DO NOT DO THIS CRUISE IF YOU HAVE SPECIAL DIETARY REQUIREMENTS, AS IN NEEDING A SAFE GLUTEN FREE DIET. After notifying Blue lagoon several times regarding a gf diet I was assured it was noted & all was good. How wrong they were. We boarded full of confidence having cruise 17 times before. On sail out big platters of savouries were brought out but nothing if you were coeliac. On asking if there was anything gf I was eventually brought out a processed cheese slice & 3 cubes of pineapple, not very appetising at all. Pre dinner savouries went the same way. That evening was the captains dinner only to be given cous cous that is made from wheat & a fruit crumble covered in a wheat crumb, not a good impression for your first day. The week continued on like this & by the 3rd day of battling every meal time I was ready to get off. On giving guest feedback at the end of the cruise I was told that they had looked into it & there was never an issue. A total denial by Blue lagoon cruises which is not good enough. If other cruise companies can manage dietary needs they should be able to too.

My husband and I had an amazing time on this cruise. While small boat cruising probably isn't for everyone, we absolutely loved it. Everything - the crew, the food, the activities, the other passengers - made this a vacation full of wonderful memories. It felt like being in a much loved vacation family vacation home with a group of friends. I don't think there is a better way to pack more Fiji into 7 nights than the Fiji Princess. I am very much hoping that Blue Lagoon puts together another cruise route in Fiji and that I am fortunate enough to be able to experience that as well.

Pack your bags and have a great trip with Blue Lagoon Cruises. Get to know the amazing crew who work so hard to make your experience better than best. Nau is the one who stands out as MC. She has an amazing sense of humour and gets everyone organised. Look out for Herbert who will take you ashore for adventures and to reefs for snorkeling. So many good people on board. The Blue Lagoon Cruise was everything and more that I hoped it would be. I truly felt that we were immersed in Fiji culture. The staff were amazing- every single one of them. We thought the food was great for being primarily buffet. The supplied water bottles and ice water, as well as initial stocking of our minibar was so thoughtful! We loved our village visits. Snorkeling was such a highlight. Thank you Blue Lagoon!

Fiji islands exceptional. Cruise boat ok, tired. Staff friendly. Service as good as probably get in Fiji but a bit sloppy. Overall though we had a great time.

Good cruise to relax

Sadly disappointed. Just don't have any idea of dietary requirements as they are not catered for and you will be made to feel stupid. My wife is coeliac and has a very good knowledge of GF after being told cous cous is Gf she knew they had no idea..After 4 day of no morning tea or afternoon tea and not knowing if dinner had anything that was Gf it became apparent there was no consideration given. It is sad that management won't reply to our concerns. Happy wife happy life but not this costly week. It seems that only positive feedback get response from management .VERY SAD as all concerned pay a premium.

Everything you though it would be. Crew were exceedingly friendly and helpful. The food was delicious and extremely fresh. Accommodation good a little tight maybe but only to be expected on a ship that only of 64 passengers. Thoroughly enjoyed our 7 day Island cruise. Enjoyed everything, reef schnorklling, cave swimming, lovo and Fijian dancing, not to mention the ongoing scenery.

Really enjoyed Blue Lagoon Cruises, we visited amazing islands, snorkelled with reef sharks and relaxed on the most beautiful beaches! Hats off to the friendly crew always here to help you with a smile! I definitely recommend it to anyone wanting to spend a few days in paradise :)

Never a dull moment on this cruise. Yet time to relax if you desire. Wonderful staff and excellent food. 25 years ago I enjoyed the smaller vessel with 26 passenger. Glad I returned May 2017❗️

We had such an amazing experience on our trip to Fiji and with the Blue Lagoon Cruise team. We got married on Blue Lagoon Island and they did an amazing job handling all of the arrangements and details. It was an experience of a lifetime. We made new friends, and had the best wedding ever! They had village visits, snorkeling, visit to the caves, crew music, fishing, and many other activities that were so entertaining and well planned. Thank you everyone for such a wonderful time. Lovely boat, friendly crew, dodgy food at times with many passengers coming down with diarrhea and vomiting before the cruise was over. Very poor time keeping at mealtime sometimes the meal was 40 minutes late but the crew tried hard and deserve credit for their efforts. Itinerary repetitive but beaches beautiful and snorkeling outstanding. 4 day cruise probably the best option. Good value for money.

Blue Lagoon cruises was amazingly beautiful. The crew made this one of the best experiences. The snorkelling stunning and the food plentiful.

Spectacular Cruise! I cannot say enough good things about our trip on the Fiji Princess. Snorkeling with sharks, champagne for breakfast, and private white sand beaches are enough for a perfect holiday, but the crew is what makes this trip special. The tender captains sat with us for kava, Tia made sure our vegetarian meals were perfect each day, and Tom remembered our favorite drink at the bar. One crew member stood out--Nau. I would give Nau 10 stars for her dedication to each guest, the information she shared each day, and the fabulous daily activities she ran. She knew everyone's name, pointed out seahorses and special fish on the snorkels, and lead the music contests and ocean aerobics with ease. Thank you Blue Lagoon!

