Booked an easy hike with Chris a few km's outside of Rovaniemi. Not only did he arrange an amazing hike for me (with drone footage) but also gave me an in-depth hike and explained all the nature around us. We got to stop, make a fire and he brough sausages and coffee for us to eat, which he made fresh over the fire. After the hike was over he even gave us tips on where we could drive to in the evening to catch the Northern Lights and whilst we didn't see any (it was mid August) the location was stunning and we got to see some great views. We had also booked a reindeer tour which unfortunately we had to cancel for personal reasons, Chris and the team refunded the money to us for that in FULL. I couldn't recommend Chris and Nordic Odyssey more, went above and beyond and can't wait to go back to Lapland and tour with them in the winter!

I’ve planned my marriage proposal 6 months before visiting Rovaniemi and wish to propose under northern light. I have selected Nordic Odyssey as my tour guide of northern light hunting and they never disappoint me. The moment when I landed to Rovaniemi, they told me the best chance of hunting northern light by doing a lot of deep analysis on the weather and compute the best possibility to hunt it. They never hunt without preparation, they truly did their best to make thing possible. Word can’t express my gratitude to them. Chris suggested we go aurora hunting on a very cloudy day in Rovaniemi when we didn’t have many hopes. He drove us up to Sweden (2.5 hr drive) on the border where the sky was clear and the prognosis was favorable. And it was the best night we could have dreamed of, we caught the lights in their absolute glory, it was really magical. We’re extremely happy Chris proposed that we go to Sweden and, as far as I know, few companies (if any?) do this for their customers.

We booked two different tours with Nordic Odyssey: the Northern lights chasing and the Artic Adventure one. Both equally amazing: the set up, the views, the activities, the quality of the guides. We really felt fully immersed in what we were doing and the guides were a true key element to it. Well done guys and 100% recommended to someone looking for a remarkable experience :)

This was one of the highlights of my life and I must thank Adrien and the Nordic Odyssey team so much. Other tours did not go out as not much was expected to see. But Adrien kept trying to find the right place and suddenly the skies opened and we saw the aurora in all its beauty. We came all the way from Australia and the weather report was bad so we didn’t have much hope - thanks to Nordic Odyssey and Adrien the dream came true. Thank you!

We chose the Northern light hunting tour, and we had some really great moments. Our guide, Jonathan, tried his best to please us, he really wanted us to have a nice experience. We were quite lucky since we saw the lights after all, although the predictions were not in our favor. Thank you, Jonathan, it was really worth it!

I joined 2 tours of Nordic Odyssey and enjoyed both of them a lot. For the northern light hunting we were with Adrien and he drove us to 20 minutes distance from Rovaniemi where the sky is clear, took our pictures and made sure we are happy! We were lucky to catch the northern lights after all! The other tour I joined was the next morning Reindeer Sleigh Riding Tour which was also very unique! I would say this was the most authentic experience in Rovaniemi. The team is very lovely & I totally suggest Nordic Odyssey and their tours to everyone!

We contacted them only 2 days in advance and we were a group of 12 people. We did a night of snowshoeing searching for aurora and the experience was amazing. The guides were kind and prepared: they took us in the wood, they explain us the aurora, they stop to show us the animal footprints. They also light a bonfire and offer us marshmallows, tea and biscuits. And last but not least they took to us incredible photos! In our opinion, the best agency in Rovaniemi!
