One of the beautiful place with a great view of the city. With indoor and outdoor kind of seating and great place for romantic dinners with drinks as well. Place doesn’t offer reservations on first and it’s a walk-in without any prior reservations and wait time is 10-15mins. Ambience was awesome and views were quite superb at dinner times. Food was good with a decent taste for chicken manchow soup, murgh champ kebab was good in taste but not as spicy as they mention. Biryani was bit pricy but good in taste with a less quantity for the price they charge. Service was great and Prahalad was helpful at the table. It gets little late to serve biryanis and breads. I might have rated it 5 star but only disappointment was from the reception were they gave us a table for not to wait but asked in between the dining to shift to another table. Late they didn’t do it but still that’s not the ideal way to treat the customers. Overall satisfied place for a great dinner.

2 stars for disrespectful behavior of the hotel manager. Food is great ambience is great. They need to work high time on being polite to guests. No way myself or any of 5 members who visited the restaurant would ever like to visit again. To the management: Ambience and serving good food alone will not make your restaurant successful. You need to learn how to be respectful towards guests.

Been there for a birthday party and unapologetically ate as such delicious food as I could. Diving-in the serene vibe the restaurant owns and the cold calm winds makes it a perfect experience for anyone fond of lovely places. Particularly, the staff is very attentive and will always be nearby at your service. The food on the other hand is tasty, mouth watering and fulfilling. Could be a little too much on the pocket but never disappointing!!

Three stars only for Ambiance and location. If you are looking for good food at a premium there are places far better than this. It's gonna cost anywhere between 1500 to 2000 inr per person here for a 3 course meal. Only positives are location, welcoming staff and Ambiance.

The ambience is top notch here. Different type of seating areas,you get alcohol here as well. The smoking zone is separate. You get to see the city view if you sit on the view side table. Prices are high but worth the quality. The crockery also is wrapped in a cover/paper before you start your meal. Hygiene and we'll maintained, picturesque location.

A good place to go if you have a lot of money to spend and time to kill haha! Good ambience and food was good enough. We went at around 11 pm on valentine's eve and it was jam packed but we managed to get a table, and we were literally the last to leave the place (around 1 am) so yes, a good place to spend quality time with friends and family! This place is located close to Hitex minar. In the entrace there is a Buddha statue which gives a claming ambience .They have both indoor and outdoor terrace seating with wooden flooring, plants and candle lits in every table during evenings and a small pound. All the cutlery were santized and safely packed on the table and temperature checks were being made. Paan Mojito has a prominent flavour of gulkand.The freshness of betel leaves with lemon has an aftertaste in your mouth and is refreshing. Butter Garlic Prawns has an amazing flavor combination of garlicky & buttery which is succulent and juicy bite of this is completely worth it. Daal Zafraan was creamy, butter and slightly smoky flavour. It was luscious and absolute favourite. Paneer Lababdar is midly tangy, creamy and faintly sweet served with assorted breads.No wonder this curry is finger licking good. Malai Paneer was semi dry and has a nice moistness due to the cream and lightly spiced.Dahi ke kabab were creamy soft melt-in-mouth interior and crispy exterior made with few Indian spices and herbs!

Fancy, indeed it was a fancy place. Beautiful calming water flows through the entire restaurant making it nice & cool. It felt like as if all negative energy just vanish. The spectacular view of the Hitech City is a plus in the open Terrace dining area. Perfect for date nights. The place is dimly lit & calm. Food is delicious, Biryani was surprisingly super decent & blueberry cheese cake was dope. Overall everything was great. I would definitely recommend this place.

I went here with a couple of friends. We had biryani and the biryani was very good. We also had lotus stem as a starter and that was also very good. In the moctails section, I tried something with pan , if ur a fan of pan, then do try the drink. Overall a good place to go with a nice ambience and good food. This place was in my list since long time and had a chance to eat here today. Food is delicious. Staff there is good with their recommendations. You gotta try the Mocktail: ‘Why so serious’. I absolutely loved it. It takes 20-30mins for the food to get prepared. Ambiance is great except for the fact that it was a lil crowded. Can’t say that it’s the restaurant’s fault, cause it was raining and the tables that didn’t have a roof above them couldn’t be occupied. Would totally recommend this place if you are looking for a place for a date night or lunch with your family or a corporate lunch with your colleagues.

