Have you ever had such a great dinner experience, that you teared up in the middle of it? This was a dinner that we will never forget. The ambiance was exquisite and unforgettable. Our server, Sebastian, was perfection in motion and he executed as a master of his craft. He was a huge part of this fabulous experience. His attention to detail and soft mannerisms were above and beyond. We frequently spoil ourselves with fine dining from where we come from in Houston, but this dinner was on another level and unforgettable. I can’t say enough about this experience. If you are visiting anywhere near Senja, it would be a huge mistake to not put this on your list. It was the best dining experience we have ever asked for. Bravo on raising the bar.

We have traveled the world, eaten in Paris, Rome, New York, and this was one of the best meals I have ever eaten. Presentation, ingredients, taste, service was OUTSTANDING! Anyone looking for an outstanding experience in a charming atmosphere, this is IT!

One of the best dining experiences we had. We had the 7-course tasting menu dinner here and it was amazing. Very delicious food with lots of different flavors, using fresh locally sourced ingredients. This place could be a Michelin Star restaurant - definitely the food here was better than some of the Michelin star restaurants we have tried before. They have limited seating and prior reservations are required. The menu changes depending on the season.

Amazing experience. Had a 10course menu with with their selected wines and drinks to pair. An explosion of flavour. Also set in the cutest barn.

We had 2 amazing dinners here. Our first was the set menu. The staff was amazing and attentive. We did the wine pairs and they were phenomenal. The staff was also very accommodating as our party had both kids and people who were GF and they made sure that they also had a great experience with the rest of us. Our second dinner was the tapas menu and it was just myself and my husband. We again had an amazing time and the food was spectacular!

The best experience we hade in any restaurant after traveling the globe the last 15years. Dined at many 2 & 3 Star Michelin places and truly nothing compared to what we had this evening. Attention to detail and taste are second to none! Maybe its time for the Inspector of Michelin to take a detour and see how this Restaurant is Gem between the woods...

Poor people who rate 1-2 star reviews at this amazing place obviously have eyes gazing on the floor, small eyes or eyes closed. I have travelled around the world and this is by far one of the best fine dining experience I ever had.

Very very friendly and hospitable staff right from the beginning. Delicious food, a cozy atmosphere and an amazing view! Recomended :)

We had the 9 course tasting menu and it was one of the best meals we've ever had. It was quiet that night but they made it a special experience for us. Highly recommended!
