Terrible apartment complex, mismanaged, incompetent and uncaring staff. The worst of the worst is Sara Oren, Community Manager. She should be fired! Sending out nasty gram emails to residents, when she and her staff cannot seem to manage the simplest task of running a community. Run, do not walk away from this place. Bags of pet waste sitting for weeks in stairwells, dirty, stairwells that are at best cleaned every 6-8 months.

My husband and I really enjoy living here. The new community manager, Melina, has been absolutely wonderful. She has such a positive demeanor, very personable and attentive. Maintenance responds in a timely manner very professional and efficient. You rock maintenance!! Together, maintenance and the leasing staff make quite the power team.

Can’t say enough good things about my experience living at Cortland at Coalton. The leasing staff, Sara, Melina and Jaelyn are amazing - so friendly to me and my pup who always gets treats when we come by! And the service manager, Kyle, is always around to help and does a great job at remembering people’s names (and dogs love him too!)

I recently toured Cortland at Coalton with Jaelyn, one of the leasing agents. I was interested in a few different styles and had lots of questions. She was extremely helpful, kind and made my first experience at this location a great one. I was very pleased with the cleanliness of the show rooms, clubhouse and the outside grounds. The style was inviting and I felt at home right away. The professionalism and quality of the staff here is top notch. I truly cannot think of a time I’ve experienced better customer service than this. I’m impressed with all Cortland has to offer and grateful I found such a warm and inviting place to call home!

Melina, Austin, and Jayla went above and beyond to ensure the apartment was ready for move in. They made sure we got everything that was needed to be approved turned in, in a timely manner. Melina, the property manager, was amazing. She went above and beyond to ensure my move in was seamless. She assisted each one of my roommate and my self by answering our very repetitive questions. Any team member here can greatly assist you. Austin and Jayla are always in amazing moods. If they aren't there or taking care of someone else Melina is always more than happy to assist by stepping in. A team that is always happy to help and a manager that enjoys helping as well speaks VOLUMES to me.

Cortland at Coalton is still one of my favorite places I have ever lived. The staff was so friendly and helpful and my apartment was perfect. The building is quiet and neighbors are friendly. The amenities were great and always clean/well-kept. You cannot go wrong living here!

I toured Cortland at Coalton back in February and moved in last month, the customer service has been top notch through the entire process! Melina, Jazmin, and Jaelyn in the office have been so helpful in answering my questions, and Kyle with maintenance has been great. I love the walkability of the location too. Overall I highly recommend!