Everything was excellent and the staff were very courteous, quick, and polite. We were a combination of vegetarian and non veg. Compared to veg food, bobb veg food is much better. Best place to spend time with friends and family. You can pick this place for candle light dinner with your special one also.

Exotica is a place where I could go over and over and I am glad to have found it. I visited Exotica, Hitech city yesterday for lunch and returned carrying an unforgettable experience. Exotica is a dining restaurant with a scrumptious variety available in the menu. Green corners and live plants in the restaurant give us a breezy fresh feel and is an add on. This casual dining space has an alluring roof top space for parties too. Before I start talking of the food, I would love to appreciate the restaurant for their thoughtfulness in these tough times. Once you are escorted to your table, you would see UV sanitized cutlery protected within clear sheets. The level of hygeine Exotica is maintaining is worth the appreciation. The lunch started with a few starters such as water chestnuts, tandoori murgh, creamy broccoli and roti pe boti. Totally loved roti pe boti which is actually pieces of mutton on a mini roti. Worth a try! I am not a broccoli fan but this creamy broccoli starter was mindblowing. If you are a water chestnut fan, you may go for the starter. It would be really unfair to not talk about the tandoori murgh. This melt in mouth starter will have me returning to Exotica for sure. Never have I found the tandoori murgh to be so delectable before. The best for sure. We did try a couple of mocktails which were too good. A couple of those being water melon, virgin mojito, pineapple and apple mocktails, My personal favourite being the virgin mojito and the one with pineapple. Pan mojito and kala khatta are two flavours that we usually dont find at many places. If you are a meetha pan person, trust me the pan mojito would be your favourite! The main course served consisted of Daal Zafrani, butter chicken, rahra mutton and biryani. All of these surely tasted great, and I was disappointed by none. But if I have to recomment the place to any of you for the main course, do give dal zafrani a shot, its heavenly delish. Rahra mutton being superb too. I loved the chicken and the biryani, but dal zarfani and rahta mutton actually stole all the attention from me. The perfect lunch was ended on a sweet note with yummy gulab jamuns. The entire experience at Exotica was overwhelmingly impressive, I am eagerly waiting to get my family and friends here, and surely recommend this to one and all.

Although it is situated on the rooftop, the entire property is enveloped by a canopy thereby keeping the authenticity of rooftop dining as well as the comfort of patrons in place. The running water, wooden flooring, beautiful plants all around paired up with a breathtaking view of the city of Hyderabad will definitely amaze you. It exudes facile lushness via it's decor, ambience and setting. It has a decent amount of space to manage large groups of people and couples, making it a delightful & peaceful restaurant to hang out in. As we went on an afternoon when the Sun god was blessing us with loads of vitamin, we started off with some coolers out of which Kala Khatta & Pan Mojito definitely stands out from the rest. Considering the Pan Mojito, the flavour of gulkand was prominent along with muddled cherries making it a top pick from the menu. Coming to the food, we got Tandoori Brocolli & Pan Tossed water chestnut from the appetizers, tandoori broccoli has the perfect roasted florets coated with cream cheese & yoghurt and spicy touch which enhanced the taste. Even the Water chestnuts tossed in soy sauce with chillies, bell pepper & spring onion tasted amazing as it had a great balance of taste, texture & colour. Next up, we got Roti pe Boti & Talwar-E-Tandoori Murg, both of which are an amazing appetizer for meat lovers. Talking about Roti pe Boti, the boneless succulent boti of mutton roasted in a ground spice marination served on a mini roti was really sumptuous, on the contrary, Tandoori Murgh is something I will definitely recommend to all as the roasting was so perfect & whole spices marinated had seeped into the meat layers, leaving us no other option to fall for it. From the mains, we got Butter chicken masala, Dal Zafraan & Rarha Gosht along with assorted bread-basket, the butter chicken masala definitely packed loads of flavours of tomato & onion gravy in the roasted meat pieces, however, the spice level can be reduced a bit. Onto the Rarha Gosht, the meat pieces were definitely succulent with the blend of whole spices included into the curry infusing the gravy with its quality into the mutton pieces. Even the Dal Zafrani had a rich, creamy texture with black lentils & loads of cream into it, again a recommended one from the menu. Ending with Gulab Jamun which is again a must-try item here amongst the other sweet picks. Lastly, Exotica has opened up for Dine-in with all proper hygiene & sanitization standards in place. Offering some top-notch quality food along with an equally great ambience, Exotica is the perfect stop for your dream date for your loved ones paired with the perfect ambience for an exotic experience.

