail before serving you isn't washed either.

I had a great time here. The ocean surrounding this place is that beautiful sky blue. The pizza was good and the drinks good. I was little afraid that this would be hard body heaven, but it wasn't. At least when I went. It was regular people enjoying this surreal floating bar. Well, except for the one crowd of college kids chanting USA to egg their peers jumping off the rail at the top. But do jump from the top rail; it's a blast. The current can be strong around Cloud 9, so be sure you are a good swimmer or at least stay close to the floating Waterworldish structure. A barrier reef surrounds this place, so it adds to the other worldliness of the aesthetics.

Ignore the haters, if you come in a vacation mindset you're going to have a great time. Enjoy the atmosphere with everyone there, make some friends, and have a great time. Great views, prices really aren't that bad, and views are great. Live a little it's Fiji!

Had the best time here! Spent all day lounging and snorkeling. Definitely a party crowd that comes and goes but plenty of space to hang out and lots of turtles that spend the day eating the sea grass beneath the bar. Just chilled and had some beers and watched turtles all day. Had the best time. Jerry took great care of us!

Although a beautiful place in the sea, no protection from the wind and no where to take shelter when the weather isn’t ideal. You get a lot more flexibility going to an island. Also, very young party crowd vs. a more diverse group of ages you see in other places.

Staff were amazing here. it’s perfect that when booking online you get $60FJD voucher each. the voucher can be used as a bar tab for your drinks and pizza. After you used the bar tab up the drinks do become pricey but you’re paying for the quality of drinks they serve you. Swimming around the area is at your own risk as they is no lifeguards but they have placed life rings and safety measures to ensure you feel safe. Snorkelling is available around the bar and it is worth the wait for equipment as there are plenty of tropical fish swimming around you. Overall me and my partner loved the day trip to cloud 9. 😊

We went to cloud night 9 the other day and we had so much fun! We picked the boat up at Port Denaru at 9am and it took us 45 minutes to arrive. The place is insane! Just in the middle of the reef, the color of the water was so clear, we could snorkeling and we even saw turtles! I love the music, it reminded me to the Ibiza beach clubs, and the staff from the bar were also very friendly. We would definitely do it again!

Yesterday we were on Cloud 9 literally and figuratively! Took a day trip out the Cloud 9 pontoon and had a ball! Water and snorkelling was wonderful! The pontoon is next to a big chunk of the reef with lots to see. We were also fortunate to see two turtles. The staff were amazing and so hospitable. The facilities were great - all you needed if your plan is to swim, snorkel, eat great pizzas and have drinks at the bar! We had a small group ~20 so everyone had a spot to layout and chill. We had a marvellous time! Thank you to the great staff you created an experience we will never forget! 😎

The best part of our Fiji trip was cloud 9!!!! I have never seen water that clear in my life, we drank amazing cocktails, ate pizza and snorkeled. Fanatic day with fantastic staff, was very sad to leave. Planning another trip to Fiji purely to go back to cloud 9, this is a Fiji must!

Loved the place. Pricey though ($20 champagne and $38 Mai Tai cocktail??!! 😭)with limited choices in pizza options. Dive into the ocean was like replaying national geographic channel with schools of fish all around. Good view, relaxing environment - definitely returning 😙

This is a must do activity for people who love to swim in the ocean, have a couple of drinks and relax while in Fiji. Would recommend to check the weather before booking. Photos do not do justice to the beauty of the place and water. Its heaven!

This place is absolutely breathtaking. Made a few new friends and had the best time. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND GOING! Went snorkeling it was so beautiful, did lots of swimming and then took the plunge and jumped from the top rail of the ship.

Fabulous aesthetic island away from everything. Water is pristine, totally clear and warm. Drinks or aren't cheap, but the $60 included bar tab covers enough. They were a little bit slow with the food, but we're very apologetic and made up for it. Staff are very friendly and are happy to help, nothing to complain about!

The crew on the boat trip over from Port Denerau were so friendly and entertaining, Cloud 9 was the most beautiful place on earth, crystal clear water , ranging from dark blue, aqua and pale blue, some turtles came to say hi! The staff were so attentive and friendly, the pizzas were so tasty …. The range of drinks were incredible. The whole place was clean and tidy, and nothing was too much to ask for. The most perfect experience ! Thank you 🙏

What an amazing day! Staff are super super lovely, bar staff even more so! There were about 35 people from different island and everyone was awesome. So fun to chat with new peeps and to hear their adventures. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I loved Cloud 9! I went with my mum in December 2021, and it was a wonderful experience. I had to move my booking because I suffer with allergies and sinus, and Patricia at Cloud 9 was understanding, and she was able to move our booking with no hassles. We had a shuttle pick-up from the hotel to the marina, and the speedboat ride out is so beautiful, and didn't feel like 45 mins at all. Once we saw Cloud 9, and we couldn't believe the water was so crystal clear - it was like something from a movie! We had an incredible time listening to the live DJ, swimming, and trying different cocktails on the menu. The staff were also friendly and recommended drinks. It was so relaxed and fun. We enjoyed being surrounded by nothing but endless blue ocean and a few islands dotting the horizon. I've already told my friends who are visiting Fiji that they must book Cloud 9. We highly recommend Cloud 9 to anyone looking for a unique experience in the middle of the Pacific Ocean. Thank you Patricia and Cloud 9 team!

What a wonderful experience. This place has fantastic drink offerings and great views. The pizza was great and well cooked. It’s a short water ride to the islands and pretty solid feeling once on the boat. There were tons of fish for a nice view while swimming. The only drawback is that everyone guns it for they day beds so seating can vary on how many people get there before you. Allowing people to reserve the day bed even if it costs more would have made this experience 5 stars.

We had The Best Day! Absolutely stunning location, as many other reviews say, photos don’t even do it justice! Awesome vibe, we didn’t expect/want a rave/dance party and the music was perfect to still have a boogie but mostly chill, chat, relax! The bar staff are amazing, super friendly and make delicious cocktails. The pizzas are also delicious by normal standards but phenomenal considering they are being cooked on a floating bar in the middle of the ocean! We did the afternoon trip and experienced a truly epic sunset at the end of the day also! Little shout out to the managing staff who handled a few particularly difficult customers with patience and class.

🥰 Had a wonderful time here with my girlfriends. Everything was wonderful. Music was not. I made this booking earlier and realized on the day of our trip that there was a DJ who was invited to come play music. Wasn't a big deal till we were there. 😬 . Not everyone has the same taste in music the least he could do was play a variety. Yes i asked but he refused. Other than listening to noise all day the bar staff was pleasant and the water was amazing. Will definitely recommend cloud 9 🥰

Great spot to go and hang out for a few hours. Cool vibe and drinks are free pour so it can get out of hand quickly. You feel like you are partying in the middle of nowhere. The actual structure needs some work with loose handrails and minimal seating options when it gets crowded. Pizza is all they serve food wise but they do a great job of it! Delicious!

What a wonderful experience! The 4 hours passed by way to quickly. Got to swim with barracuda fish, turtles and all sorts of beautiful fish in the anemone. Pizza was ok and the drinks are expensive but the colour of the water and the ambience make up for that.

Pizza, focaccia or Calzone, something to eat while you are dancing, drinking and swimming in this very nice floating bar. Very nice place to enjoy the day with your friends and knowing new people from everywhere on the world. Is a party bar, if you prefer to be in a quiete place you have another one not too far.

We had fabulous experience with them! The staffs are awesome and friendly. Must try their delicious Pizza. I wish I could have eaten more Pizza haha!!
