We cannot say anything bad about this place. Wonderful apartment with 2 big beds, sauna, kitchen and the fantastic hot tub outside. Cosy restaurant with delicious food, great breakfast buffet and nice staff. We'd liked to be there longer. Hope we can come back in the future.

My stay here was so incredible, I’m still reminiscing. Aside from the hotel being situated in nature, with extremely gorgeous decor, and amazing amenities, it’s the staff who made our stay so pleasant. My partner and I would like to applaud glass resort for being so vegan friendly and having satiating and nutritious options for us. Because our flight was so early, we weren’t going to make breakfast, so the staff made us a wonderful and extravagant breakfast basket that was overflowing with goodies. We were so very thankful for this. There was a small issue with the shower head and pillow case, but they replaced it and fixed it immediately. We came to Rovaniemi with family, but only my partner and I were staying at the Glass Resort. The hotel welcomed them in to wait inside while we were being picked up for the tours. If you are going to stay at the Santa Claus village, stay here. It is well located, but with enough privacy and forest in between. The private spa and sauna made the stay so relaxing as well. During our last night, we were able to see the northern lights from the resort. There is good visibility there are there is enough nature and space around to drown out the lights from the village. I would highly recommend Glass Resort to anyone. You’ll love it.

It was amazing visit and excellent experience, service was excellent and the resort had lot of 5 star features; super comfy bed, jacuzzi, special shower, big windows, (also in the roof) where you can follow the changing nature and weather. Vegetarian food was very tasty.

Lovely architecture and a stunning view and feel! The hot tub was amazing and the location is top notch, definetly worth the price. No flaws were spotted and I would definitely recommend!

This is an excellent hotel with beautiful and spacious glass igloos (including amazing, private backyard hot tubs tucked in the snow) and an ideal location right next to all the must-sees in Lapland, but what really sets them apart is the staff. Nathan went above and beyond to ensure our family had a magical stay, even waiting outside our last activity with our luggage to ensure we wouldn't miss our flight home. We booked most of our activities through the hotel (snow mobiles, reindeer farm etc.) and they were all great.

We loved our stay in Glass Resort. It's close to the airport and walking distance Santa Village. The accommodation is top of the line and the service is second to none. The food is also very good. Perfect getaway in Rovaniemi for a couple or family.

Best resort ever!!! Homey igloo, picturesque scenery, excellently accommodating resort personnels, and the jacuzzi is a major plus. The front desk and all the other resort staff’s ability to handle different circumstances was impressive—we had to leave mid-dinner to go on a tour, but the staff saved our food and let us enjoy it later in our igloo. We had an awesome time and would definitely recommend this spot to anyone looking for a Nordic getaway. Big thanks to the staff for making our stay so memorable!

Stayed 3 nights. This is a perfect hotel for my holiday. I love the private bath and sauna. All staffs are friendly and professional. 5 start’s service. Highly recommended. And please notice book advanced, it is not easy get availability.

We absolutely loved our stay here! Our kids (9 and 12) shared a bed downstairs and my husband and I had another bed upstairs. We had a kitchenette and a huge bathroom complete with sauna. There was a hot tub outside too which we enjoyed using! Each igloo has heated windows to melt the snow/ice. Though we didn’t get to see the northern lights from our igloo due to cloudy snowy nights it was still one of the coolest hotels we’ve ever stayed in. We could watch the reindeer and snowmobiles go through the paths from our room. Easily walkable to Santa’s village and a very friendly, helpful staff. A delightful breakfast in the morning. If you go to Rovaniemi, I would highly recommend this hotel!!

AMAZING location. AMAZING resort. We booked for 4 days at glass resort. So thoughtful and caring about every aspect. We’ve never felt such a sense of comfort at a resort stay. The homes are very clean and modern. Adore the giant modern jacuzzi. We were able to view the auroras night from the big window in the livingroom area. All paths are well-lit and the resort location is very convenient to the adorable town of Rovaniemi and popular tourist attractions of Santa Claus Village. The breakfast was exceptional. Dinner was lovely. We will definitely come back soon for another stay. I would highly recommend Glass Resort!!

