The bluffdale location is not our regular office we visit , BUT we have come here several times to see Dr Schwarz. I can’t say enough about her. She is extremely kind, through, patient and competent. She spent extra time with me both in office and over the phone discussing treatment for my children. I am grateful for her! I also have to say the nurses at FFP are awesome! We had to get a few procedures done, including a blood draw! The nurses did a great job and took extra care so baby only had to get poked one time!

Our pediatrician came to the hospital after I gave birth, and from that day I knew I wanted him to be my son's doctor. My son is now 2 years old and loves seeing his pediatrician. Amazing people and office.

I have over 22 years experience of dealing with FFP. I like the clinic, it just seems like the general health side is sort of being shoved to the back for dentistry and orthodontics. When you call in the first option should be to make an appointment with your medical doctor, not dentistry, orthodontics, counseling. When they were smaller the service was better. Shorter wait times on the phone, could get into the doctor a lot faster. It's starting to feel like a one stop shop for me. With that being said, we see Chris Cook and I give him 5 stars!

We followed Brady Watkins from Alpine and LOVE him. But the receptionists and nurses have been so underwhelming. I've called in with questions and they are so short with me, or they will say I have to ask someone and a nurse or someone will call you back. No one ever calls me back, I have to call back(I've waited 3 days up to a week). I'll leave paperwork to get signed and never get a call when it's ready (waited a week before calling to ask about they forgot about it). Their system is supposed to email notices about paperwork on their portal never recieved one. So I've literally spent more time filling out repetitive information than it takes to be seen by the doctor. Alpine's staff was so much better. We love Brady but so sick of the office.

Facility and staff are so great. Nice and clean! However, worst parking lot ever made. Stalls are way too close together. So if you have a toy car to drive, best to drive that.

Great new office space with really fun themed rooms for the kids to keep their minds off of the fact that they're in a doctors office, which we know sometimes can be scary. We come to this office just to see Dr. Brady Watkins, we took our kids to see him when he was at Alpine Pediatrics in Saratoga Springs and we liked him enough to drive the extra distance and switch our children's records to this office just to continue to have him see our children. The service at this office has always been great each time we have been in but the only compliant would be their Nurses Queue and how it operates. In our experience with other offices we have had a phone triage queue and a chat support feature where we could communicate with a nurse. This office does it a little different and makes you leave a voicemail in order to speak with a nurse, I prefer to wait in line rather than get a call back since I don't know when they will be calling or if they will even call back. That is something to consider if you find yourself having to call the nurses from time to time.

First time going to this location since I needed to get my little one in for a sick visit and they had openings same day. We did swabs to test, one being Covid. Left there traumatized. The nurse shoved it so far up his nose he was bleeding everywhere, they said it happens…He was covered in blood, I got covered in blood walking out of the office, doctor shrugged it off. We have had a Covid test done before and this didn’t happen. I have never heard my kid scream like that. And the fact they didn’t check him to make sure nothing was damaged up inside. Won’t be returning.

We saw Dr. Peterson today and he was so kind and sweet with my daughter. He took the time to explain everything and answer all my questions. Everyone we interacted with was very kind and welcoming. Great pediatric office!!
