I
wish
there
was
an
option
for
zero
stars.
I
came
in
tonight
right
after
I
got
off
work
around
10:15
or
so
and
it
said
they
closed
at
11.
I
just
had
a
death
in
my
family
and
was
getting
clothes
AND
shoes
for
myself
and
my
children
for
the
funeral
along
with
other
items.
The
older
lady
came
on
the
intercom
saying
they
were
closing
at
11
and
to
finish
up
etc.
When
she
did
the
msg
saying
they
were
closing
at
11
I
was
already
walking
to
the
registers.
Actually
I
was
looking
at
my
phone
and
it
said
10:59
right
when
I
was
in
the
register
line.
The
older
lady
as
soon
as
she
sees
me
says
“we’re
closed.
We
close
at
11”
in
a
very
snappy
tone
and
I
said
I
heard
that’s
why
I’m
here
to
cash
out.
There
was
other
people
still
in
the
store
at
this
time
also.
I
said
“you’re
not
going
to
let
me
pay
for
my
items?”
And
she
proceeds
to
go
on
VERY
rude
and
super
condescending,
saying
“we’re
closed.
I
can’t
chase
you
around
the
store
to
have
you
pay!!”…..
What?
So
inappropriate
to
speak
like
this
🤯
And
I
replied
saying
“no
one
ever
said
you
should
“chase”
people
to
come
pay”.
I
was
blown
away
this
woman
would
speak
to
a
customer
like
this.
My
cart
was
over
$1,000
and
she
did
not
care.
I
have
worked
management
in
retail
the
last
twenty
years
and
there
is
NO
way
any
company
I’ve
worked
for
would
tolerate
this!
I
also
would
never
treat
a
customer
this
way
nor
would
I
let
any
of
my
employees,
let
alone
a
MANAGER
treat
one
this
way.
This
woman
should’ve
said
you
can’t
buy
anything
at
11
on
the
intercom
if
that’s
how
your
company
wants
it
ran.
Never
have
I
been
treated
this
way.
How
sad
that
I
chose
this
store
to
go
get
funeral
clothes
at.
Like
I
don’t
already
have
a
horrible
situation
happening
I
have
to
deal
with
this
witchy
woman.
I
will
gladly
take
my
$
somewhere
else.
Your
manager
obviously
doesn’t
need
customers.
Now
I
know
why
when
I’ve
interviewed
past
employees
of
this
store,
they
had
negative
things
to
say.
It’s
sad
how
customer
service
is
now
days.
And
even
more
sad
that
the
person
who
should
be
the
example
for
your
store
was
the
worst
example
of
customer
service.
I
really
hope
this
woman
does
better.
