This was a fantastic place. The food was freshly made, the service was good and quick and we were 12 people. We ordered many different types of tapas. Unfortunately I don’t have a picture of the artichokes we ordered, they were heavenly. Highly recommended.

Absolutely delicious tapas. I can highly recommend the prawns, croquettes, plate of iberico ham and sangria. The restaurant is situated in a beautiful alleyway full of locals and other tapas bars - a great vibe to be apart of for an evening.

One of the best places we found in a week in Benidorm. It seems that it is not touristy at all and rather local, which we also liked, given the number of “resort” places in the city for tourists. Well balanced menu, excellent ingredients and delicious dishes - in a word, everything was great!

Friendly staff behind the bar, service was pretty fast considering how busy it was. Food was standard but good tapas with attention to detail, prices very reasonable.

We’ve been here previous years, nice spot for some tapas, the food is a generous portion, I do enjoy going here, but some food can be greasy. But it’s not over priced, so I don’t mind it not being superb.

This tapas restaurant was an absolute treat! A lovely evening spent dining alfresco in Benidorm Old Town. Some of the most delicious and interesting dishes I’ve ever had, for a very reasonable price. Our waiter was very helpful and attentive despite it being a busy Friday night on the festival of San Juan! Thank you, would highly recommend to anyone! Such a great atmosphere! I’ve come here ever since I was little and I’ve always loved it. The staff is very kind even though they are very busy because it’s a small place and very hectic with all the people coming to eat a bite. Definitely would recommend!

The first three times we came here, it was exemplary. We were served by an older gentleman. Our fourth and definitely our final visit on friday was extremely poor. We were served by much younger staff, and there was a difference. The service was slow and unatentive. The wine we were served was €1.40 euros per glass more expensive than we had the previous three days. This did leave a bad taste and was totally unexpected. Thank you to the older gentleman, but your much younger staff are not in the same league. It is adios from myself and my other half.

We found this place almost by accident one evening - a great find it was too. Enjoyed some patatas bravas and a plate of cheese - both really good. Service was fast and friendly and the place had a great vibe too.

Wasted food as portions were huge,should have to us plenty to share.

Decided to eat out for our last night on holiday. There was so much choice but the warm atmosphere and welcoming staff proved to be an excellent decision. Really loved the waiter Gusavo!

For 15€ you get a menu with 3 high quality dishes and a desert! All 3 dishes were tasteful and good portions. The staff is really nice and helpful. Highly recommended

Went here couple years ago. Definitely better service back then. Waiter+waitress quite unhelpful.

Honestly really disappointed with the experience here given that the reviews are very good. Perhaps the reviews are more for the tapas and not the a la carte menu which we ordered from. The garlic prawns were overcooked to the point it felt like chewing rubber, the octopus had no flavour at all, and the mash that came with the cod was awkwardly watery and tasteless. The staff and service were good but I can't recommend this place for the a la carte items.

Excellent, the best food in Benidorm. Staff amazing- Pedro, Fran, Felix & Angie, you are the best. They take the time in such a busy place to make sure you get the best food and good wine. All with a smile. Can't recommend this place enough, so much better than all the rest. Muchos Gracias 😍

Food is horrible, not fresh, not clean, far away as you can see on pictures. Prices are expensive and they charge you for bread that you haven't ordered. If you eat in Benidorm avoid that place. Totally waste time and money.

Fantastic little find, stunning food, great service. We have visited twice this holiday and are going again tonight for our last dinner.

Los mejores gambas al ajillo were just an average gamba, but the biggest deception was on the solomillo ibérico, first it came really raw, don't know how it came out of the kitchen. Then after our first complaint we received a very dry and tasteless solomillo, after complaining again, we asked to change the dish to the crispy chicken as it should be hard to do it wrong, it was too salty 🤦‍♂️

The tapas here are incredible. Great service. I recommend this place! And the street where it is located is also nice.

During or stay we visited La Taperia Aurrera twice, with quite large groups (20 and 50). The food was amazing! We let the host choose some good stuff for us and he didn't disappoint. Especially the meat and fish you can grill on a hot plate was absolutely gorgeous. Also the staff was very friendly and efficient. Go there!

The food is very good, specially their set meal. But their service is poor, not that they were not professional or anything like that. It's simply they should be more friendly. They have to interact more with their clients and make us feel we are wanted. We felt like they were doing us a favour eating there.

Loved all the tapas I have tried - shell with seafood, mini sausages with peppers, some potatoes, bread with egg, pepper and jamon - very tasty. Totally Recommend this place.

Excellent tapas bar.

During my first visit to Benidorm's Old Town, I was fortunate enough to be able to dine at this little Spanish taverna. The dishes were small (in comparison to the UK tapas we are familiar with) but very, very flavoursome. Prices vary from €3-6 for the small tapas dishes but larger portions are available priced between €10-24. Our party of 3 shared 9 dishes between us which was plenty. The food was so fresh and colourful which was stimulating for all the senses. A lovely little place in a beautiful little town.

Here on my own, asked for a 1 person portion. This was a perfect size .. absolutely amazing taste

Not Recommend. Overpriced food. We ordered paella worth 25 Euros. We were served half burnt rice and the dish was delivered from a neighbouring restaurant. Definitely not worth the money. Even untasty ketchup pouch with fries was costing 1 Euro. Recommend take a beer at this place and eat somewhere else.

It was a super nice and cozy dinner. We ordered artichokes with ham and honey. Also, the octopus with vegetables. It was so delicious! The best food we tasted in Benidorm. Everything was cooked pretty fast, the waiter recommended a good white wine. We got bread and aioli as a starter and in the end, two shots of limoncello, nothing of this was included in the bill. It was such a nice experience! Our recommendation!