A fantastic 7 days relaxing in Fiji sun and hospitality. Snorkelled ever day amongst colourful fish and coral, long may it last! Staff were so much fun and great at volleyball! Having not cruised before I was a little concerned about motion sickness and open sea, but it was fine! The Yasawa's aren't like open sea as they are well protected and the captain knows these waters like the back of his hand. Did I mention the sunsets!? Ohh and don't forget to get a massage 😍

Captain Merven & his crew made this 7 night cruise a wonderful & memorable experience for us. Everything was fantastic from start to end, activities, food, theme nights, locations, facilities….we had an awesome week! Crew were fantastic especially helping us on and off the tenders safely. The itinerary was varied with good options for different interests, plenty of laughs and the snorkeling was the best we have enjoyed. My wife and i had a wonderful experience on the 7 night Blue Lagoon cruise. It started with 60 strangers on board and finished with emotional hugs at the end with 60 new friends including all the crew. My husband Craig and myself had the best honeymoon ever. We started the cruise being our little family, and left with a big big family. We absolutely loved everything, all the activities, food, entertainment and most of all the STAFF. If I could bring all the staff back to New Zealand with me, I’d have the best tours out, but instead Blue Lagoon is the best. It broke our hearts finishing the cruise but we are coming back and we are bringing friends to share this amazing experience.

Wow! What an authentic and amazing trip! Can’t say enough good things about the crew! Can’t explain how beautiful the beaches and islands and oceans and stars were! Overall just an absolutely awesome vacation. The best way to see and experience Fiji! Highly recommend this adventure!!!

Had such a wonderful time. It felt like a family on board. Snorkling, beaches, villages fantastic. The food was good and the entertainment was so much fun. You can do as little or as much as you like. We laughed danced and sang throughout the cruise and that's just what you need after Covid. The crew went above and beyond. Would recommend this cruise.

Absolutely loved this cruise. Had something new to do everyday and got to interact with the locals. The staff are absolutely fantastic and make the trip all that more special. It was great to meet and socialise with people from all around the world and of course the snorkeling was outstanding. Love Fiji!!

The best cruise we ever had. Impeccable service from everyone, especially Nau the cruise director and Cama, the tender pilot. The locations were beautiful. The itinerary was superb with a wide variety of activities.

Absolutely loved our 7 night trip. It was everything we'd been waiting 2.5 years for, and more. The food was amazing, the Fijian crew so friendly, attentive and welcoming. You could do as many or as few activities on board as you liked and the tender boats were always zipping around taking people to secluded beaches or snorkelling and more. Thank you!

Fantastic cruise run and staffed by Fijians. Fabulous people.Only 65 guests on board. Meant we could get into gorgeous bays. Great food...wonderful activities..plenty of snorkelling. Clear blue calm water for swimming. Saw reef sharks, mantaray, colourful fish, dolphins, flying fish. Highly recommend.

We were cruising with Mystic Princess around the yasawa Islands. The captain and the crew was really obliging, very friendly and helpful. We visited different Islands and we met with a very friendly reception everywhere. We were snorkeling in crystal-clear water, watching fantastic fish and were pampered by the crew. Thanks to all of blue Lagoon Cruises for that unbelievable wonderful and relaxing Cruise. In the evening the Crew and the passengers were making music together - just like a family. 😘

Awesome small ship cruise. Great staff and service. Food was high quality and fresh.

We booked the 7 day tour with Blue Lagoon Cruise which was scheduled to start this Friday. When we arrived at the port our luggage was accepted. However, we were then told at the check-in counter that the ship was broken and would not leave until 3 days later at the earliest. As recommended by Blue Lagoon Cruise, we still went to Malamala Beach Club (which was the plan anyway). After a few hours we received an email with 2 options. 100% money back in 14 days or 3 nights at Hilton Denarau. In our view, both options are unacceptable. The Hilton Hotel doesn't even cost 1/3 of the price we paid at Blue Lagoon, and it doesn't correspond to an "island experience" like the cruise. Getting all the money back is also difficult because there is little availability in good hotels at the last minute and there is also a lot of stress to organize everything. We spent hours talking to various employees that day, had to describe our problem again and again and no one was able to help us or make a decision. We have suggested various other options, such as: B. Rebooking to another cruise or a hotel on a nearby island, which is the closest thing to the Blue Lagoon Cruise experience. We ended up staying at the Hilton Hotel for one night and the next day we were taken to a nearby island that was in no way similar to the original cruise. Neither in quality nor in price. Overall, Blue Lagoon Cruise makes a profit of €900 for the 3 days, as the hotels are significantly cheaper than the cruise. I can only advise against booking anything with Blue Lagoon Cruise. The customer service is absolutely subpar and the performance is not what is advertised on the website.
