20 days ago, I bought a bicycle here, and after riding it for only three days, the wheel has friction noise, I came back here, the staff did not check the receipt, he directly fixed it. But there was a friction noise on the bicycle a few days ago, today back here again, I told the staff that there was a fricative again, he checked and told me that I needed to replace the parts and that I had to pay, 🤬ok! When I came back to pick up the bike, I explained to the other staff what happened to the release, and in the end there was no charge! This experience is really bad! New bike needs 2 repairs in 20 days🤬！

Valikoimat ja hinnat on melko kohdallaan, mutta ei kivijalkamyynälään sen takia tulla. Heti myymälän avauduttua melkein ainoina asiakkaina 4 vastaan tullutta myyjää koki tärkeämmäksi palvelun välttelemisen ja keskenään keskustelemisen. Yksikin tervehdys olisi ollut tervetullut. Tämä on valitettavasti ollut yleistä aiemminkin käydessä. Pakko jatkossa mennä ehkä kalliimpien hintojen luokse sinne, missä saa palvelua😅

You come here in need of help to buy a product, no one helps. Also at other XXL in Redi had similar experience. My advice, just come here with a clear , very clear idea of exactly what you want to buy because no one can bother to do their job and help. I asked for a product , the lady told me she was going to check it in the store “varasto” , never came back. I was left waiting until thankfully after I asked, another guy helped. Left waiting for almost half an hour, never came back the lady, no one likes to feel this way. I will cancel my membership here. They won’t see me again.

Great shop! Clothes, items and equipment for sport and outdoor activities. Two floors of products where definitely you will find what you need. Some items they offer on the website are not in the shop, so order beforehand. Attentive staff.

Lasketteluvarusteiden puolella henkilökunta tuli nopeasti paikalle ja tarjosi asianmukaista ja ammattitaitoista palvelua. Tarvittavat tuotteet löydettiin asiakkaan tarpeet hyvin huomioon ottaen. Liikkeessä yleisesti todella kattava valikoima kaikenlaisiin lajeihin soveltuvaa, ja jos jotain ei löydy, niin sen saa kätevästi tilattua paikalle. Tulen käymään jatkossakin!

En muista milloin olen saanut näin hyvää asiakaspalvelua viimeksi, aivan huikeaa osaamista ja asennetta. Oli kaksi mieshenkilöä.

Ostin 8FAT LTD hintaan 750e alkuvuoden alennuksista. Hain koottuna XXL Kluuvin myymälästä. Seuraavana päivänä tarkastelin pyörää tarkemmin ja huomasin pintavaurioita molemmilla puolilla rungon takaosaa (takakolmion sisäpinnoilla). Lisäksi etuakselin kierteet olivat hapettuneet ja vahingoittuneet. Ymmärrän, että maanantaikappaleita sattuu, mutta XXL:n toiminta on ollut ala-arvoista. Viedessäni pyörää takaisin liikkeeseen minulle todettiin, että ”nämä eivät yleensä tule tämmöisenä. Sä olet rikkonut sen”, ennen kuin pyörää tai vikoja oli edes katsottu. Jos haluat välttyä kuluttavilta riita-asioilta suosittelen välttämään XXL:ää pyöräasioissa.

Hinnat nouseet alkuajoilta. Tämä päivä oli pettymys, ei yhtään myyjää toisessa kerroksessa kun olisi ollut tarvetta, 19:00 - 19.30. Tyhjin käsin lähdin pois. Urheilu liikkeitä on muitakin mistä saa palvelua. Iso pettymys Kluuvin XXL!
