I attend both barre and yoga classes at Ohana. The instructors are great. They are so welcoming and super friendly. They are watchful of students and provide great guidance to help us get the most benefit and be safe in postures and practices. The studio is lovely. The childcare makes you wish all America would adopt this family-friendly practice. In 60+days I tones my belly and reduced my love handles appreciably. I'm meeting my goals of greater strength, flexibility, and balance.

The Ohana community has been an excellent venue for a new comer to yoga like myself. I had zero experience in yoga prior to attending a free class. Everyone is friendly, they provide the right amount of early direction w/o overwhelming beginners & you will be surprised by how quickly you progress. Members & teachers take their practice seriously & there is a sense of community & fellowship. The online streaming options are excellent for when I can't make it on a particular day or time & the online scheduling to attend classes are quick, easy & ensure classes are not overly crowded or you waste a trip. Overall I am very happy with my experience with Ohana & encourage anyone (especially men) to consider trying it out.

Ohana has changed my life! When the pandemic hit in March 2020, a friend informed me that Ohana was doing online Yoga + Barre classes, and from then on I've been hooked! I've been hooked on the energy (of the instructors) + the quality (of the classes) + the community (so enlightening). I finally started in person classes in September 2021 and I am now hooked on Ohana more than ever! THANK YOU OHANA for taking a time of turmoil and uncertainty and helping me be a stronger person (mentally + physically) in the end.

Love, love, love this studio! The teachers are all amazing and share their special unique talents. Some sing, some play musical instruments and there is almost always a deep and beautiful message to start/end the class. Their teachers are kind and knowledgeable, welcoming any and all levels. They also share accommodations for those who are pregnant. I typically go to the Yoga Flow classes and love that they are different every time. They also offer childcare which is a bonus for me as a new mama. Lastly, if you just can’t make it to the studio, they offer their classes live online and a 24 hour to watch after class. I am grateful beyond words to have found this beautiful space to practice and feel I found a new community of friends & family.

Really enjoyed the space, the instructor and the flow. Only gripe is that I signed up for a hot yoga class and the room was barely warm. The back door was wide open while snowing out too so a cold draft was creeping in, making it chilly at the start of class. If I sign up for a hot yoga class I want to sweat!

My first ice and glow experience, guided by Alyssa, was beautiful and replenishing. It woke me up for the following two days and allowed me to release ‘stuck’ feelings. I will be back!

I’ve been a member of this studio for about 5 years and cannot say enough positive things! Ohana continues to evolve and support the community. The new ice+glow is a truly unique experience to try!

Ohana has been a place of community, fitness, and restoration for the past eight + years! Alyssa has navigated this amazing community through many transitions including a global pandemic with grace and calmness. I am forever grateful for Ohana and glad to call this the community that empowers and supports me on whatever journey I am on. I highly recommend you give it a try!

If I could give Ohana 10 stars I would! As a founding member of the Ohana fam, I have been practicing yoga/barre with the beautiful Ohana community since it opened. Ohana is more than just a yoga studio, as the name implies Ohana is a family of amazing and diverse people who practice not only practice yoga together with highly qualified/knowledgeable instructors, but we volunteer in the community, collectively educate eachother about important social issues via special workshops and events. Ohana also offers an amazing and affordable yoga teacher training. Best studio in Denver!!! :)

Ohana is my fitness family and I have been going since it opened. Alyssa, Devon and the whole team are the most magical people in the universe and I am forever grateful to their support in maintaining my sanity through movement and exercise.

Ohana is an amazing studio and community of people. You get a great workout from their variety of yoga and Barre classes, and also get a spiritual boost from being in studio. 💜

I’ve been coming to Ohana for about 6 weeks now and have been impressed with all the teachers and classes so far. I really appreciate the modifications for pregnant students.

All I can say is nothing but good things about Ohana! I feel so welcome and comfortable attending barre and yoga classes here! I have never been a physically active person, so when I decided to pick a place to challenge myself and grow, it was important that I feel like I can learn in a fun and guided environment. I feel like every class is engaging, new and a blast! I leave every time so happy that I mustered up the will to go! I signed up for three months with one month down. I definitely plan on making this a new way of life. No matter your skill level, you’re welcome here!

As a fitness instructor, this is one of my favorite studios to visit! Bright and airy, great instructors, and killer classes.

I feel lucky to be a part of the Ohana community. Thank goodness I found you when we moved to the west side of town. I'm in love with the inviting space, inspiring instructors, and loving childcare. It's the perfect combo: Mama gets a challenging workout while my daughters play in a safe space!

I have gone to Ohana for many years. It's a wonderful, intimate studio with a variety of classes (barre, yoga, barre fit, yoga fit). The owner is a valuable asset to the local community. You can really feel her investment in making both the community and the studio a place worth visiting over and over. Included childcare, challenging and fun classes,, friendly people.. Highly recommend.

Ohana Yoga and Barre is the most welcoming studio that provides more than just great classes but a warm and caring community. I have been a part of the community since it opened and I continue to feel challenged, encouraged, motivated, rejuvenated and energized. Thank you Ohana for all that you offer!

Ohana’s Ice and Glow experience is truly exceptional! State of the art ice bath and infra red sauna, guided sessions that help you connect with your deep breath in a safe, warm and cozy environment. The room itself transports you and allows you to slow down and connect with yourself. There’s no it her offering like it and I can’t wait to book another session!
