I am been this store number 1133 and the store manager she give me name Kero and she was so rude she say I’m store manager and I have questions I’m looking for size she annoyed me walk away and then I’m ask him he name Anthony he say he don’t know nothing and is doesn’t matter where you from by store manager have to understand I know I speak not English good but she’s so rude to me You can see this two employee we spend almost 120$

Edith is rude and needs to find a job outside of customer service I tried to return an item on receipt dated 11/22/21 and the other dated 11/22/21 same date and she would only give back full price for one item on one receipt refused to give back for price on the other receipt even though it’s the same date. Her reasoning because the date it outside 90 days. This makes zero sense!! Fire her for incompetence, lack of customer respect, logic and for being so rude! Totally unacceptable and Burlington should be ashamed!!

Very bad service My daughter was looking toy and The guy were yelling her she’s only seven years old and I try to complain to the store manager cashier told me they have no store manager available . will , the men he don’t give me name and he has glasses on he’s looking like 49-55 year im requesting owner store please take action this store very bad service I’m not like to complain but I’m so upset .

Doesn't everyone love a great deal. This place has something for everyone on your list. Whether they need new school clothes, Christmas presents or pictures for their new home. You will find it here and at a reasonable price

My sister bought a really cute pair of pants that as soon as we got home started to rip. So she took them off and we put it back in the bag with the receipt, when we went to return them the lady helping us said that the brand on the pants didn’t match the receipt (which is stupid meaning they mislabeled and checked us out wrong too) She was extremely unwilling to help and now we’re stuck with a bad pair of pants Because of Burlington mislabeling there products and not having good products.

Need to update their hours in the website ! Website says 11pm and it’s closed.

I love coming here. The store has a nice clean and open feel to it and a lot more organized than other stores like it. They also were so kind and patient with my 1yr old who decided to walk out of the store with some merchandise haha. The staff is so friendly and easy to talk to. Shelly is one of the managers and she just has the best way with customers.

They don’t have much of a selection for bigger sizes. Not anything that looks decent anyways. Specially if you looking at the shoes selection, no dressy cloths either

A bit of a smaller Burlington. It's clean and new, but twice now in the last few months I've come in when Google says they're open for another hour or more, and they were closing in a few minutes. Please update your hours on Google. People rely on it, and it's really not that hard to keep them up to date.

Almost always find what I'm looking for as well as what I didn't think I needed but ended up loving for a great price.

I went shopping there Wednesday and a coat vest that I thought I purchased to wear for my sisters wedding, was not in the bag leading me to think that the cashier intentionally set aside this item for their own purchase. I know for a fact that I handed this item to Rachel to ring up, but thinking we wouldn’t notice in the almost $250 purchase, here I am without the item.

Terrible customer service, felt uncomfortable and talked to like I was a child when I was moving to check out. Constant followed and felt like I was getting invaded while shopping. Older women and man with glasses just stared from a distance and were following me and my partner. Disrespectful older women and needs to be trained how to talk to customer and use please and thank you like my little one, who knows how to ask people with respect. Sad good items but not interested going back cause of that experience, will contact corporate office. - responding Re-Train staff to handle stress and then train to give better customer service and improve communication between customers and staff.

I wish there was an option for zero stars. I came in tonight right after I got off work around 10:15 or so and it said they closed at 11. I just had a death in my family and was getting clothes AND shoes for myself and my children for the funeral along with other items. The older lady came on the intercom saying they were closing at 11 and to finish up etc. When she did the msg saying they were closing at 11 I was already walking to the registers. Actually I was looking at my phone and it said 10:59 right when I was in the register line. The older lady as soon as she sees me says “we’re closed. We close at 11” in a very snappy tone and I said I heard that’s why I’m here to cash out. There was other people still in the store at this time also. I said “you’re not going to let me pay for my items?” And she proceeds to go on VERY rude and super condescending, saying “we’re closed. I can’t chase you around the store to have you pay!!”….. What? So inappropriate to speak like this 🤯 And I replied saying “no one ever said you should “chase” people to come pay”. I was blown away this woman would speak to a customer like this. My cart was over $1,000 and she did not care. I have worked management in retail the last twenty years and there is NO way any company I’ve worked for would tolerate this! I also would never treat a customer this way nor would I let any of my employees, let alone a MANAGER treat one this way. This woman should’ve said you can’t buy anything at 11 on the intercom if that’s how your company wants it ran. Never have I been treated this way. How sad that I chose this store to go get funeral clothes at. Like I don’t already have a horrible situation happening I have to deal with this witchy woman. I will gladly take my $ somewhere else. Your manager obviously doesn’t need customers. Now I know why when I’ve interviewed past employees of this store, they had negative things to say. It’s sad how customer service is now days. And even more sad that the person who should be the example for your store was the worst example of customer service. I really hope this woman does better.

It's mostly clothes and shoes. They do have some household items. It's an ok place to shop. Just not my ideal place to go.

Wonderful clothing If only shoppers didn't leave clothes on the floor. You should have a policy in place for that kind of thing
