Absolutely fantastic family experience! We had our family of 4 in a single sled, and my wife and I took turns driving. We then got to feed all of our pups some treats and give them some love afterward. And lastly, we sat inside and heard about their dogs and operations with some hot juice and cookies. The dogs were all very sweet and were happy to get some rubs. Definitely go!! You can tell that Bearhill truly cares about their dogs as if they are family. Absolute recommendation for those with and without kids.

I had most wonderful time spending 2 nights with Bearhill Husky enjoying the owner’s hospitality and the best possible wilderness cottage facilities in Lapland :) All the dogs were really good trained and you cannot miss the fact that the dogs wellbeing is the number one priority at Bearhill.

We booked the "November born to run morning tour". Since there was not much snow we used the buggies instead of sledges. After a short introduction we could start our journey. And what should I say: It was just great. It was a lot of fun to ride the buggies through mud, water and snowy terrain. The dogs are incredible responsive and fast. I was surprised by the speed of the dogs but at no point I felt unsave or out of control. It was an intense and extremely enjoyable tour. After the ride we could pet our dog team and as a wonderful addition the puppies. During the whole day we could ask everything about huskies and learned a lot of facts about these incredible animals. Another thing that I really liked was the sustainable approach of the team. As example using a fish species that overpopulates lakes in the region and needs to be reduced by fishing as part of dogs diet. But I think the best argument for this experience is that the team deeply cared for the dogs. They are professionals that know what the dogs need and how they need to be treated. As far as I can tell the dogs are in really good shape and the environment they are in is perfectly suited for them. Bottom line: I would recommend the tour, the team and the whole experience without a second of hesitation.

We had an awesome time on our visit to Bearhill Husky! We changed our schedule twice (the date of booking & the drop-off location). Bearhill staff promptly made the change for us without question. The service is extremely good. On the day of our ride, again the service is good. The ride was amazing and the dogs were so excited and energetic that they were chosen. Everything ran smoothly.

I did the morning tour on a slightly snowy day. And it was amazing ! I feel always concerned when I do an activity with animals, but as far I could see animals are happy, well treated and healthy. And they really enjoy riding our sleight! Our guide gave us lots information about the dogs, how to handle a sleight etc, and the staff around the small group is very efficient. Our tour was composed by 8 sleights + the guide, but we could have some distance between each other, we didn't felt in a group, appreciate that. I warmly recommend this tour !

Are you ready for the ride of your life? Look no further than the husky sledding experience at BearHill! From the moment we arrived, we knew we were in for a treat. We were greeted by a pack of friendly and excitable huskies, all eager to take us on our adventure. The staff at Bear Hill were incredibly knowledgeable and gave us a thorough briefing on how to handle the sled and work with the dogs. Once we hit the trail, it was pure magic. The huskies were a well-oiled machine, gliding through the snow with ease and grace. The scenery was breathtaking, with snow-covered trees and hills stretching out as far as the eye could see. It was like something out of a fairy tale. And the best part? We got to take turns driving the sled! It was an exhilarating experience, feeling the wind in our hair as we sped along the trail behind our trusty team of huskies. We even had the opportunity to pet the dogs at the end. I want to take them all home with me. Overall, the husky sledding experience at Bear Hill was an unforgettable adventure. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable, the dogs were amazing, and the scenery was out of this world. If you're looking for a unique and thrilling winter activity, look no further than BearHill

Such a great experience with Beahill! The tour was well operated, it feels really magical to go with the dogs through the snowy forest and then on the frozen lake. Also great storytelling during the hot beverages & snacks break!

We had an amazing morning at Bearhill Husky. Our guide Emily was brilliant and gave a really thorough briefing. We were given snow suits, boots and mittens on top of our own gear which meant we stayed nice and warm. The dogs were so lovely and the sled ride was such an incredible experience. The dogs seemed really well looked after and very happy. Their temperament was lovely and we gave them treats and cuddles after the ride.

Second time we do a Husky ride in Lapland. This was a much better experience. The dogs were phenomenal. Most of the proper running dogs, but super gentle with us. The guide was very clear in instructions and shared a lot of anecdotes about the dogs, how they are taken care off, type of routes they do in winter and autumn, etc. At the end are had a lovely warm juice with ginger cookies. One I highly recommend either singles, or families with big and small kids.

Absolutely incredible. We went in the morning so had daylight to experience the tour in. The scenery was breathtaking, lost for words. We were a family of 2 adults and 2 children. The adults got to drive the sleigh after a thorough briefing. We were fortunate to have lots of snow which made the ride very smooth and going across the frozen lake was superb. The tour was fantastically well organised with multiple guides riding alongside on snowmobiles constantly making sure the dogs were happy and the guests were safe. When the tour finished we were allowed to feed the dogs which by this point had exerted all their energy and were friendly and open to interaction. The guides knew each dog by name and their nature, they were able to speak at length about the operation and how it is run and maintained all with the huskies best interests at heart. Would thoroughly recommend visiting here, you will not be disappointed.

My husband and I and our 2 and half year old experienced Bearhills Huskey tour this morning. It was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. All the staff were super welcoming and warm. The dogs were great and very friendly. The whole entire place was clean and you can see how well the dogs are looked after. They are like family to them. Our son had such fun and loved stroking all the dogs! We will definitely be back but in the snow next time. Thank you!

My husband and I did the husky sleds and Alina looked after us. She was so friendly and welcoming and answered all of our questions. She was so passionate about the huskies and we had a hot berry juice together after. The whole team were amazing and it was an experience of a lifetime🤍

Great place where dogs owners treat them really well. We learnt a lot about Alaska huskies. We visited Bearhill Husky in August, and had privileged contacts with the dogs and the puppies.

We had a great time at Bearhill Husky! Our guide was very nice (and so was her furry companion! ☺️) and seemed to have a lot of experience and knowledge, so she could answer all our questions. The dogs were amazing and just so nice! You could really see and feel that the stuff cares good for them. Also, we really liked that older dogs or dogs that can‘t be used as sled dogs get a chance to be rehomed or stay at the kennel!

Absolutely amazing tour today. Our family of 5 (kids 3, 6 and 8) shared a sled for a 45 min adventure. We were led by the owner Valentijn who is funny and super willing to share his knowledge. The feeling I got the first time we took the brake off and were cruising in the forest will be something I never forget. Unmissable - more than highly recommend.

It was my first huski ride so I did not know what the expect. The crew supplied us the necessary clothing , gave us a lesson how to "drive" the dogs and got going. They were very closely watching us trying to predict any issues and avoid any problems. The ride was beautiful over a frozen lake and through a forest. I liked it so much I wanted to join the next group! 1000% satisfied

Absolutely fantastic place! Staff are excellent and the dogs are magnificent! They are very well looked after and are so friendly! The ride was great, with chance to swap round so you can drive and be a passenger. Cannot recommend enough!
