Unfortunately I was really really excited to try this place. Months of anticipation on social media. Everything looked incredible in pictures. I went on opening day and we took our food to go. I live literally 2 minutes from the restaurant and love supporting small businesses in the area. Sadly, I won’t return. As other reviewers have said - there are no prices anywhere which I find to be strange. 3 mac and cheese in different flavors and 3 small cups of cheesecake in different flavors - we spent over $50. That’s not the worst part either because I’m willing to pay good money for good food. The cheese sauce they use was just not it. It’s got a strange gritty watery consistency and not much flavor. We threw away most of our food, the kids hated it (we are mac and cheese lovers), considered it a loss, and decided to not return in the future. Cheesecake was ok? Not the best, but definitely way better than the mac. Highly disappointed and not worth the price in the end.

This place is great. Mac and cheese is absolutely delicious. Try all of their styles or create your own. Staff is friendly and very helpful.

We have been seeing this on social media and decided to drive the hour to try it. It was 100% worth the drive. The portions are huge. We ended up taking some of it back home. Service was above. Prices were reasonable. We had the shrimp boil, taco, and just regular Mac. All were delicious! We even got some Pretzel bites which were appetizing as well. Would love to come back one day!

Excellent service and Mac! The bowls are served hot and made fresh (and quickly) when you order. Has been consistently good food each time we have stopped by. Nice portion sizes and love the delicious upgrade of a favorite comfort food, Mac.

"Just call me THE MAC" This 33 on Mac is a nice combination with the Greenbean coffee shop. You get a nice size and very filling portion with any Mac n Cheese bowl. Plus the staff is friendly and the service is great. And while I may disagree with the politics of most patrons,...... I won't disagree with their palates. So ,yeah, you can call them THE MAC in this regard. I got the Biggie Mac-MAC and it was a nice sized lot with american cheese, dill pickle relish and thier special sauce. They have combined melted cheese and sliced cheese, which makes a great double cheese consistency. After several big spoonfulls it looked as though I made barely a dent in the bowl.....so the volume is massive, but deceptively small looking. When I visited I was nearing the end of a 10 day sugar fast, but I was almost brought to my knees when I saw the Greenbean Cake offerings, not to mention the Cheesecake bar. So, again, this is a great combo venue. It has something for everyone.

We genuinely did love the Mac and cheese and will be returning. I got the loaded baked potato and my husband got the biggie Mac! It’s like subway for cheesy goodness. You can customize and/or request menu created goodies. We drove an hour to get here and will be returning. Parking can be a bit difficult with the one way streets but that’s not a reflection on the restaurant and does not impact the star rating. Customer service was excellent.

Parking is horrible, the bbq chicken wouldn’t have been bad if there was actually chicken in it. But the taste of the cheese is weird it has a powdery taste. Not like the 80’s powder Mac and cheese but… thick and powdery tasting. I was so excited to try this place and disappointed doesn’t begin to say how I feel. I will say this… I gave them 2 stars for service which was decent and the bowls and plastic ware were not flimsy! I hope they turn around the taste issues I would love to see this place so busy they can’t fit any more people in the building but cheap cheese isn’t the way…

Customer service was wonderful as being first time customers. Food accommodations were top notch. I ordered the Wilson Mac and it tasted like regular chicken. Alfredo. I also got a drink from green bean side. Over all my experience was great.

Tried the Fried Pickle Mac for the first time, also tried the Chicken Bacon Ranch, and I’ve had the the BBQ Chicken Mac. Always phenomenal flavors and big portions. Worth the price. Nicole is very friendly and helpful. All around great experience

If you like macaroni, even a little bit, this is the place you need to try. So many Variations to add to your macaroni which makes it amazing.

Both times i came good was amazing! So far had the buffalo chicken, and chicken bacon ranch. Also had the cheesecake Strawberry Moon mallow cheesecake!

We LOVE 33 on Mac! Quick and easy service, wonderful workers. They always have a welcoming smile on their faces while ending and leaving! We got the Philly Mac and Big Mac, Mac along with custom made cheesecakes!!

First time experiencing Greenbean Coffee and 33 on Mac was phenomenal! Employees were smiling and so kind! My coffee was made wrong and before I could even take a sip the employee caught her mistake and made me a new coffee right away! We got the new Alfredo sauce on our Mac and our taste buds were very pleased!! During our visit we were approached at our table to see how everything was and she had such a nice conversation with us!