Words won't be enough to describe the place, the hotel, the food, the experience, the husky and reindeer, and for sure the northern lights. It's a piece of heaven 😍 I think it's one, if not the most, of the best resorts to stay at Lapland

Everything here was perfect, from rooms to food and staff. The jacuzzi in the middle of snow under sky makes you forget about the world immediately and enjoy the moment. I just wish, we had a nice fire place in the lobby, but other than that it is a sold 5/5 for us

Amazing stay. Airport shuttle was convenient and location is secluded yet super close to everything (a lovely stroll in the snow to Santa village, during early November, was a treat!). Breakfast was really good: cured fish and pickled mushroom were so fresh and tasty. Jacuzzi outside was dreamy. Hygiene and cleaning were also very up to standard. Would recommend (and hopefully stay again).

Wonderful place to stay in Rovaniemi. Rooms were amazing, clean and comfortable, and the staff was very helpful and friendly. The sauna and spa are private and you can enjoy them anytime. It is 100m away from the Santa Claus Village, so seeing the Northern Lights is possible, but only if they are quite visible.

This stay has been nothing short from amazing. The service was super, everyone who I spoke to was very kind and accommodating. The breakfast buffet has lots to offer and we received a delicious breakfast basket on the last day because of a very early flight. The accommodation we stayed at was absolutely incredible. The outdoor hut tub was amazing, the sauna and shower were super and overall, it’s a very homey place that really makes it feel as if you’re out in nature. We had one small issue with the shower head, but after we mentioned it, they replaced it immediately so that night we could shower properly again. I have nothing but good words for Glass resort, truly amazing.

The resort is beautiful. Close to good areas and restaurants to check out but tucked in a quiet area with beautiful nature all around your room. The accommodations are stunning. And more than anything every staff member here is absolutely over the top amazing. I will remember their friendliness forever.

Our stay here was really awesome. The front desk staff is really helpful and friendly. We even get an early check in and had the complimentary champagne but with 0% alcohol which we dont mind. Jacuzzi is great. Our room price included a 3 course dinner which is really nice and delicious. We got a chance to taste reindeer meat and elk meat as well. Totally recommended if you're looking for a resort to stay in lapland. Just a 5 min walk to santa claus village. Breakfast was also superb. Everything is just perfect

Highly recommended, great and modern huts with saunas and hot tubs. Not just an ordinary hotel stay, but an experience in itself. The staff was also great, very friendly and helpful. Nice breakfast and good food.

We visited Finland over the Christmas and NYE holiday. Our first stop was the Glass Resort. I don't even know where to start because it was such an incredible place- literally like living in a postcard. The scenery was absolutely breath taking, and we found ourselves just laying in bed, gazing up at the stars and trees FOR HOURS. It was nice to be so close to Santa Claus Village because we would walk through there when we were jet lagged and could not sleep before the crowds gathered. They are definitely premium, luxury apartments, and the staff was so friendly and happy to help with any request. We loved the Glass Resort so much that we tried to extend our stay there rather than travel on to Helsinki because we just did not want to leave such a gorgeous place. Whether you are fortunate enough to see the Northern Lights or not, this place is worth it on its own! :)

Every aspect of our stay was excellent: rooms, jacuzzi, service, breakfast. I did not see any single, tiny flaw. Just perfect. Highly recommend.

A ‘must stay’ place, at least once in a lifetime! If you want to spend a romantic winter vacation with your love this is the place! Above and beyond perfect service,polite, friendly and very helpful staff,very clean rooms and restaurants and more. I loved the igloos and the hot tub right in front of our igloo,it was such an experience while watching Northern lights.

Although it’s tucked behind the cheesy Santa Claus Village, the Glass Resort is a little slice of heavenly relaxation and coziness. The apartments are modern and you have everything you need. They feel a lot bigger than they actually are because of the smart design. The breakfast is amazing and the dinner is locally sourced, thoughtful in balance and packed with flavor. We had such phenomenal food here at the hotel, way better than the restaurants we went to in downtown Rovaniemi and the surrounding area. Definitely a good choice if you end up in Rovaniemi!
