    This McDonald's is the worst, every single time I go, they have me wait. It looks like there is a small girl who is working there she looks like someone’s daughter, but she’s not in a uniform and yet she’s serving drinks at the window. I understand that every place is short-staffed but this is unacceptable. How do you have your small kids working? This McDonald’s really needs to get it together. I see all these bad reviews and yet nobody does anything. I wonder if they can even pass a health inspection? I wish my kids didn't love McDonald’s but this is the closest one to me so I hope the GM reads this and makes some changes.

    The food is just what you would expect from a McDonald's. Nothing wow, but still not terrible. A quick and easy meal. Only 15+ dollars for me. I really should have just gone to a better restaurant.

    The food wasn’t cold. It doesn’t take an extremely long time which is nice. But don’t expect the employees to bring your food to your table like they’re supposed to. And don’t expect them to put the mix-in’s of your McFlurry in so you don’t have plain vanilla ice cream at the bottom.

    Ordered dine in at the kiosk, waited 20 mins and nothing, went up to ask about the order, got an attitude and berated us for not waiting longer. Our number is not on the board. They have the tray just sitting there with nuggets on it. The employees are rude. Only worry about the drive thru line. The drive thru people were coming in and getting their food because of the wait. TOTAL CHAOS! Nobody is running the show. Manager (lady in grey shirt) was ignorant with people complaining, tossing food bags at them. If shebiz the manager- they need a new one. She obviously cannot handle the stress or responsibility of the job.

    12/29/23 For some reason, I always think that if I visit a McDonald's or other restaurants differently from where I live, but it's quite the same old uncaring people working in these restaurants. For example, of course it was late (11p or 12a) and I went in and the the young man making my Filet-O-Fish throws it to the front of the line for it to be packed. Absolutely disgusted with late night service and the uncaring attitude of people working that do not want to be there... I think that I need to get it in my head that late nights at any fast food restaurant will be sorry.

    I could understand they are short staffed and they get busy at time with the drive trough but the dining room was empty , the cashier ( she might been a Shift Manager , wearing a button down grey shirt)that took my order was so unprofessional and rude , why should i take that attitude? I am a paying customer and i was patient and kind to her . My experience was awful and the interaction was even worst ! I am not going back to this location again ! Not reccomended.

    My cheeseburger looked like it had been in the warmer for a week. The bottom looks like it was toasted 3 times I asked for extra pickles and I got 3 whole pickle slices. Wow, way to go, guys. Really make me wanna say da da da da da i'm not loving it

    Ordered at the kiosk to dine in. I was instructed to take a number. No numbers available. When my order was brought to the table the order was incomplete. Had to go to the counter and be ignored for a couple minutes before they would look at me. That's when they started my kids Happy Meal. Then I found out there were no napkins on the tray. There were no napkins at the tables, or anywhere customers were allowed. Went back to the counter to be ignored for a couple minutes.

    The team is what made the experience here. Very friendly, polite, and helpful. Being close to the 376 exit, it is an easy stop along the route. The food wasn't as consistent as other locations, but it was the late night drive through and not at the normal meal time. I would certainly go there again.

    Visited for a quick bite, ordered a happy meal which was hot and fresh. Ordered 2 apple pies and 2 pumpkin pies which were on offer, disappointed as they were cold. Staff pleasant.

    All Mickey D's food tastes the same; like salt. Even the milk shakes. It is always my last choice when I want drive-thru food. Today the line @Booger King was too long to wait. ThecRobinson Twp location is having employee training issues. 7 cars in line but NONE further along than the ordering station.

    This has been MULTIPLE times I have found hair in my food. If you can’t make your employees wear a net then they need to shave their head. Sheesh. The bathrooms are gross and the lobby is always gross so imagine the kitchen! I’m upset.

    Everybody knows which Mcdonald's in their city are good and which ones are bad. This one is consistently the worst that I know of in Pittsburgh. The one on Steubenville Pike is the best move if you're in this neighborhood - do yourself a favor and go there instead.

    The lobby, and bathrooms were freshly cleaned by the time I went in to get dinner for my family and I. I ordered a couple happy meals, and a quarter pounder meal at the front register. A lady with a gray button down, and glasses took my order, and was very well mannered. She brought the food out to my kids, and I. I will definitely be re-visiting this location as my kids love McDonald’s and it is the closest to my home.

    Milk and nuggets for kids seem good, but there are 0 vegetarian options for me. Impossible Whoppers at BK are much preferred. Kids also love the chocolate milk, but I try to stay away from the happy meals because it's just more plastic to throw away later.

    OUTRAGEOUS!!! I placed my online order twice, I waited 2.5 hours. then after 2.5 hours of waiting I called the restaurant.. And he said it's not the system. after that i got into the car. then I placed my order in person. for which I waited at least 15 minutes. the food was a disgusting wilted salad with burnt meat and smelly vegetables. the hamburger bun was burnt black and hard.

    Ordered breakfast through the MCDONALDS app and they wouldn’t honor it even though the order was placed before 10:30am. The assistant manager was very rude and was yelling at me. She wouldn’t let me talk and kept cutting me off. She refused to give me the number to corporate or the name of her manager. I have never experienced such disrespect from a person who is supposed to have great customer service let alone a manager who is supposed to be an example for other employees. I am highly upset!! If I could give a rating with no stars I would.
