First time and is delicious. We drive from Fontana and it worth the time we love it.

I’m a vegetarian now, but I still think about this burger. I stopped here with my housemates after a full day at the beach in 2018. We were ravenous, and I remember being so excited to get our food. There was a bit of a wait, because good food takes time, and we were happy to hang out and chat. When the food came out, we were so thrilled, and we devoured the food. It was unreal. Came on a weekday afternoon. Parking was fine but limited to a dead end street. There’s a sign for an empty lot that says street parking is free but parking in the lot is 10 dollars. Hell no. Service started off pretty awful. The young girl taking orders is literally the poster child for awful customer service. The only words she even spoke was my total. No thank you, hello, nothing at all. Was literally on her phone as I was paying and left. Whoever she is, she has a promising career ahead of her at the DMV. My opinion of this place changed when I got my food. The woman handing out food was soooo friendly! Literally the polar opposite of the woman taking orders. So friendly, so intelligent, and had all of us waiting for our food in mind the whole time. I don’t know if she’s the owner but she acts like it. I love that lady. If you’re reading this, thank you for brightening my day. The burger and fries are AMAZING. Succulent and thick (pause) patty on a brioche bun. Same style but better quality than those fancy bistro style burgers, for half the price. So overall, call your order in, remember that you’re right next to the projects (so keep it neutral), and get you a burger.

The burgers & fries are good. The strawberry lemonade hit the spot. .There was a 45 min wait for my food & there is no sitting. You will have to park across in the empty lot but I really don't know if you're supposed to.

Burger was delicious, especially with the added pastrami. However, I remember coming here a couple years ago, and the burger was larger and there would have been double the pastrami. Additionally, waited 45 minutes, 20 minutes more than the original estimate. Next time, I will go to The Hat to satisfy my burger and pastrami craving, though their burger is not as tasty, it's not a 45.minute wait to get food... And they have better chili cheese fries too.

What can I say? This burger was fantastic, the bun was soft and the burger was cooked just right. The fries were fresh and hot as they should be.

I’m glad to see that some things can change. We used to walk across busy Imperial highway when there was a stop sign in Success and the old Catholic school was still there but closed because of Imminent domain. I liked that other customers love the food here.

Been going her for 591/2 yrs everything's good you can't go wrong they are respectful patient helpful and it a great atmosphere turned my kids on to them their in love We make sure to have Hawkins burgers days twice a month. Love this place. Highly recommend quality delicious food always. Bless this business to always remain and up and running no weapon formed against this establishment shall prosper God always give them favor their awesome people🙏🙏🙏🙌🙌🙌❤️😋
