Loyal customer for years. Charged me during the pandemic when the gyms were closed, raised prices after that and now forcing me to pay 2 months after initial cancellation due to not being in the country. Absolutely no respect from the customer service. Disgusting, greedy and exploitative tactics. Really pathetic. I'll choose a new gym when I return.

Cheap place but the equipment is also really cheap and not very well maintained. In the first week of my membership I've had two handles to break dangerously in my hands while working out under normal loads. Ergonomics of the machines is a bit lacking. All the weight plates differ by dimensions from each other which makes basic deadlifting tad more troublesome. The amount of weight plates is often lacking and is considerably smaller in comparison with the competition. Dumbbells are plastic and only go up to 40kg. During rush hours the place is crammed with people with little to no knowhow of common gym etiquette and queueing is not uncommom for machines. With no common etiquette the place is also quite often messy having no correct order for weightplates or dumbbells and with all the handles lying around on the floor randomly. Gym staff have been nice so far and the place is usually clean from dust and dirt. Location is optimal and with really low price point which creates the justification of having a membership despite the many shortcomings.

Watch out for debt collectors. I set up an e-payment for my gym bill over a week before the first due date. The payment didn't go through. I didn't get any emails or other notifications from F24/7 to say that the first payment hadn't gone through. Over a month later, I received a letter from a debt collector saying I owed them the missing gym payment + a reminder letter fee + another demand in payment, a total of almost double my monthly subscription fee. I didn't receive a reminder in the post and the advice I got was to make a complaint to the post office about the missing reminder letter. That's shockingly bad customer service. I should add that this all took place when I couldn't even go to the gym because of the covid situation.

My gym anyday anytime. It is so neat, also very close to train station and bus station. There is separate gym for women but women can use the general gym also.

Bad customer service from frond desk. Men's locker room smell so bad ,the air conditioning system obviously not working correct and is very unhealthy especially during the time of corona it must be fresh air in the room, when i inform i inform the girl on the front desk she laughed at me and said sure will check it , not even close to proper "sorry for the inconvenience we try our best" And on the top of that. After a while even though i had confirm my booking for my groub class on time i was ferused the entrance cause the class had started 3 minutes ago, apparently toilet is not allowed to customers if they need it before the class i quit the gym straight away, the frond desk same gilr on both occasions didn't even realized the fact that just kicked out a a customer ,only arrogance to her customer service. Never coming back again and i defenently don't recommended for persons who love to be on a gym and have fun. Regards , Georgios 02.02

Modern, has all the equipment needed (even jump ropes), has own e-lockers ( you don't need to bring your lock). Bit less spacious.

There is no gym in the area