Beautiful rooftop restaurant in Hitec City. Came here multiple times. Good ambience and good food. Hakka dry chili chicken and Peach it up (non-alcoholic) are must order. They serve alcohol as well. Valet parking is available.

Visited over the weekend for dinner. It's a bar cum restaurant. Ambience is dark.. But mist was on which is good in summer. Service was ok..price is on a little higher side. Portion of the food is decent. Overall food was good. Malai Broccoli was really good.. Honey cheese potato was just ok. Main course curry and bread was good.

Well if you're looking for a place with lipsmacking food, romantic candle light dinner or just a rooftop dining experience surrounded with serenith and cool breeze. Zafran exotica has got you covered. They offer you a wide variety of dishes from Mughlai, North Indian to Chinese. They've got you all covered. The thing i've liked is the way they have cutlery sanitized and packed. The prices are slightly obove the bar but for the ambience and safety measures being followed i may say its okay. But this isn't a budget friendly place.! . Lets talk about food now.! Talwar-e-tandori murgh : This is one of their most selling dish. The Tandoori murgh is served on a sword shaped stand, chicken being perfectly juicy and tender with those fully packed flavours. A perfect start to your meal i must say.! Roti Pe Boti: Tender morsels of lamb marinated in their in house spices and roasted in the tandoor topped on a small parantha. Garnished with onions and mint. We also ordered Dal tadkewali with some butter naans. Even that was lipsmacking. . . In drinks we have ordered Paan Mojito : Traditional Paan leaf, gulkhand, red cherry, muddle together and topped up with lemonade. This wasnt according to my taste buds. Later i opted for a Virgin Mojito. . . Well i hope this was helpful. Thank you.!

This places comes up in searches for Most Romantic Places, Date Night Specials and came highly recommended by a couple of friends who used to frequent it a few years ago. So we thought of giving it a go for one of our lunch dates. Unfortunately, this turned out to be dud! 4/5 for ambience. Partially open air with a nice view of hitex. However, definitely not for Hyderabad summers. The restaurant has put up multiple cool air condensers but you'd still be uncomfortable 4/5 for service. Courteous, fast and attentive. However none of this matters if the food isn't great in an establishment. Disappointing doesn't cover our experience here. The drinks we ordered were super diluted. The veg manchurian was salty, the veg hackable noodles was bland, both the side dishes, Kung pao chicken and five treasure veggies were again super salty. Food 1/5 For an establishment this size with such a great location, they need to improve their food game by leaps.

The restaurant is at the 4th floor & you can also book a table for city view from the top. The pricing of dishes are mid-range & flavours are fantastic. You can expect to bring Rs.500 per person if you are going for food+drinks. Drinks presented here are like cherries on top.

Food was very tasty. Ambience was good. After applying zomto gold it costed around 550 per person, this is when we have not ordered any drinks and desserts. Excellent ambience and greenery. Felt really good after stepping inside. Its mostly open air, so you can sit and enjoy the food while watching Hitex arch and surrounding areas. Starters were really good and tasty. Service was fast. I got my starters in 10 minutes. Main course was however, bland. Shared the same feedback in the restaurant as well. Hope they will make it a better experience next time. It's a great experience altogether.

We went here for a family dinner along with a close friend's family and we loved the ambience. It one the roof so it was very airy and gave afresh feeling. We had an advance booking and reached here at 7pm. The service was very prompt initially but lagged later on. The staffs are courteous and food was delicious. All the items we ordered were very good. Kids loved the KitKat chocolate shake. Coming to price this is on the very high priced side. So if you want a premium setting with no budget constraints and good tasting food this should be on your list. Please do advance booking and take early slot. I could have rated 5 star if we could have got a seat with better view which we specifically mentioned during our booking.

It's an another branch in Hitech City, the one in Banjara Hills also has same awesome experience. This new branch in Hitech City is having smooth booking process (polite & helpful staff), great ambience, soothing atmosphere, finger licking delicious food, prompt service (they will tell you ETA in case order getting delayed for any reason so you won't have wrong expectations). We went for all veg options in the ala karte menu and all starters, mocktails, main course was served at exactly best temperature and taste, just can't complaint on any of the aspect, 10 on 10. Yes, service is fast. It's kids friendly, we asked for a tossed paneer pieces without any spices and they served it well. All-in-all the complete family experience for dine-out.
