Ed was an excellent tour guide and was very enthusiastic, providing our group with various historic facts, and FUN facts too! We enjoyed the walk very much. Ed was very clear, and easy to hear. He had his pink umbrella up in the air to make sure that nobody got lost. He answered all the questions we had, and made the experience very interactive and positive. Fantastic tour with our guide Robert on Saturday. He started off by offering us all local chocolates which is always garenteed to make everyone happy! We wound our way through the streets of Katajanokka, with Robert aiming to get us to Uspenski Catherderal before it closed at 5pm for a service, and he timed it perfectly! As we were only a small group of 3 we could ask lots of questions. Robert was personable, knowledgeable and shared his experiences of Finish Life. He went out of his way to ensure our trip to Helsinki was a good one!! Please note: not all your guides have card readers, have cash avaliable just incase!!
