A long beach that's definitely worth visiting, if you're around Hanko. Visited in mid-July. There's relatively small amount of actual sand. The rest is covered was covered in grass. You have to walk trough the grass and kind of hard terrain to the parking place. There was no life guard. You can also see the most Southern point of Finland from here.

Very scenic.. Beautiful and quiet.. Vast beach.. The wooden walkway is amazing.. Shallow beach.. Lots of pebbles.. There is big parking lot nearby.. To have picnic or swimming, great spot.. Do take snacks with you.. The cafe closes really early.. You get to see swans swimming.. That's a plus.. Do visit before the blue green algae reaches..

Very beautiful beach in Hanko, 5 minutes by walk from the marina. It is one of my favorite cause it looks wild and pure, there is no construction around. There is no rock only sand so is perfect to lay and take a sun bath. you cannot miss it. I recommend.

The longest and the most sandy beach in Hanko! A bit further away from the town center than other beaches but it's a very nice place to spend on a hot summer day.

Cold on the beach, nearly tropical in forest
