Had the best experience today at Mattress City in Shoreline. We walked in with our toddler and the first thing we noticed was a basket with toys and stuffies to occupy our kid while we were mattress shopping which was great. Most importantly though, we received a lot of great advice as we were navigating different mattress types and ultimately found one that fits our needs. The team was very friendly and could answer all our questions. Can very much recommend this place!

Great buying experience! The Staff, Joseline in particular, is very knowledgeable and informative, kind and helpful to people (us) who have not bought a new mattress since 1995! We were able to try out and compare a number of different mattresses with no hard-sell sales techniques or tactics! Awesome place to buy a new mattress and all your bedding accessories! Emily was absolutely delightful to work with, she's super knowledgeable and patient. She took the time to listen to our preferences and answer all our questions, then let us test and test some with no sales pressure. They have a great variety of high quality products and price ranges for any budget. Joseline was also extremely helpful and personable. We stopped in to replace our beds after experiencing an apartment flood due a sprinkler incident and they made it a very enjoyable experience despite being in the midst of a stressful situation. I drove to this store from West Seattle specifically to try a Dreamcloud mattress. Joslyn and I had spoken on the phone phone, but she was busy when I got there, so I worked with Emily. Once in the store, I wanted to try a variety of mattresses and Emily listened to my comments and financial limitations and guided me to the firm Blue Lagoon Beauty Rest Mattress…. Which is what I purchased. Emily was very careful to explain the advantages of this brand as well as the importance of having a protector for the mattress. Both women were very professional, and very careful to listen to my needs. I highly recommend this store.
